  UA創(chuàng)作獎?概念設(shè)計(jì)國際競賽是面向建筑類院系師生、匯集具有城市責(zé)任感及創(chuàng)意理念的系列概念設(shè)計(jì)競賽，至今已成功舉辦14屆。UA國際競賽著重延續(xù)理性的設(shè)計(jì)觀念，探索前沿的設(shè)計(jì)方法，持續(xù)地打造理想的城市。為此，主辦方虛擬了一座UA城，每年選定一種建筑類型（即城市功能），由參賽者發(fā)現(xiàn)這一建筑類型在城市中存在的問題，并提出其未來可能的發(fā)展模式，從而不斷完善城市的功能。2018年度UA創(chuàng)作獎·概念設(shè)計(jì)國際競賽作為系列競賽的第15屆，除競賽主題具有特別意義外，更在多個方面進(jìn)行了升級：強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院攜手中國建筑東北設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，影響力提升；

  Purpose競賽宗旨
  “紀(jì)念”意為人們通過特定事物或行動對人（或事物）表示懷念，是一種具有情感和精神偏向的主體心理活動。而紀(jì)念性建筑是為紀(jì)念某人或某個事件，負(fù)載了特定的紀(jì)念精神和情感的物質(zhì)空間載體。
  Memorization is a subjective psychological activity inclined to emotions and spirits,which expresses remembrance to people(or things)through specific things or behaviors.While,the memorial architecture is the physical and spatial carrier undertaking specific memorial spirits and emotions,which is to commemorate someone or certain event.
  在當(dāng)今文化語境下，紀(jì)念的內(nèi)涵非常廣泛，紀(jì)念性建筑不需也不應(yīng)被明確限定和具體描述，紀(jì)念性與日常性并非矛盾，甚至可以并置、交織。紀(jì)念，是對歷史的封存，也是對記憶的開啟，既可以超越日常尺度，也可歸于平常生活。而紀(jì)念性建筑的創(chuàng)作不只是一種設(shè)計(jì)方法，更是一種生活態(tài)度。
  There is a quite expensive connotation in commemoration,making it unnecessary or non-mandatory to clearly define or specifically describe what memorial architectures are.The natures of“memorial”and“routine”are not contradictory.Instead,they even could be juxtaposed and interwoven.Memorization,the preservation of histories and opening of memories simultaneously,could not only surpass the scales of routine,but also tend to ordinary life.Further,the creation of memorial architectures is not simply an approach to designing,more an attitude toward life.
  本次競賽以“UA城的紀(jì)念性建筑”為題，希望參賽者進(jìn)行開放、多元、深入的思考，積極探討物質(zhì)空間營造與情感精神寄托之間的關(guān)系。
  This competition holds the expectation for participants to conduct a brainstorm in an open,pluralistic and insight way,in order to actively explore the relationships between the creation of physical spaces and the dependence existing in emotions and spirits.
  Requirements競賽要求
  參賽者自行選擇真實(shí)的基址和紀(jì)念的主題，用建筑的語言表達(dá)對題目的理解，有針對性地進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì)。
  Participants are able to select real sites and topic of memorization,making interpretation of the topic with architectural languages,and preparing the concept designs specifically.

  1．交納注冊費(fèi)：交納注冊費(fèi)（100元人民幣/組）至競賽組委會；交納方式為支付寶轉(zhuǎn)賬，支付寶賬號為：uajs vip.sina.com
  Payment of Registration Fee:Pay the registration fee(RMB 100/team)to the organizing committee by Alipay.Alipay account:uajs vip.sina.com
  2．競賽注冊：截止日期為2018年12月24日，關(guān)注“城市建筑”微信公眾號（微信號為UAcity或直接搜索“城市建筑”）進(jìn)行在線注冊并填寫詳細(xì)信息，包括參賽者姓名、指導(dǎo)教師姓名、學(xué)校（或單位）名稱、電子郵箱、聯(lián)系電話、郵寄地址及郵政編碼，并填寫支付寶轉(zhuǎn)賬訂單號，2018年12月28日發(fā)放注冊號
  Registration of Competition:Firstly,follow the official WeChat of Urbanism and Architecture(WeChat ID:UAcity)to finish the online registration before December 24,2018.Secondly,fill in the detailed information.The exclusive Registration No.would be obtained upon successful registration.

  Submission of Design:Send the designs as attachments to uajs vip.sina.com before 17:00pm on January 21,2019.The organizing committee would be responsible for the printing in a unified way.
  4.現(xiàn)場評審、網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票及結(jié)果公示
  Site Review,Online Voting and Result Announcement.
  5.競賽結(jié)果公布：競賽結(jié)果公布后于“城市建筑”微信公眾號進(jìn)行相關(guān)作品詳細(xì)報道
  Announcement of Result:The official WeChat of UAcity would report related designs in details after the announcement of results.
  Design Submission作品提交
  1．參賽方案應(yīng)完整呈現(xiàn)于2張圖紙內(nèi)，圖紙分辨率為200dpi（像素/英寸），尺寸為800mm×800mm；圖中文字須中、英雙語對照，圖面表達(dá)方式不限
  The design is requested to be fully presented in 2 pieces of drawings with the resolution of 200dpi(pixel/inch)and size of 800mm*800mm.The texts in the drawings are required to be in both Chinese and English.The ways of expression in the drawings have no limitation.
  2．作品提交截止日期為2019年1月21日17:00，請?jiān)诖酥皩①愖髌罚╦pg格式圖紙）以附件形式發(fā)送至郵箱uajs vip.sina.com，圖紙分別以“注冊號-A”“注冊號-B”命名；競賽組委會安排統(tǒng)一打??；郵件名稱以注冊號命名，其他文件名將不作提交作品之郵件考慮
  It is nice of the participants to send the design drawings as attachments in jpg format to uajs vip.sina.com before 17:00pm on January 21,2019,which are named respectively as“Registration No.-A”and“Registration No.-B”.
  3．連同圖紙電子文件一并提交150-200字的作品簡介（中文，doc格式），并以注冊號命名；獲取注冊號時的聯(lián)絡(luò)電話或電子郵箱若有更改，須特別注明，以免獲獎后主辦方無法及時聯(lián)絡(luò)
  Together with the drawings by email,it is nice of the participants to provide 150-200 words of design introduction(in Chinese,doc format)with the Registration No.as the subject.
  4．圖紙及文檔發(fā)送郵件時切勿打包壓縮，以免解壓縮失敗
  It is suggested not to send files of zip format,in case that the drawings(jpg format)and texts(doc format)fail to be zipped.
  Competition Rule參賽規(guī)定
  1．參賽者同意并遵守本競賽內(nèi)容及競賽規(guī)定；競賽組委會對競賽規(guī)定擁有最終解釋權(quán)
  Participants agree to abide by the contents and rules of the competition.All rights of the competition rules are reserved by the organizing committee.
  2．個人或小組（不超過3人）均可參賽，指導(dǎo)教師人數(shù)不多于參賽小組人數(shù)
  Both the individuals and teams(no more than 3 persons)are qualified to participate in the competition.The number of supervisors shall be no more than the one of team members.
  3．圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)作者姓名和所在單位的文字或圖案，不得出現(xiàn)參賽注冊號，不符合規(guī)定者取消參賽資格
  It is not allowed to have texts or logos of relative designers’names and organizations,nor the Registration No.in the drawings.Otherwise,the qualification of participants would be canceled.
  4．參賽作品（包括圖片、文字）均不退回；參賽者擁有參賽作品的版權(quán)，但無條件允許競賽組織者行使參賽作品署名權(quán)以外的其他版權(quán)權(quán)利
  The designs submitted for competition(including images and texts)would not be returned to the participants who have the copyright of their designs.However,the participants allow unconditionally the organizer to execute other copyrights other than the authorship rights of designs.
  5．參加過其他競賽的作品，或使用他人曾經(jīng)在公開場合發(fā)表過的創(chuàng)意的作品不允許參加競賽
  The designs which have ever participated in other competitions,or the designs which have been published by others before are not allowed to participate in this competition.

  本年度獲得一等獎的團(tuán)隊(duì)指導(dǎo)教師（限1名），將獲邀擔(dān)任下年度UA創(chuàng)作獎·概念設(shè)計(jì)國際競賽評委
