為展示“紅船魂、國際范、運(yùn)河情、江南韻”的嘉興城市風(fēng)貌特色，嘉興市人民政府?dāng)y手國際設(shè)計(jì)競賽品牌Young Bird Plan舉辦2020年嘉興市公交候車亭國際設(shè)計(jì)競賽，面向全球征集設(shè)計(jì)作品，通過專家評審，遴選出代表優(yōu)異設(shè)計(jì)水平的設(shè)計(jì)方案。
In order to show the Jiaxing’city characteristics of Jiaxing's"RedBoat"spirit,internationalization,canal complex and Jiangnan charms,the Jiaxing Municipal People's Government and Young Bird Plan,an international competition brand,jointly launch the Jiaxing City Bus Shelter Design Competition 2020.The competition is open to global designers and it is committed to recognizing excellent design works through experts'assessment.

嘉興市中心城區(qū)約256平方公里的范圍。重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)范圍為嘉興市中環(huán)以內(nèi)城市品質(zhì)提升約26平方公里。其中，公交候車亭使用范圍如下圖所示。
Jiaxing's central urban area covers an area of about 256 square kilometers.The key design area is about 26 square kilometers within Jiaxing City Central.The area of use of bus shelters is shown in the picture below.

Station 1:Central South Building Station
規(guī)劃范圍建議以站點(diǎn)周邊100-200米左右為宜，南至河道，北至祝家港路，東至新氣象路，西至鐵路。

The proposed planning area is about 100 to 200 meters around the station,to Huancheng River in the south,to Xiexi Street in the north,to the roundabout at the intersection of Jianguo Road and South Huancheng Road in the east,and to Ziyang Street in the west.

本次嘉興市公交候車亭設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)綜合考慮候車亭的藝術(shù)性及功能性。契合所在地區(qū)的文化氛圍，創(chuàng)意獨(dú)特、寓意深刻、形式新穎、個性彰顯，有較強(qiáng)的視覺沖擊力和文化感染力。功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合化、人性化、智能化。以高頻使用的公共交通站點(diǎn)為媒介，使嘉興中心城區(qū)形象更為系統(tǒng)有效的傳播，展現(xiàn)“紅船魂、國際范、運(yùn)河情、江南韻”的嘉興城市風(fēng)貌特色。
The design of Jiaxing bus shelter should take both the artistry and function into consideration.It shall be inline with the cultural atmosphere of the region,with unique creativity,profound meaning,novel form,distinctive personality,strong visual impact and cultural appeal.The function of bus shelters shall be multiple,humanized and intelligent.With public transportation station as a medium,the image of Jiaxing's central urban area has been spread more systematically and effectively,showing Jiaxing’s city characteristics of"Red Boat"spirit,internationalization,canal complex and Jiangnan charms.

Urban public transportation is an important part of urban infrastructure construction.With the rapid development of the urban economy and the continuous expansion of the urban landscape,the role of public transportation in the development and operation of cities has become increasingly prominent.

公交車站一般位于人流聚集區(qū)域，對減少私家車出行起積極作用：公交車站一般位于大型交通樞紐、商業(yè)體、辦公集聚區(qū)、醫(yī)院、學(xué)校和小區(qū)出入口附近，10分鐘生活圈可全覆蓋，對于減少私家車出行起到積極的作用。
Bus stations are generally located in crowded areas and play a positive role in reducing private car travel.Bus stations are generally located near large-scale transportation hubs,commercial complex,office clusters,hospitals,schools,and community entrances and exits,and can be reached within 10 minutes.

公交車站的型式不同，對道路運(yùn)行的影響程度不同：一般港灣式公交站比直線式公交站對車道上通行的車輛造成的延誤小，位于交叉口出口道的車站比進(jìn)口道的車站對車道上通行的車輛影響小。
Different bus station designs have quite different impacts on the neighboring traffic flow:generally,harbor-shaped bus stations cause less delay to vehicles than linear bus stations.Stations at the intersection exit road have a less impact on vehicles than that at the entrance road.

公交車站的改造更新見證了城市交通的發(fā)展變遷：公交車站由站牌改造為站臺、公交站廳由普通站廳改造為智慧站廳見證了隨著城市交通方式增加、城市交通擁堵增加，人們對于交通出行的舒適性、準(zhǔn)時性、便利性的要求越來越高。
The transformation and renovation of the bus station witnessed the development and changes of urban transportation.The bus station was transformed from a station sign to a stop,and the bus station hall was transformed from an ordinary station hall to a smart station hall.These witnessed that people are demanding more and more for the comfort,punctuality and convenience of transportation,with the increase of urban transportation choices and urban traffic congestion.
——設(shè)計(jì)要求/Design Challenges——
（1）城市公交站臺外觀可以為城市形象起到標(biāo)識作用
城市的公交站臺外觀可以為城市形象起到標(biāo)識作用，使人民在潛意識里對“公交站臺外觀”與“城市形象”之間形成一種認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)換，使公交站臺的外觀與當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘羞M(jìn)行直觀有效的對應(yīng)。
(1)The appearance of urban bus stops shall be worked as the image of the city
The appearance of urban bus stops can be identified as the image of the city,allowing people to form a cognitive transformation between the look of the bus station and the image of the city in a subconscious way,to make a direct and efficient connection between the outlook of the bus station and the local city.

（2）城市公交站臺外觀可以展示城市文化
一個成功的城市站臺設(shè)計(jì)常常會超越其本身的使用價值，而成為這個城市的宣傳名片。站臺作為與外來者交流的第一平臺，已經(jīng)被賦予了一種文化的背景和韻味。這種文化價值常常體現(xiàn)在以下三個方面：
商業(yè)文化：公交站臺的商業(yè)文化較大程度體現(xiàn)在站臺上搭載的商業(yè)廣告。
公益文化：除了商業(yè)廣告，越來越多的公益廣告出現(xiàn)在公交站臺的宣傳板上。他們在傳播公益精神和文化以外，更以一種無聲的形式訴說著這個城市柔軟的人文情懷。
區(qū)域文化：代表城市文化底蘊(yùn)的公交站臺進(jìn)一步放大，還是明顯地域性特色的體現(xiàn)。如哈爾濱的公交站臺呈現(xiàn)歐式風(fēng)格，揚(yáng)州的公交站臺呈現(xiàn)古典氣質(zhì)。
(2)The look of urban bus stops can represent urban culture
A successful urban bus station design often goes beyond its own practical value,and further becomes the business card of the city.As the first stop of communication with outsiders,the station has been endowed with cultural background and charm.This cultural value is often reflected in the following three aspects:
Commercial culture:The commercial culture of bus stations is largely reflected in the commercial advertisements displayed on them.
Public welfare culture:Besides commercial advertisements,more and more public welfare advertisements appear on the information boards installed at bus stops.In addition to spreading the spirit and culture of public welfare,they also told the city's unique humanism care wordlessly.
Regional culture:The bus station,which represents the city's culture,is further enlarged,and it is also a manifestation of regional characteristics.For example,the bus station in Harbin presents a European style,and the bus station in Yangzhou is in classic style.

——考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/Evaluation Criteria——
（1）具有地域特征、時尚感，創(chuàng)意獨(dú)特，有較強(qiáng)的視覺沖擊力、感染力和藝術(shù)感。
（2）富有創(chuàng)新意識，對品牌視覺形象的系統(tǒng)延伸，能使嘉興中心城區(qū)形象更為系統(tǒng)有效的傳播，展現(xiàn)“紅船魂、國際范、運(yùn)河情、江南韻”的嘉興城市風(fēng)貌特色。
（3）視線通透，配套設(shè)施齊全，符合相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。
（4）功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合化、人性化、智能化，除滿足基本功能（坐椅、無線監(jiān)控、廣告牌、照明、公交實(shí)時信息牌、城市LOGO位等）外，重點(diǎn)區(qū)域候車亭可考慮一鍵叫車模塊、USB充電接口、WIFI、多功能智能查詢液晶屏等。詳細(xì)基地資料及各站點(diǎn)功能需求下載資料包了解。
（5）考慮候車亭夜景亮化設(shè)計(jì)。
（6）保證作品原創(chuàng)性、唯一性和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的完整性。
(1)Your design shall display regional characteristics,a sense of fashion and art,unique creativity,with strong visual impact and appeal.
(2)Your design shall be full of innovative spirit and a systematic extension of the brand's visual image,facilitating the promotion of the image of Jiaxing's central urban area and reflecting the city's characteristics of"Red Boat"spirit,internationalization,canal complex and Jiangnan charms.
(3)Your bus shelter design shall have a transparent and open view,complete supporting facilities,and meet the requirements of relevant regulations.
(4)The function of bus shelters shall be multiple,humanized and intelligent.Besides basic functions(chairs,wireless monitoring,billboards,lighting,real-time information boards of bus stations,city LOGO spaces,etc.),the bus shelters in key areas shall consider the following functions,such as car-hailing with one click service,USB charging interface,WIFI,multi-function intelligent query LCD screen,etc.For more detailed information,please download documents on our official website.
(5)Your design shall take the bus shelter lighting design into consideration.
(6)Guarantee the originality,exclusiveness and integrity of intellectual property.
——作品提交/Submission Materials——
①參賽作品最多可提交兩份。參賽方案需完整呈現(xiàn)于3張A2縱向圖紙上，要求圖紙清晰，標(biāo)注可讀（頁面邊距10毫米），包含：
-簡短說明：
設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)有能充分表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思的總平面圖和平、立、剖面圖、效果圖、分析圖及材質(zhì)標(biāo)注與說明等，以及作者認(rèn)為必要的圖紙。具體表達(dá)方式不限。提供1000字以內(nèi)的創(chuàng)意說明，可組合于圖面之中；
-報名編號：位于圖紙右上角。編號要求字體：Arial字號：20；
-圖紙需包含立面圖、軸測圖(效果圖)、細(xì)部圖、模型圖或爆炸圖等。
②提交格式統(tǒng)一為JPG及相應(yīng)可編輯源文件，每張圖紙大小不超過10MB；
③參賽方案需自行命名；作品圖紙請按照“報名號-設(shè)計(jì)類別-方案名稱-01/02/03”格式命名文件；
④作品提交語言：中英雙語或英語；
⑤所有圖紙和文字說明中，請勿透露個人信息，包括姓名，學(xué)校等；
⑥三張圖紙盡量按照以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：圖一：總圖，相關(guān)說明以及總體分析；圖二：流線及人群相關(guān)分析；圖三：透視，其它分析，流線節(jié)點(diǎn)及相關(guān)細(xì)部的組織方式排布
⑦所有圖紙和文字說明在線提交時，請勿打包壓縮，以免壓縮失敗或鏈接失效；
⑧作品需上傳封面，封面為單張作品渲染圖，大小為1024×768，72dpi，2MB以內(nèi)。
（請嚴(yán)格按照以上規(guī)范提交作品，對于不符合規(guī)范的作品，將被取消入圍資格。）

A scheme should include a site plan,plan,elevation,section,effect drawing,analysis drawing,material notes and description that can fully express the design concept,and drawings that the author deems necessary.The specific expression is not limited and you need provide 1000-word creative description;
-Registration No.shall be put in the upper right corner of the sheets,in Arial 20pt font;
-Elevation,axonometric drawing(rendering),detail drawing,model image or exploded drawing;
2.The editable source drawings in JPG format(no larger than 10MB for each)can be submitted;
3.A scheme title shall be named;the scheme shall be saved in the"registration No.–scheme title–sheet No.1/No.2/No.3"format;
4.A scheme shall be submitted in bilingual languages(Chinese-English)or English only;
5.A scheme must not include ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION(Name,Organization,School,etc.)that may give away your identity;
6.It is best to submit three drawings according to the following standards:Figure 1 is the site plan,including related description and overall analysis;Figure 2 is the streamline and users’analysis;Figure 3 is perspective,other analysis,and organization of streamline nodes and related details;
7.Please do not compress your files；
8.The cover must be submitted online which should be a rendering of your design work;it must be uploaded in the size of 1024×768 pixels,72 dpi,less than 2MB.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations,by participating in this competition,each Entrant irrevocably agrees to abide by the below statements about the copyrights for all submissions.
1.Statement of Originality
All submissions must be original,and each Entrant shall ensure that his/her entry does not infringe any third party’s rights,including patents,copyrights,trademarks,and so on.Otherwise,the Entrant will be disqualified from the competition,and the organizer will withdraw all the sponsorship money and materials and reserve the right to investigate and affix legal liability of infringement.All damages and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the Entrant;and all the direct and indirect damages(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,costs of preservation,appraisal costs,notarial fees,and so on)suffered by the organizer shall be compensated by the Entrant.

Jiaxing's central urban area covers an area of about 256 square kilometers.The key design area is about 26 square kilometers within Jiaxing City Central.The area of use of bus shelters is shown in the picture below.

本次嘉興市公交候車亭設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)綜合考慮候車亭的藝術(shù)性及功能性。契合所在地區(qū)的文化氛圍，創(chuàng)意獨(dú)特、寓意深刻、形式新穎、個性彰顯，有較強(qiáng)的視覺沖擊力和文化感染力。功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合化、人性化、智能化。以高頻使用的公共交通站點(diǎn)為媒介，使嘉興中心城區(qū)形象更為系統(tǒng)有效的傳播，展現(xiàn)“紅船魂、國際范、運(yùn)河情、江南韻”的嘉興城市風(fēng)貌特色。
The design of Jiaxing bus shelter should take both the artistry and function into consideration.It shall be inline with the cultural atmosphere of the region,with unique creativity,profound meaning,novel form,distinctive personality,strong visual impact and cultural appeal.The function of bus shelters shall be multiple,humanized and intelligent.With public transportation station as a medium,the image of Jiaxing's central urban area has been spread more systematically and effectively,showing Jiaxing’s city characteristics of"Red Boat"spirit,internationalization,canal complex and Jiangnan charms.

公交車站一般位于人流聚集區(qū)域，對減少私家車出行起積極作用：公交車站一般位于大型交通樞紐、商業(yè)體、辦公集聚區(qū)、醫(yī)院、學(xué)校和小區(qū)出入口附近，10分鐘生活圈可全覆蓋，對于減少私家車出行起到積極的作用。
Bus stations are generally located in crowded areas and play a positive role in reducing private car travel.Bus stations are generally located near large-scale transportation hubs,commercial complex,office clusters,hospitals,schools,and community entrances and exits,and can be reached within 10 minutes.

公交車站的型式不同，對道路運(yùn)行的影響程度不同：一般港灣式公交站比直線式公交站對車道上通行的車輛造成的延誤小，位于交叉口出口道的車站比進(jìn)口道的車站對車道上通行的車輛影響小。
Different bus station designs have quite different impacts on the neighboring traffic flow:generally,harbor-shaped bus stations cause less delay to vehicles than linear bus stations.Stations at the intersection exit road have a less impact on vehicles than that at the entrance road.

公交車站的改造更新見證了城市交通的發(fā)展變遷：公交車站由站牌改造為站臺、公交站廳由普通站廳改造為智慧站廳見證了隨著城市交通方式增加、城市交通擁堵增加，人們對于交通出行的舒適性、準(zhǔn)時性、便利性的要求越來越高。
The transformation and renovation of the bus station witnessed the development and changes of urban transportation.The bus station was transformed from a station sign to a stop,and the bus station hall was transformed from an ordinary station hall to a smart station hall.These witnessed that people are demanding more and more for the comfort,punctuality and convenience of transportation,with the increase of urban transportation choices and urban traffic congestion.

（1）城市公交站臺外觀可以為城市形象起到標(biāo)識作用
城市的公交站臺外觀可以為城市形象起到標(biāo)識作用，使人民在潛意識里對“公交站臺外觀”與“城市形象”之間形成一種認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)換，使公交站臺的外觀與當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘羞M(jìn)行直觀有效的對應(yīng)。
(1)The appearance of urban bus stops shall be worked as the image of the city
The appearance of urban bus stops can be identified as the image of the city,allowing people to form a cognitive transformation between the look of the bus station and the image of the city in a subconscious way,to make a direct and efficient connection between the outlook of the bus station and the local city.

（2）城市公交站臺外觀可以展示城市文化
一個成功的城市站臺設(shè)計(jì)常常會超越其本身的使用價值，而成為這個城市的宣傳名片。站臺作為與外來者交流的第一平臺，已經(jīng)被賦予了一種文化的背景和韻味。這種文化價值常常體現(xiàn)在以下三個方面：
商業(yè)文化：公交站臺的商業(yè)文化較大程度體現(xiàn)在站臺上搭載的商業(yè)廣告。
公益文化：除了商業(yè)廣告，越來越多的公益廣告出現(xiàn)在公交站臺的宣傳板上。他們在傳播公益精神和文化以外，更以一種無聲的形式訴說著這個城市柔軟的人文情懷。
區(qū)域文化：代表城市文化底蘊(yùn)的公交站臺進(jìn)一步放大，還是明顯地域性特色的體現(xiàn)。如哈爾濱的公交站臺呈現(xiàn)歐式風(fēng)格，揚(yáng)州的公交站臺呈現(xiàn)古典氣質(zhì)。
(2)The look of urban bus stops can represent urban culture
A successful urban bus station design often goes beyond its own practical value,and further becomes the business card of the city.As the first stop of communication with outsiders,the station has been endowed with cultural background and charm.This cultural value is often reflected in the following three aspects:
Commercial culture:The commercial culture of bus stations is largely reflected in the commercial advertisements displayed on them.
Public welfare culture:Besides commercial advertisements,more and more public welfare advertisements appear on the information boards installed at bus stops.In addition to spreading the spirit and culture of public welfare,they also told the city's unique humanism care wordlessly.
Regional culture:The bus station,which represents the city's culture,is further enlarged,and it is also a manifestation of regional characteristics.For example,the bus station in Harbin presents a European style,and the bus station in Yangzhou is in classic style.

——考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/Evaluation Criteria——
（1）具有地域特征、時尚感，創(chuàng)意獨(dú)特，有較強(qiáng)的視覺沖擊力、感染力和藝術(shù)感。
（2）富有創(chuàng)新意識，對品牌視覺形象的系統(tǒng)延伸，能使嘉興中心城區(qū)形象更為系統(tǒng)有效的傳播，展現(xiàn)“紅船魂、國際范、運(yùn)河情、江南韻”的嘉興城市風(fēng)貌特色。
（3）視線通透，配套設(shè)施齊全，符合相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。
（4）功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合化、人性化、智能化，除滿足基本功能（坐椅、無線監(jiān)控、廣告牌、照明、公交實(shí)時信息牌、城市LOGO位等）外，重點(diǎn)區(qū)域候車亭可考慮一鍵叫車模塊、USB充電接口、WIFI、多功能智能查詢液晶屏等。詳細(xì)基地資料及各站點(diǎn)功能需求下載資料包了解。
（5）考慮候車亭夜景亮化設(shè)計(jì)。
（6）保證作品原創(chuàng)性、唯一性和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的完整性。
(1)Your design shall display regional characteristics,a sense of fashion and art,unique creativity,with strong visual impact and appeal.
(2)Your design shall be full of innovative spirit and a systematic extension of the brand's visual image,facilitating the promotion of the image of Jiaxing's central urban area and reflecting the city's characteristics of"Red Boat"spirit,internationalization,canal complex and Jiangnan charms.
(3)Your bus shelter design shall have a transparent and open view,complete supporting facilities,and meet the requirements of relevant regulations.
(4)The function of bus shelters shall be multiple,humanized and intelligent.Besides basic functions(chairs,wireless monitoring,billboards,lighting,real-time information boards of bus stations,city LOGO spaces,etc.),the bus shelters in key areas shall consider the following functions,such as car-hailing with one click service,USB charging interface,WIFI,multi-function intelligent query LCD screen,etc.For more detailed information,please download documents on our official website.
(5)Your design shall take the bus shelter lighting design into consideration.
(6)Guarantee the originality,exclusiveness and integrity of intellectual property.
——作品提交/Submission Materials——
①參賽作品最多可提交兩份。參賽方案需完整呈現(xiàn)于3張A2縱向圖紙上，要求圖紙清晰，標(biāo)注可讀（頁面邊距10毫米），包含：
-簡短說明：
設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)有能充分表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思的總平面圖和平、立、剖面圖、效果圖、分析圖及材質(zhì)標(biāo)注與說明等，以及作者認(rèn)為必要的圖紙。具體表達(dá)方式不限。提供1000字以內(nèi)的創(chuàng)意說明，可組合于圖面之中；
-報名編號：位于圖紙右上角。編號要求字體：Arial字號：20；
-圖紙需包含立面圖、軸測圖(效果圖)、細(xì)部圖、模型圖或爆炸圖等。
②提交格式統(tǒng)一為JPG及相應(yīng)可編輯源文件，每張圖紙大小不超過10MB；
③參賽方案需自行命名；作品圖紙請按照“報名號-設(shè)計(jì)類別-方案名稱-01/02/03”格式命名文件；
④作品提交語言：中英雙語或英語；
⑤所有圖紙和文字說明中，請勿透露個人信息，包括姓名，學(xué)校等；
⑥三張圖紙盡量按照以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：圖一：總圖，相關(guān)說明以及總體分析；圖二：流線及人群相關(guān)分析；圖三：透視，其它分析，流線節(jié)點(diǎn)及相關(guān)細(xì)部的組織方式排布

Young Bird Plan
Founded in 2013 by Isa Ye,Young Bird Plan,is an international competition platform for global design talents.With three key elements,viz.fabrication,mentor’s guidance and interdisciplinary jury,it is fast becoming a leading voice in global design fields like urban design,architecture design,landscaping design,interior design,product design,logo design and fashion design.
On the one hand,the platform constantly connects and meets various demands from political,business,and academic circles and actively fill supply and demand gaps among designers,manufacturers,developers,urban operators and users.We are committed to design and innovation,and offering opportunities for creative minds around the world to participate in creation process,so as to propel the implementation of design projects and products focusing on urban spaces and life aesthetics.Besides,Young Bird Plan is devoted to pushing the urban development and offering high-quality solutions to product updates.On the other hand,as one of the most influential design competition platforms around the world,we make every effort to create opportunities for young designers.

依照國家有關(guān)法律法規(guī)，凡主動參與本次征集活動的所有參賽者，均視為已經(jīng)對所提交的作品版權(quán)歸屬作如下不可撤銷聲明：
1．原創(chuàng)聲明
參與作品必須是參賽者個人原創(chuàng)作品，不能侵犯任何第三方個人和單位的任何專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)及其他合法知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。一旦查實(shí)非原創(chuàng)作品，主辦單位有權(quán)立即取消其參與、入圍與資助資格，收回資助資金物資及保留追究法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利，如主辦單位因此被起訴或產(chǎn)生其他損失的，主辦單位有權(quán)要求該參賽者進(jìn)行全額賠償，主辦單位已先行賠付的，有權(quán)向參賽者追償所有直接損失及間接損失(包括且不限于律師費(fèi)、訴訟費(fèi)、保全費(fèi)、鑒定費(fèi)、公證費(fèi)等)。
2．同意聲明
本次采用線上評選的方式，參賽者上傳作品即表示同意授權(quán)主辦單位為舉辦大賽目的向所有人署名或隱名的形式展示作品，同意大賽確定的評選方式。參賽者提交作品之前，已仔細(xì)閱讀所有條款，充分理解并表示同意，本次大賽的評委會擁有對所有獲獎作品的評選結(jié)果有最終裁定權(quán)。
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations,by participating in this competition,each Entrant irrevocably agrees to abide by the below statements about the copyrights for all submissions.
1.Statement of Originality
All submissions must be original,and each Entrant shall ensure that his/her entry does not infringe any third party’s rights,including patents,copyrights,trademarks,and so on.Otherwise,the Entrant will be disqualified from the competition,and the organizer will withdraw all the sponsorship money and materials and reserve the right to investigate and affix legal liability of infringement.All damages and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the Entrant;and all the direct and indirect damages(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,costs of preservation,appraisal costs,notarial fees,and so on)suffered by the organizer shall be compensated by the Entrant.
2.Statement of Consent
By submitting an entry,each entrant agrees to publicly display the works,and accepts the online selection process.And before uploading a submission,each Entrant must confirm that he/she has read and fully understands all of the clauses,and accepts them.The judging panel reserves the right to make a final decision on entry assessment and award list.
