塞浦路斯邀請(qǐng)邀請(qǐng)來自全世界的設(shè)計(jì)師和創(chuàng)意人來參加本屆“平面設(shè)計(jì)，挑戰(zhàn)認(rèn)知”國(guó)際海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)大賽，參賽者們也有機(jī)會(huì)看到他們的作品被印刷成明信片。這次國(guó)際比賽是塞浦路斯第五屆平面設(shè)計(jì)和視覺傳達(dá)會(huì)議的一部分，會(huì)議將于2019年3月15日至17日在塞浦路斯舉行。

大賽主題釋義：
設(shè)計(jì)是地球上千百萬人的共同語言，它的力量和有效性歸功于創(chuàng)造者的多樣性、他們的獨(dú)特感知和他們異質(zhì)的根源，但不知道邊界、承諾、宗教或綠線。設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為人類塑造環(huán)境，從而塑造社會(huì)和自己，并引起真正變化的最有力的手段。平面設(shè)計(jì)具有塑造、影響、挑戰(zhàn)并最終改變我們普通感知、理解、解釋事物的能力。平面設(shè)計(jì)需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造力和想象力，這些都是基于感知的。我們所感知到的不僅僅是我們的眼睛或耳朵帶給我們的大腦，它是我們自己頭腦的產(chǎn)物。感知是我們所看到的，我們過去的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我們對(duì)某一情境的特定觀點(diǎn)的結(jié)合。

它也是通過我們的感官看到、聽到或理解某事，然后用邏輯、情感或任何其他方式解釋它，最終產(chǎn)生心理印象的能力。

感知不是靜態(tài)的，但它被改變和成形，受多種因素的影響。視覺傳達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)師不僅擁有正確的工具和知識(shí)，而且有責(zé)任去挑戰(zhàn)、影響和改變共同的感知。

本次大賽的主題“平面設(shè)計(jì)，挑戰(zhàn)感知”以及各自的展覽，旨在突出和提升平面設(shè)計(jì)在塑造和挑戰(zhàn)共同感知方面的價(jià)值。比賽的參與者被邀請(qǐng)可視化他們的想法，想法和關(guān)注設(shè)計(jì)的力量塑造和挑戰(zhàn)的感知，他們被要求挑戰(zhàn)的感知。

獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)與獎(jiǎng)金：
1. International distinction for professional visual communication designers
Prize: A fonts collection worth of 500euro from Parachute & ?300euro from the Bank of Cyprus
2. International distinction for higher education students (university or college) of visual communication
Prize: A fonts collection worth of 500euro from Parachute & ?300euro from the Bank of Cyprus
3. Cypriot distinction for higher education students (university or college) of visual communication
Prize: 200euro from the Bank of Cyprus
4. Cypriot distinction for Lyceum and Technical School students
Prize: 200euro from the Bank of Cyprus

國(guó)際評(píng)審團(tuán)評(píng)委將評(píng)選出50件優(yōu)秀作品在塞浦路斯文化基金會(huì)展出。

作品提交時(shí)間及方式：
參賽者可通過郵件進(jìn)行作品提交，截止日期為2018年11月30日
The submission of projects can only be done electronically by email from the 15th of September until the 30th of November 2018.

參賽流程：
參賽者須在2018年11月30日前通過發(fā)送郵件至gsccontest.pr@gmail.com提交他們的設(shè)計(jì)作品，并且在電子郵件的標(biāo)題中說明相應(yīng)的參賽類別：

3. 塞浦路斯參賽者：塞浦路斯高等教育在校視覺傳達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)學(xué)生
4. 塞浦路斯參賽者：塞浦路斯中學(xué)生和職業(yè)技術(shù)院校學(xué)生

Submission Procedure
The submission of the projects starts on the 15th of September 2018 and will end on the 15th of November 2018. Entries must be sent by email to: gsccontest.pr@gmail.com stating in the title of the email the category of participation as follows:
1. International participation: professional visual communication designers
2. International participation: higher education students of visual communication
3. Cypriot participation: higher education students of visual communication
4. Cypriot participation: high school and technical school students.
Higher education Students in Cyprus can participate in the same time, with the same poster in both categories [2, 3].

Each file should be named following the scheme “contest_name_surname” for the poster participating in the contest and “cp_name_surname” for the card postal, as well as the file extension.

The e-mail, must necessarily include the following information:
1. The subject must include the title “3rd Contest GSC – Perception” and the category to which the project is submitted as stated above.
2. The poster 50x70cm and its adaptation for the card postal 10x14cm as mentioned above.
3. The full-filed participation form.
4. The following statement: “The elements used for the creation of my project are original and do not include third parties intellectual property. With my participation in the contest I accept the terms and conditions of the contest and I grant the rights of free use of my work to the organizers of Graphic Stories Cyprus “.

Terms
1. Entries that do NOT have all the required information filled in or do not respect the conditions of the contest will NOT be considered valid.
2. The public display of the submitted works is not allowed prior to the announcement of the winners.
3. The distinguished artists will be announced publicly on the day of the opening of the exhibition.
4. Participations whose content can be considered offensive or insulting or unrelated to the theme of the contest will not be considered valid.
5. The winners and distinguished designers grant the right of free use of their project to the organizers of Graphic Stories Cyprus, with the signature of the author.
6. The prizes will be given to the winners directly from our sponsors.
7. The organizers and the jury reserve the right to cancel the contest.
8. The submitted projects should not contain personal information of the designers.
9. The contest is open to higher education students and professional visual communication designers for the International Contest. Higher education students and students of lyceums and technical schools for the Cypriot Contest.
10. The contributors, creative contributors and the members of the jury of Graphic Stories Cyprus can not participate in the contest, volunteers are excluded.

All valid projects received will be printed as card postal, 10x14cm, and will be given to the public of Graphic Stories Cyprus during the three-day event.

The best 50 posters will be exhibited at the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation and the inauguration will take place on the 15th of March 2019, after the end of the Conferences’ lectures.
