  特別提醒:
  1)獲取參賽編號前,需準(zhǔn)備一張作品效果圖(大小5Mb以內(nèi)、比例1:1)的圖片,該圖片將于評審環(huán)節(jié)以作品頭像方式呈現(xiàn)(用于小程序票數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì));該頭像圖片不作為評審依據(jù),亦可在作品提交截止日期前自行更換。
  2)繳費(fèi)時(shí)如遇證件填寫問題,可在界面下方“備注”欄說明。
  3)同一微信號僅可獲得一個(gè)參賽編號;同一參賽隊(duì)伍任意一人提交繳費(fèi)信息即可。

  競賽日程過半,綜合前段時(shí)間同學(xué)們咨詢較多的問題,特別匯總回復(fù)如下:
  1.本次競賽無需報(bào)名,參賽者于本屆競賽截止日期(2025年12月30日17:00,以郵件發(fā)送時(shí)間為準(zhǔn))前提交作品及相關(guān)材料即可。為避免截止日期當(dāng)天出現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸問題,請盡量提前1~2天完成提交。
  提交內(nèi)容:
  1.參賽圖紙(jpg格式):鼓勵(lì)參賽者展示設(shè)計(jì)過程中的手繪草圖、實(shí)體模型照片和場地的踏勘和調(diào)研。參賽圖紙需包括總平面圖、平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖,及作者認(rèn)為必要的表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)理念和策略的其他圖紙或照片。以上各圖及設(shè)計(jì)說明均須安排在一張豎向構(gòu)圖、A0尺寸(1189mm×841mm)的圖紙之內(nèi);圖紙比例自定;圖面表現(xiàn)方法不限,但應(yīng)努力追求忠實(shí)于空間的表達(dá),避免不必要的夸張“炫”染;參賽圖紙保留高精度,分辨率控制在300dpi以上,文件大小控制在50Mb以下(CMYK模式)。圖面內(nèi)容不得涉及個(gè)人及所在院校信息,圖紙須按統(tǒng)一格式加入【參賽編號】。圖框模板請通過《建筑師》雜志官網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)“下載專區(qū)”下載

  以改造幼兒園為例

  【解題】
  隨著人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化、工作方式轉(zhuǎn)型、生活模式迭代、社會(huì)分工重組,當(dāng)代建筑又成為下一代建筑師的改造對象,以滿足生生不息的新時(shí)代需求。
  幼兒園是這一波城市化中和居住區(qū)形影不離的標(biāo)配。隨著Z世代生育率不斷下降,這些設(shè)施面臨著生源短缺帶來的資源閑置。然而在同一社區(qū)中,隨著人口結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,為其他人群定制服務(wù)設(shè)施又匹配不足。
  【場地】
  選取一個(gè)在近二十年快速城市化模式下誕生的住宅區(qū)中一個(gè)約12班標(biāo)準(zhǔn)幼兒園(參考《建筑設(shè)計(jì)資料集》《托兒所幼兒園建筑設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》等,調(diào)研你身邊的一個(gè)案例后虛擬一個(gè)已建成的幼兒園),假設(shè)未來只需要保留1/3至1/2班級,其余空間及加建的空間將服務(wù)于社區(qū)人群:老年人不僅需要托老空間,也需要再創(chuàng)業(yè)的空間;全職家長在孩子上學(xué)后需要空間來消化閑余時(shí)間;年輕人會(huì)就近辦公;放學(xué)后幼兒園資源與社區(qū)共享。總之,在一個(gè)不再有更多的空間開發(fā)可能性的社區(qū),幼兒園作為上個(gè)世代的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社區(qū)配套,提供了一個(gè)社區(qū)升級的機(jī)會(huì)。
  【任務(wù)】
  保留原建筑主要結(jié)構(gòu),可通過任意加減法的方式,重構(gòu)一個(gè)未來社區(qū)的綜合體,服務(wù)上述所提示的各種居民需求,并在改造方案中看到過去幼兒園的痕跡。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)者各自的操作能力和對問題的判斷,選擇智慧、適用、有效的更新手段和策略,將上一代空間遺產(chǎn)作為未來的更新資源,使一代代建筑師總是能夠有用武之地。
  【設(shè)計(jì)要求】
  根據(jù)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范,每班30人的12班幼兒園,建筑面積5000平方米(生均約14平方米),用地面積約6300~7000平方米(容積率0.7~0.8)。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)作為設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模參考。
  【目的】
  對處于建筑學(xué)“風(fēng)暴眼”的這一批在校生,迷惑你們的問題可能是“過?!?,例如上一代建筑師提前消費(fèi)了屬于你們的資源,以至于等到你們出場時(shí)將無所事事。但這些上一代建筑師在暴風(fēng)驟雨的城市化進(jìn)程中留下的模式化、單一化、批量化的建成環(huán)境,或是隔膜的住區(qū),或是空蕩的街道,或是高冷的公益場館,或是被電商拋棄的商場,或是被破壞的環(huán)境,或是像本題那樣生源不足的幼兒園……構(gòu)成了下一代人不得不直面的問題“遺產(chǎn)”,同時(shí)也造就了大量的新設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)會(huì)。這個(gè)幼兒園改造只是無所不在的一個(gè)可用武之地。

  【Analysis】
  With the changes in demographics,working methods,labor divisions and lifestyles,contemporary architecture would become the subject of renovation for the next generation of architects to meet the needs of the new era.
  【Site】
  Select a standard kindergarten with about 12 classes in a residential area that has been generated under the rapid urbanization model in the past two decades(refer to the Architectural Design Data Collection,Kindergarten Architectural Design Specifications,etc.,and investigate a case near your neighborhood to simulate a built kindergarten).Assume that only 1/3 to 1/2 of the classes will be retained in the future,while the remaining and additional spaces will serve more types of people in the community:the elderly not only need space for care,but also need space for re-entrepreneurship;full-time parents need space to spare their time after their children are in school;young people will work close to their residence;after school,kindergarten resources will be shared with the community.In short,in a community where there is no more possibility of space development,kindergartens,as standard community facilities of the previous generation,provide an opportunity for community upgrading.
  【Task】
  Reconfigure the building into a future-oriented community complex through flexible additions and subtractions,so that the diverse resident needs outlined above are satisfied.The main structure of the original building should be preserved,with traces of its past as a kindergarten retained.According to each designer's operational capacity and problem-solving,intelligent,applicable and effective renovation methods and strategies should be chosen.The spatial heritage of the previous generation should be used as a resource for future renewal,where future generations of architects can always play a vital role.
  【Design Requirements】
  According to current design codes,12 kindergartens with 30 students per class have a floor area of 5,000 sqm(about 14 sqm per student)and a site area of about 6,300~7,000 sqm(FAR 0.7~0.8).This data serve as baseline design parameters.
  【Objective】
  For architecture students caught in the eye of the disciplinary storm,engaging with this project holds tangible significance in determining whether you truly love this profession.What may confuse you is that the previous generation of architects has prematurely exhausted resources that should have fallen into your hands,leaving you with little room for practice.However,the last generation of architects,in their feverish race through urbanization,bequeathed a glut of formulaic,monotonous,mass-produced built environments—alienating residential compounds,desolate streets,inhospitable communities,shopping malls abandoned due to the rise of e-commerce,damaged ecosystems,and kindergartens like the one in this project struggling with enrollment shortages.These problematic"heritages"now confronting your generation are inescapable design challenges—and paradoxically,are abundant opportunities.This kindergarten renovation is just one of the cases where you can use your skills everywhere.

  The competition is free but entrants need to pay the cost of printing drawing.After the payment,the entrant would get a[Reference Number]in three or four digits and this number should be used when submitting the works.The payment and[Reference Number]will be open in mid-September 2025.Please pay attention to the follow-up notice(Official WeChat,ID:thearchitect1979).Please remember to get the[Reference Number].
  Submission Guideline:

  Date of Submission:
  Please submit all the materials to E-mail before 17:00,Dec 30,2025(China Standard Time).And you will receive our mail as a response.
  Eligibility:
  This competition is only open to in-school students from China and overseas,including the students who will finish their study in 2025.
  Selection Process:
  The entries will be selected at School of Architecture,Tianjin University during March to May,2026.And the results will be displayed to public online for a week at the same time.
  Publication:
  The final results will be announced when the selection process is completed.
  The award-winning works and comments will be published in The Architect.
  INSTRUCTIONS:
  1.No more than three participants and at most two tutors are allowed per group.The competition is only open to in-school students from China and overseas,and tutors must be in-school faculty.
  2.Each participant(including team collaboration)is allowed to submit no more than two entries,and credited as the first author of only one entry.
  3.No registration is required.The competition is free but entrants need to pay the cost of printing drawings.
  4.No specific site location is required and no extra tasks are necessary.Entrants could determine relevant conditions on their own basis.(PS:Entries will not be reviewed if the rules or submission requirements are not followed.Content may include but not limited to site plan,location plan,architectural plan,elevation and section.)
  5.All competition entries must be exclusive submissions to the TEAMZERO Award Architecture Students Design Competition.Participants are expressly prohibited from entering the same project in any other architecture competition whose results are announced prior to the official conclusion of this competition.
  6.The copyright of the entry belongs to the author,and the publishing right belongs to The Architect.The organizer reserves the right to exercise the right of multi-terminal information network dissemination of the entries.
  7.Entries should be original;Plagiarism is prohibited.
  8.The organizer has the final right to interpret the competition rules.
