Theme
為認真貫徹落實中央一號文件精神,按照《重慶市人民政府關于大力度推進食品及農產品加工產業(yè)高質量發(fā)展的意見》(渝府發(fā)〔2023〕15號)有關要求,推動農產品加工業(yè)高質量發(fā)展,決定舉辦2025食品及農產品加工業(yè)設計大賽。
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the No.1 Central Document and advance the high-quality development of agricultural product processing in accordance with the Chongqing Municipal Government’s Opinions on Vigorously Promoting High-Quality Development of Food and Agricultural Product Processing Industries(Yu Gov.Doc.[2023]No.15),the 2025 Food and Agricultural Product Processing Design Award is hereby launched.圖片
作品征集類別
Submission Categories
本次大賽分為常規(guī)組與區(qū)縣組。
常規(guī)組:包括食品及農產品加工業(yè)產品設計類、概念設計類,概念設計類下設“揭榜掛帥”類;
區(qū)縣組:為重慶市相關區(qū)縣結合屬地食品及農產品加工業(yè)發(fā)展需求,提出的指定設計需求主題。
鼓勵設計賦予包裝具備食品安全等功能性及使用便捷性。
The competition comprises two categories:General Category and County Category.
General Category:Product Design(for commercialized or practically applied products post-January 1,2023).Conceptual Design(including the"Challenge Prizes"sub-category for non-commercialized designs).
County Category:Design themes specified by Chongqing counties/districts based on local industrial needs.
Encourage designs that incorporate functional features such as food safety compliance and user-friendly convenience into packaging.

設計需求描述/Design Demand Description
1.奉上好品區(qū)域公用品牌設計
“奉上好品”是奉節(jié)打造的區(qū)域公用品牌,以奉節(jié)歷史文化旅游來進行設計。
2.奉節(jié)白茶包裝設計
奉節(jié)白茶,奉節(jié)白茶(地方特色茶品,需突出“奉節(jié)”地域標識與“白茶”品類特征)。在白茶包裝設計中融入“登三峽之巔品奉節(jié)白茶”的宣傳口號,讓文字與視覺形成“景與茶共生”的敘事感。以“空間聯(lián)動”為核心,將“三峽之巔”的壯闊與“奉節(jié)白茶”的清雅形成對比與呼應,口號作為連接兩者的紐帶,既點明地域基因,又強化體驗感。
3.奉節(jié)臘肉包裝設計
奉節(jié)臘肉以“千年詩城,臘味藏詩”為主題,將臘肉的傳統(tǒng)工藝與奉節(jié)詩詞文化結合,讓美食成為傳遞歷史的載體。
1.Fengshang Haopin Regional Public Brand Design
"Fengjie's Finest"is a regional public brand developed by Fengjie,designed around the county's historical,cultural,and tourism elements.
2.Fengjie White Tea Packaging Design
Fengjie White Tea,a local specialty tea,emphasizes the regional identity of"Fengjie"and the distinctive characteristics of"white tea."The packaging design incorporates the slogan"Ascend the Three Gorges'Peak,Savor Fengjie White Tea,"creating a narrative where text and visuals blend"scenery and tea in symbiotic harmony."With"spatial synergy"as the core concept,the grandeur of the"Three Gorges'Peak"contrasts and echoes with the elegance of"Fengjie White Tea."The slogan serves as a bridge between the two,highlighting regional roots while enhancing the experiential appeal.
3.Fengjie Bacon Packaging Design
Fengjie Bacon adopts the theme of"A Millennium-Old City of Poetry,Bacon Steeped in Verse,"integrating traditional bacon-making techniques with Fengjie's poetic culture,transforming food into a vessel for conveying history.

奉節(jié)歷史文化為魂,通過包裝、產品形態(tài)與互動體驗,讓消費者感受“詩城”魅力,同時滿足旅游伴手禮的便攜性與紀念性需求,最終實現(xiàn)“包裝即品牌名片”的效果,既是產品的保護載體。
Fengjie's history and culture serve as the soul of the brand.Through packaging,product form,and interactive experiences,consumers can sense the charm of the"City of Poetry,"while also meeting the portability and commemorative needs of travel souvenirs.The ultimate goal is to realize the effect of"packaging as a brand business card"—serving not only as protective casing for the product but also as a distinctive representation of the brand.

本次大賽主要采取線上報名的方式征集作品,報名要求如下:
1.參賽者須登錄大賽官網在線報名并提交參賽作品。
2.產品設計類作品(2023年1月1日后已量產或已實際運用的產品)入圍大賽初評后,參賽者須向主辦單位指定地址寄送一件實物產品用于大賽評審。其中,國(境)外參賽者須在報名完成后即刻寄送份實物產品。

All participants must register via the official competition website.Physical Samples:
1.Contestants must log in to the official competition website to register online and submit their entries.
2.After being shortlisted in the preliminary evaluation of the competition,participants must send one physical product to the address designated by the organizer for judging.This applies to product design entries(products that have been massproduced or put into practical use after January 1,2023).Among them,overseas participants must send one physical product immediately after completing their registration.

參賽作品要求
Work Eligibility
所有參賽作品(已量產或已實際運用的產品)原則上須是2023年1月1日后上市產品、研究成果或原創(chuàng)設計,具有自主知識產權或經授權許可、未侵犯他人知識產權。同一件作品只能申報一個參賽類別(不包含“揭榜掛帥”類),每一個申報主體可以申報多件作品。國(境)外作品須使用中文或英文進行介紹說明。歷屆中國(重慶)農產品加工業(yè)創(chuàng)新設計大賽獲獎作品不得參賽。所有參賽作品須按照大賽通知要求提交相關作品資料。All entries(commercialized or practically applied products)must:Be launched after January 1,2023,including products,research outcomes,or original designs;Possess independent IP rights or authorized licensing,with no infringement of third-party intellectual property;Enter only one competition category(excluding"Challenge Prizes");Allow multiple submissions per entity;Provide descriptions in Chinese or English for international entries;Exclude past award-winning works from previous China(Chongqing)Agricultural Product Processing Design Competitions;Submit all materials per official competition guidelines.

提交3-5張多角度的產品外觀高清渲染圖(設計概念組)或照片(產品設計組),圖片電子文件統(tǒng)一為JPG格式、300DPI、A3紙尺寸大小,單張圖片大小不超過5M;可提供視頻、動畫,不超過1分鐘。
作品描述
作品描述的字數要求為300-500字符,詳細說明作品的創(chuàng)意、功能及設計理念等。
作品原創(chuàng)
參賽作品須為參賽者本人原創(chuàng),嚴禁抄襲、剽竊等侵權行為。參賽者應確保作品內容符合現(xiàn)行相關法律法規(guī)規(guī)定,如因參賽作品存在剽竊他人成果、竊取商業(yè)機密、侵犯其他技術專利等違法行為引發(fā)法律糾紛,一切責任由參賽者自行承擔,與組委會無關。組委會有權據此取消違規(guī)者的參賽及獲獎資格。

Description
300-500 characters detailing the creativity,functionality,and design concept.
Original Work
The entry must be the original creation of the participant.Plagiarism,infringement,and other violations are strictly prohibited.Participants shall ensure that the content of their works complies with all relevant current laws and regulations.If any legal disputes arise due to unlawful activities in the entry,such as plagiarizing others'work,misappropriating trade secrets,or infringing upon technical patents,all responsibilities shall be solely borne by the participant,and the organizing committee shall not be held liable.The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any violator from participating and receiving awards based on these grounds.

知識產權
Intellectual Property Rights
1.參賽者須是參賽作品的設計方或所屬方(相關知識產權的權利方),參賽作品與他人沒有任何知識產權糾紛(迄今未發(fā)生或已妥善處理知識產權糾紛),對存在知識產權糾紛的作品,主辦單位有權撤銷該作品的參賽資格。
2.如獲獎作品存在知識產權瑕疵或爭議的,主辦單位有權撤銷獲獎資格,召回獎狀等榮譽,追回獎金。如因參賽作品存在知識產權瑕疵或爭議造成主辦方、承辦方、協(xié)辦方等單位經濟、名譽方面損失,主辦方、承辦方、協(xié)辦方等有權要求相應參賽者賠償,賠償范圍包括但不限于經濟損失、名譽損失、訴訟費、律師費、版權費、鑒定費等費用。
3.所有參賽作品(除區(qū)縣組、“揭榜掛帥”類)的知識產權歸作者所有。大賽主辦單位對大賽的參賽作品享有推介、展示、出版(包括復制、發(fā)行)、產業(yè)化應用推廣、宣傳等權利。對獲獎作品,大賽主辦單位享有進行收藏(高客單價產品另行商議)、組織成果轉化和產品交易對接等權利。未經作者授權,任何單位、個人和第三方不得將本次大賽的作品進行再設計、生產、銷售、宣傳、出版展覽及其他形式的推廣、宣傳等。
4.“揭榜掛帥”類獲獎作品,主辦方將發(fā)放獎金和獲獎證書,獲獎選手確認接受獎金后,與主辦方簽署知識產權轉讓協(xié)議,約定作品知識產權歸大賽主辦單位所有,對應需求企業(yè)享有使用權。
5.區(qū)縣組獲獎作品,區(qū)縣將發(fā)放獎金和獲獎證書,獲獎選手確認接受獎金后,與區(qū)縣簽署知識產權轉讓協(xié)議,約定作品知識產權歸區(qū)縣所有。
1.Entrants must be the designers or rights holders of submitted works,possessing relevant intellectual property rights.Entries must have no unresolved IP disputes(either no prior disputes or all disputes properly settled).
2.The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries with active IP disputes.For awarded works later found with IP flaws or disputes:Revocation of awards,honors,and recall of certificates;Recovery of prize money;Compensation claims for economic/reputational losses incurred by organizer,co-organizers,or sponsors(including but not limited to:economic damages,reputational harm,litigation fees,attorney costs,copyright fees,and appraisal expenses).
3.General Entries(excluding County Category and Challenge Prizes):IP ownership remains with the author.The organizer retains rights for promotion,exhibition,publication(reproduction/distribution),commercialization,and publicity.For award-winning works,the organizer may:Archive physical works(high-value products subject to separate negotiation);Facilitate commercialization and trade partnerships.Third-party Restrictions:No entity or individual may redesign,produce,sell,promote,or exhibit entries without the author's authorization.
4.For winning entries in the"Challenge Prizes"category,the organizing committee will distribute bonuses and award certificates.Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money,the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the organizers,stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the competition's hosting entity,while the corresponding enterprise in need enjoys the right to use.
5.For winning entries at the district/county level,the district/county government will distribute bonuses and award certificates.Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money,the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the district/county government,stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the district/county government.
