天津國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)大賽2019

1. 競(jìng)賽主題

“創(chuàng)意：源于城市  發(fā)展城市”

city of creativity”

創(chuàng)意城市的理念是在21世紀(jì)發(fā)展中迅速成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)的一個(gè)概念。它首先取決于文化在一個(gè)城市發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵性、推動(dòng)力和重要作用。主題以社會(huì)各方面的共同需求為觀察點(diǎn)，討論創(chuàng)造力能夠?yàn)槌鞘幸约稗r(nóng)村人民的福祉增長(zhǎng)和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。與此同時(shí)，也觀察到有些城市還在遵循將創(chuàng)造力作為求發(fā)展、謀福利的源動(dòng)力，比如天津。

分別請(qǐng)3位國(guó)際級(jí)建筑設(shè)計(jì)師、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行評(píng)審，從三個(gè)參賽領(lǐng)域分別評(píng)選：

§ 中國(guó)待定

4. 獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)

一等獎(jiǎng)一名 兩萬(wàn)+獎(jiǎng)杯、證書

6.大賽日程

（1）、征集要求的公布與宣傳／2019年1月15日～2019年4月15日

通過(guò)各種媒體發(fā)布大賽征集的通知。

（2）、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間/2019年1月15日～2019年4月15日

請(qǐng)于上述期限內(nèi)注冊(cè)登記。

（3）、作品的提交時(shí)間／1月15日～4月15日

請(qǐng)于上述期限內(nèi)將參賽作品提交至大賽組委會(huì)。組委會(huì)將選出入圍作品。

（4）、評(píng)審期間／初期評(píng)審 4月16～17日 最終評(píng)審 4月20日。

在上述期限內(nèi)評(píng)審委員會(huì)將對(duì)參賽作品進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并將評(píng)審結(jié)果告知獲獎(jiǎng)作者。

（5）、作品展示籌備期／4月26 日～5月7日

在上述期限內(nèi)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邔樘旖蛟O(shè)計(jì)周開幕式和設(shè)計(jì)大賽獲獎(jiǎng)典禮以及出席入圍作品展做準(zhǔn)備。（在此期間，入圍者需要修改設(shè)計(jì)圖或3D圖，制作模型，或思考現(xiàn)實(shí)作品等。）

（6） 開幕式 5月10日

（7）展覽時(shí)間11～15日

獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邔⒓?/span>2019天津國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)周開幕式及設(shè)計(jì)大賽頒獎(jiǎng)典禮。

7.參賽資格

未滿40歲的個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)（團(tuán)隊(duì)成員須全部在40歲以下）均可參加。

8.使用語(yǔ)言

僅限于英語(yǔ)和中文簡(jiǎn)體。

9.應(yīng)征方式

請(qǐng)參賽者遵守以下規(guī)則：

１＿要求參賽者規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)登陸天津國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)周官方網(wǎng)站（網(wǎng)址：http://www.tianjindesignweek.com）填寫報(bào)名表并按照規(guī)定格式要求報(bào)送作品發(fā)送至大賽組委會(huì)郵箱：tdwcompetition@163.com。

2＿報(bào)送同時(shí)請(qǐng)確認(rèn)由競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)發(fā)送來(lái)的具有報(bào)名序號(hào)的確認(rèn)函（電子郵件）”。郵件主題以“報(bào)名編號(hào)+作品名稱+作者名”的格式命名，沒有收到確認(rèn)函的請(qǐng)與

競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)聯(lián)系。

備注：參賽者報(bào)送作品時(shí)，需提供本人身份證復(fù)印件以及在校大學(xué)生的學(xué)生證以便后期進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。

10．提交條件

（1）、備注請(qǐng)寫明：“作品名稱以及設(shè)計(jì)作品想要強(qiáng)調(diào)的地方或特點(diǎn)”

說(shuō)明文字的官方用語(yǔ)指定為中英文。

英文要求：400單詞以內(nèi)，中文要求200漢字以內(nèi)。

（2）、主要是三維圖像2件

11.權(quán)利與義務(wù)

1 本大賽不收取任何費(fèi)用。

2 應(yīng)征作品的宣傳、展覽、轉(zhuǎn)載、出版等版權(quán)均屬于大賽組委會(huì)。組委會(huì)在使用參賽作品時(shí)署參賽作者的名字。

3 所有應(yīng)征者不得向組委會(huì)要求返還提交的應(yīng)征資料。同時(shí)不得向主辦方，協(xié)辦方以及組委會(huì)要求任何賠償。

應(yīng)征作品必須是原創(chuàng)作品，不可以是類同或近似作品。不可侵害第三者的著作權(quán)或其他知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)以及專有權(quán)利。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合參賽條件的作品，無(wú)論大賽進(jìn)展到哪個(gè)階段，組委會(huì)都有權(quán)取消其參賽資格，并取消其獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，由此給主辦方造成的損失由參賽者承擔(dān)。

1 另外，如果針對(duì)參賽作品發(fā)生了涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的糾紛，均由應(yīng)征者處理，并承擔(dān)所有法律責(zé)任。

Tianjin International Design Contest 2019

1.The theme: “Creativity for city  City of creativity”

The concept of creative cities is burgeoning in the 21st century. First of all, it depends on the importance and driving force of culture during the urban development. The subjects focus on the common needs from all aspects from the society and try to discuss the role of creativity in making contributions to the welfare growth and sustainable development among the cities and countryside. Meanwhile, cities like Tianjin that adhere to the rule that creativity is the source of development and welfare growth.

Three international jury members will review the submitted piece of works in three different fields (Architecture, Industry and Graphic Design).

The six winners of the first to three prize will be rewarded one round-trip ticket and one night accommodation on the day of the opening ceremony of TDW 2019, while winners of the Honorable Mention will be rewarded one night accommodation only.

7.Qualification for the contest

Age under 40 (all team members must be under 40 years old. A team representative shall be indicated).

9. Modalities of participation

1_Participants will log in the Tianjin International Design Week website (http://www.tianjindesignweek.com) and fill in the application form before the deadline and send the email to tdwcompetition@163.com. Please pay attention to the filling requirements while applying.

2_Applicants will receive a confirmation email with a registration number. The subject of the email is in the form of registration number + name of work + author’s name. People who don’t receive any confirmation are welcome to contact the TDW Committee.

* When submitting the works, participants are required to provide a copy of their ID (and/or a student’s card from the college or the university) to apply for intellectual property rights.

10. Requirements of piece of works

1. Please write the name of your piece of works and provide a brief comments to clarify design features. The introduction must be in English, and a Chinese translation would be strongly recommended. About 400 English words and 200 Chinese characters are required for the comments.

11.Rights and obligations

1 Participation in the competition is completely FREE.

2 The copyright for the transmission, exhibition and publication of the work belong to the Tianjin International Design Week Committee. Every time the Committee uses the works, the authors’ name will be given.

3 Information submitted by the participants CANNOT be returned back and participants CANNOT ask for any kind of reimbursement from the TDW (committee, organizers, or sponsors).

4 The works that take part in the competition should be creative works and therefore shall not be copied from other works and shall not infringe copyright of any third party or any other intellectual property rights. In case it happens, the Committee has the right to cancel the candidate’s qualification in any stage of the contest, and has the right to withdraw the awarded prize and certification. Besides, participants are required to pay for expenses or reimbursements if their behavior causes any loss or damage.

5 If there is any dispute about intellectual property rights of the works submitted, the participants shall deal with it themselves, taking all legal responsibility;
