  2.項目概況Project Overview
  項目區(qū)位Project Location項目地塊位于深圳市寶安區(qū)重點發(fā)展區(qū)域“大空港地區(qū)”。所處寶安教育城，是寶安區(qū)教育重鎮(zhèn)，教育城目前已有東方英文書院、寶安第一外國語學(xué)校、深圳寶安職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校等多所學(xué)校，項目地塊北側(cè)為深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院擬建地。
  The plot is located at the Greater Airport area in Bao’an District，Shenzhen City.To the north,Shenzhen Polytechnic is planning to build a new campus.Nearby,Bao’an No.1 Foreign Language School,Shenzhen Oriental English College,Bao’an Vocational Educational Technical School,and other schools have already been established here.

  項目占地面積約348,955平方米，規(guī)劃建設(shè)設(shè)計學(xué)院總建筑面積暫定300,000平方米，其中，地上建筑面積暫定267,000平方米，地下建筑面積暫定25,000平方米，架空面積暫定8,000平方米。
  The project covers an area of 348,955 square meters（tentative）,and the total construction area of the Institute is 300,000 square meters（tentative）,of which the aboveground construction area is 267,000 square meters（tentative）,while the underground construction area is 25,000 square meter（tentative）,and the open floor and corridors occupy 8,000 square meters（tentative）.
  設(shè)計學(xué)院工程建設(shè)項目總投資估算約27.9億人民幣。
  The total investment in the engineering construction of the Institute is estimated to be approximately CNY 2.79 billion.

  Competition method
  本次競賽分為四個階段：第一階段-意向邀請；第二階段-公開征集；第三階段-方案設(shè)計；第四階段-評獎。本項目意向邀請和公開征集兩階段共產(chǎn)生9家參賽機(jī)構(gòu)，進(jìn)入方案設(shè)計階段。
  主辦方最終確定一等獎1名或空缺；二等獎4或5名；單體創(chuàng)意獎1名或空缺（從一二等獎中產(chǎn)生）；入圍獎4名。
  This competition includes four phases:Invitation Phase,Open-Call Phase,Design Competition Phase,and Winner Deciding Phase.After Invitation Phase and Open-Call Phase,a total of 9 candidates will enter Design Competition Phase.
  The organizer will determine one first-prize or vacancy,4-5 second-prize and one creative monolithic building prize(from first-prize or second-prize)；and 4 Finalist Prize.
  4.合同內(nèi)容

  如產(chǎn)生一等獎，則產(chǎn)生合同授予。合同授予設(shè)計內(nèi)容劃分如下：總體規(guī)劃；其他單體（不含展覽館、圖書館及會堂單體）；創(chuàng)意單體（展覽館、圖書館及會堂單體）。
  Once the first prize is determined,the winning parties will be awarded with contracts,including master plan,other monolithic building(exhibition hall,library&auditorium excluded),creative monolithic building(including exhibition hall,library&auditorium).

  本項目意向邀請和公開征集兩階段共產(chǎn)生9家參賽機(jī)構(gòu)，進(jìn)入方案設(shè)計階段。主辦方最終確定一等獎1名或空缺；二等獎4或5名；單體創(chuàng)意獎1名或空缺（5名優(yōu)勝方案中產(chǎn)生），入圍獎4名。
  5.報名條件
  Application Requirements
  1）申請人須是注冊的企業(yè)或機(jī)構(gòu)。
  2）接受聯(lián)合體報名，其中聯(lián)合體成員（含牽頭單位）共計不得超過三家，聯(lián)合體成員不得再單獨或以其他名義與其他設(shè)計單位組成聯(lián)合體參與報名。
  3）聯(lián)合體合作方需簽署合法有效的《聯(lián)合體協(xié)議》，并明確牽頭單位及合同實施階段各方的分工劃分方式和設(shè)計費用的分?jǐn)偙壤?、分配方式等?br />   4）不接受個人或個人組合的報名。
  1）Candidates must be legally registered companies or organizations.
  2）Consortium is permitted.One consortium shall include no more than 3 members(including the leading member).Each member of the consortium shall not further apply alone or participate by joining another consortium.
  3）The consortium parties shall sign legal and effective Consortium Agreement and specify the leading agency,work content and work load allocation,distribution method,etc.in contract implementation stage.
  4）Individual or teams of individuals will not be accepted.
  6.競賽獎金及設(shè)計補償費設(shè)置
  Design Fee&Compensation
  (1)一等獎1名或空缺，獎金200萬元人民幣（含稅），如獲得一等獎的方案經(jīng)主辦方確認(rèn)符合實施要求的，授予其總體合同或主體合同，不再獲得獎金。主辦方保留一等獎空缺的權(quán)利。(2)二等獎4或5名，每家獲得獎金各120萬元人民幣（含稅）。(3)單體創(chuàng)意獎1名或空缺，不另行設(shè)置獎金。
  如一等獎和單體創(chuàng)意獎為同一家單位時，則合同授予按一等獎授予總體合同執(zhí)行；
  如單體創(chuàng)意獎在二等獎中產(chǎn)生且方案經(jīng)主辦方確認(rèn)符合實施要求的，授予其創(chuàng)意單體合同，扣除其二等獎獎金20萬元人民幣（含稅）。
  (4)入圍獎4名，每家獲得設(shè)計補償費60萬元人民幣（含稅）。(5)主辦方保留要求第三階段-方案設(shè)計評審出的5名優(yōu)勝方案進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的權(quán)利，如需優(yōu)化，則向每家再支付設(shè)計補償費30萬元人民幣（含稅）。若授予合同時，則支付除授予合同單位以外的優(yōu)勝單位此部分設(shè)計補償費。如無需優(yōu)化，則不予支付補償費用。(1)The first prize:one or none.The first prize shall be given either 2-million-yuan prize,tax included,or signing the general contract/the major contract.The tenderee reserves right for leaving vacancy for the first prize.(2)The second prize:4 or 5.Each would be given 1.2-million-yuan prize,tax included.(3)Creative monolithic buildings prize:one or none,no bonus.
  If an agency is awarded the first prize and the creative monolithic buildings prize at the same time,then sign general contract.
  If the creative monolithic buildings prize is awarded to the second prize,then creative monolithic buildings contract will be signed with 200,000 yuan bonus deducted from the total prize(tax included).
  (4)Winning prize:4.Each would be given 600,000 yuan for compensation,taxincluded.(5)The tenderee reserves the right for requesting design improvement of the 5 winning design in the third phase.If design improvement is needed,each agency would be given 300,000 yuan for compensation,tax included.If contract is signed,then the other 4 winning agencies would be given compensation.No compensation if no improvement needed.

  入圍獎（4名）Winning prize:4 60萬人民幣/名600,000 yuan for each.
  方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計補償費（如需）Design compensation,if needed 30萬人民幣/名，對被授予合同的單位不予支付該項補償費用。300,000 yuan for each,for the agency with contract award,no compensation any more.
