  大賽簡介
  國際大學(xué)生時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)盛典，已成功承辦了10屆，搭建了以時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)、時(shí)尚化妝、時(shí)尚攝影、時(shí)尚微視頻、時(shí)尚配飾、時(shí)尚圖案等多領(lǐng)域交叉為特色的時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)類大型賽事平臺。第十屆國際大學(xué)生時(shí)尚盛典五個(gè)類別共有432所學(xué)校提交作品，其中有來自16個(gè)不同的國家的國外院校97所，參賽人數(shù)共計(jì)4122人，參賽作品數(shù)共計(jì)7978件。2020年國際大學(xué)生時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)盛典將一如既往的搭建時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)類學(xué)生搭建展現(xiàn)平臺，展現(xiàn)國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果，促進(jìn)時(shí)尚類人才培養(yǎng)。
  Brief Introduction
  Yanching institute of Technology,a university affiliated with Beifang international education group,has successfully hosted International Students Fashion Design Gala for ten times in succession,and created large-scale fashion design activities featuring fashion design,fashion make up,fashion photography,fashion micro video and other fields.A total of 432 schools submitted works in five categories of the 10th International Students Fashion Design Gala,including 97 foreign universities from 16 different countries,with a total of 4,122 participants and 7,978 entries.On the basis of the successful holding in the past,we specially plan to invite relevant professional colleges and universities from both domestic and abroad to participate in and hold the 11th International Students Fashion Design Gala of 2020,To build a display platform for fashion design students to display the learning results of college students at home and abroad,through professional large-scale activities and competitions to promote the cultivation of fashion talents.

  主題闡述：源，即源頭、來源、根源；創(chuàng)，即創(chuàng)造、開創(chuàng)、創(chuàng)新。盛典十年，追根溯源，不忘初心，用飽滿的青春和夢想開創(chuàng)更加嶄新的未來。
  Theme of the Competition
  Origin&Creativity
  Deion of the theme:Origin,that is,the original source;creativity is to create and innovate.Grand ceremony for ten years,trace back to its origins,to create a more brand new future with full of youth vigour and dream and always follow your heart.
  征稿對象
  國際、國內(nèi)（含港澳臺）從事時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的在校碩士生、博士生、本科生、?？粕ê瑧?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生）。
  Contestants of the Activity
  International and domestic(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)students engaged in fashion design,art design,masters,doctoral students,undergraduates,college students(including fresh graduates).
  賽事類型
  共分為六項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：時(shí)尚圖案、時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)、時(shí)尚化妝、時(shí)尚攝影、時(shí)尚微視頻、時(shí)尚配飾。

  報(bào)名方式
  參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網(wǎng)進(jìn)行作品線上報(bào)名，并按要求填寫相關(guān)信息，提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時(shí)間為2019年12月25日-4月10日。
  2020年4月10日——4月30日，為初評與終評階段，將按“網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票+專家評審”相結(jié)合的形式評出獲獎(jiǎng)的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)的參賽選手需將作品（服裝實(shí)物、配飾、攝影圖片、視頻光盤）郵寄，郵出截至?xí)r間為2020年5月10日。

  Participants will submit high-resolution photos and micro-video links of the entries on the competition's official website for online registration of works,fill in relevant information as required,and wait for background approval after submission.The submission period is from December 25th to April 10th,2019.
  From April 10th to April 30th,2020,the winning works will be slected in the form of online voting+expert evaluation during the initial and final evaluation stages.Winners of the gold,silver,bronze and honorary awards will be required to mail their works(clothing,accessories,photography,video CD).The deadline for sending out is May 10th,2020.

  作品要求
  1.參賽作品整體風(fēng)格時(shí)尚現(xiàn)代，具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、時(shí)尚性，不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內(nèi)容，不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)的各項(xiàng)條款。
  EntryRequirements
  1.The overall style of the entries is modern,innovative,artistic and fashionable.The entries shall not involve politics,pornography,violence or discrimination and shall not violate the provisions of laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
  2.各項(xiàng)參賽作品具體要求如下：
  （1）時(shí)尚圖案類：參賽作品至少1幅，要求圖案設(shè)計(jì)具有強(qiáng)烈創(chuàng)新性、主題性，主要應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等領(lǐng)域，顏色設(shè)置為CMYK格式，分辨率不低于300dpi，以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
  2.Specific requirements as below:
  (1)Fashion pattern category:At least one entry must be designed with strong innovation and theme.It is mainly used in textile,printing and other fields.The color is set to CMYK format,the resolution is not less than 300dpi,and submitted in jpg or tif file format..
  （2）時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)類：提交作品分為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)作品與成衣商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)作品兩類，參賽作品至少3套，要求三套主題一致，報(bào)名需提交電子版效果圖或時(shí)尚攝影片一張。
  Fashion design category：The submitted works are divided into two categories:creative design works and ready-to-wear commercial design works.At least three sets of entries must be submitted.The three sets are required to have the same theme.For registration,an electronic rendering or a fashion photo should be submitted.
  （3）時(shí)尚化妝類：參賽作品至少1套，要求妝發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)尚、新穎，服裝設(shè)計(jì)符合妝發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)主題，報(bào)名需提交電子版妝發(fā)攝影片與整體造型攝影片各一張。
  Fashion make-up category:At least one set of entries is required,to be fashionable and innovative in makeup and hair design.for registration,an electronic version of the makeup and hair film and an overall design film should be submitted.
  （4）時(shí)尚攝影類：參賽作品至少2張，以時(shí)尚攝影、創(chuàng)意攝影為主，作品以JPG格式提交，單張照片不低于1000萬像素，保留EXIF信息。
  Fashion photography category:at least two entries,the theme is mainly fashion photography and creative photography.The entries shall be submitted in JPG format.The single photo shall not be less than 10 million pixels,and EXIF information shall be retained.
  （5）時(shí)尚微視頻：參賽作品至少1部，時(shí)長不超過10分鐘，題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動(dòng)畫短片、形象宣傳片等，體現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)時(shí)代氣息，報(bào)名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。
  Fashion micro-videos:At least one entry,no longer than 10 minutes,the subject matter can be short story,documentary short,animation short,image promotional video,etc.,reflect a strong sense of the times,registration requires the video link that has been uploaded to Tencent video.
  Fashion accessories:accessories include jewelry,luggage,shoes and hats.Each contributor is limited to one category.At least 3 entries must be submitted.Three entries are required to be a series.Registration must be submitted in electronic or finished photography.One.
  （6）時(shí)尚配飾類：配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類，每位投稿者限投一類，參賽作品至少3件，要求三件作品為系列作品，報(bào)名需提交電子版或成品攝影片一張。
  Fashion accessories:accessories include jewelry,luggage,shoes and hats.Each contributor is limited to one category.At least 3 entries must be submitted.Three entries are required to be a series.Registration must be submitted in electronic or one piece of finished photo.
  3、以上（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）、（6）5個(gè)類別的作品，獲獎(jiǎng)之后會(huì)通知寄出實(shí)物作品，大賽組委會(huì)對于因獲獎(jiǎng)郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品，參賽完后將寄回參賽者，視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回，請各自留底。
  3.For the above five categories of works(1),(2),(3)(4)and(6),the organizing committee will inform the winners to send out their real works.The clothing and accessory works will be mailed to the winners after the competition,Video and picture works will not be sent back,the contestants should keep a copy.
  4.所有參賽作品建議為2019年7月1日之后作品，必須為原創(chuàng)，因抄襲和剽竊他人作品發(fā)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等由參賽者承擔(dān)法律后果。作品不得一稿多投，組委會(huì)對參賽作品圖片擁有印刷、出版、宣傳使用等權(quán)利。
  4.All entries are suggested to be works after July 1,2019,all entries must be original works.Participants shall bear the legal consequences of plagiarism other people’s intellectual property or copyright disputes.One art piece is only allowed for one category.The organizing committee has the rights to print,publish,publicize and use the pictures of the entries.
  5.參賽選手請及時(shí)關(guān)注大賽官方所發(fā)出的比賽進(jìn)程消息，并保持手機(jī)暢通，以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達(dá)和溝通。
  5.Contestants please pay attention tto the information about the process of the competition issued by the competition authorities in time,and keep the mobile phone unblocked so that the staff can inform the participants about the information of the competition.
