  題INTRODUCTION OF THEME
  本次國(guó)際園林水景設(shè)計(jì)大賽，以“健康與水景”為主題，設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注重昆明市建設(shè)生態(tài)文明和健康生活目的地的訴求，結(jié)合滇池流域尤其是大觀公園的歷史文化，對(duì)整個(gè)公園的景觀風(fēng)貌和生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行保護(hù)、提升及改造，營(yíng)造一個(gè)生態(tài)、文化、宜人的大觀公園。
  The theme of this International Water Landscape Design competition is“Health and Water Landscape”.The designs should focus on the appeals of the ecological civilization and the construction of the healthy living space in Kunming,together with the history and culture of Lake Dian Basin,especially the culture of the Daguan Pavilion,which means that those designs are supposed to focus more on the protection,promotion and transformation of the landscape in the whole garden and the ecological environment in order to create an ecological,cultural and pleasant Daguan Pavilion.

  象QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS
  學(xué)生組：國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林、園林、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、建筑學(xué)、環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的本、碩、博在校學(xué)生，以個(gè)人名義或團(tuán)隊(duì)（最多為5名成員）均可報(bào)名參賽，每位學(xué)生或團(tuán)隊(duì)只可提交一份作品。
  專業(yè)組：國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、建筑、環(huán)境藝術(shù)等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)院、研究院、自由設(shè)計(jì)師、藝術(shù)家及各高校教師均可以個(gè)人或團(tuán)體（最多為5名成員）報(bào)名參賽，每位參賽者或團(tuán)隊(duì)只可提交一份作品。
  Student group:undergraduates,masters,doctoral candidates who major in landscape architecture of the domestic and foreign countries,gardening,urban and rural planning,architecture,environmental design,and other related majors in the universities.Students can take part in the competition both as a private individual and a member of a team,which consists of at most 5 members.Each student or team can only submit one design.
  Professional group:the design institutions,design institutes,research institutes,freelance designers,artists and teachers from all universities that are engaged in landscape architecture of the domestic and foreign countries,urban and rural planning,architecture,environmental art,and other related fields.Participants can register as both a private individual and a member of a team,which consists of at most 5 members.Each entrant or team can only submit one design.

  SUBMISSION
  提交方式：
  參賽成果以壓縮包附件的形式發(fā)送指定郵箱gjsjsjds qq.com，包括報(bào)名表（見(jiàn)附件二）、誠(chéng)信承諾書(shū)（見(jiàn)附件三）、參賽JPG圖紙。郵件以及附件命名為“競(jìng)賽組別（學(xué)生組/專業(yè)組）+參賽編號(hào)（報(bào)名確認(rèn)郵件將給出參賽編號(hào)）+作品名稱.jpg”。
  Submission:
  The works of the competition shall be sent to the designated email address gjsjsjds qq.com in the form of a compressed package attachment,including the registration form(see Annex 2),the letter of commitment(see Annex 3),and the JPG drawings of competition.The mail and attachments shall be named as"Competition Group(Student Group/Professional Group)+Entry Number(the registration confirmation email will show the entry number)+the name of the work.jpg".
  圖紙要求：
  1.所有參賽作品都可以使用中文或英文（需有中文標(biāo)題）。
  2.總平面圖要求以1:2000比例繪制，并包含節(jié)點(diǎn)詳圖若干，以公制單位標(biāo)注。
  3.圖像文件采用JPG格式，版面為A0大?。ㄘQ向構(gòu)圖），分辨率為300pixels/inch，數(shù)量2-4張。
  4.參賽JPG圖像文件中不得出現(xiàn)參賽個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)相關(guān)信息，違者將取消參賽資格。
  Requirements of the drawing:
  1.All entries can be presented in Chinese or English(the Chinese title is a must).
  2.The general floor plan requires to be drawn to a 1:2000 scale and contains a number of node detail maps to a 1:500 scale,marked in metric units.
  3.The image file is in JPG format,the layout is A0 size(vertical composition),the resolution is 300pixels/inch,and the sheet number is two to four.
  4.No relevant information about the individual or the team shall be presented in the JPG image file.Anyone who violates the rule will be disqualified.

  The work shall be original and has not been published in any form before.It is not a public work and may not infringe any copyright,trademark,exclusive right or other rights of a third party.If the entry involves infringement,the entrant shall take sole responsibility for the deeds.The originality commitment letter shall be signed and its scan is supposed to be submitted together with the work.
  The organizer has the right to use the prize-winning works for free.If entrants have any other claims of copyright,please provide a clear explanation when submitting the works.

  本屆大賽設(shè)立金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)、銅獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀組織單位、最受歡迎等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金總額200000.00（大寫：貳拾萬(wàn)元整）人民幣，由組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外著名專家組成評(píng)審委員會(huì)，對(duì)參賽的全部作品進(jìn)行評(píng)選，對(duì)積極組織參賽的院校也將給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
  This competition in this year will set up Gold Award,Silver Award,Bronze Award,Excellent Award,Excellent Instructor Award,Outstanding Organization Award,the Most Popular Award,and so on,with a total money award of 200000.00 RMB.Organizing committee will also invite the renowned experts from both home and abroad to form a review committee rating all the entries.Colleges and universities which actively engage and organize students will be awarded the corresponding prizes.

  對(duì)入圍作品進(jìn)行兩種途徑投票。一是大觀公園現(xiàn)場(chǎng)市民投票，昆明市大觀公園將在公園內(nèi)舉辦設(shè)計(jì)作品展覽，展示參賽作品并設(shè)置手機(jī)掃碼投票；二是通過(guò)《中國(guó)園林》微信公眾號(hào)進(jìn)行投票，得票最高者將被授予最受歡迎獎(jiǎng)。
  Most Popular Award
  There are two ways to vote for finalists.1.Kunming Daguan Garden will hold an exhibition of design works on the site,display the entries and set up mobile phone scan code for people to vote;2.The WeChat official account of Chinese Landscape Architecture Magazine will also be available for online voting.The top vote-getter in either way will be awarded the Most Popular Award.

  2019年12月24日開(kāi)始為期3天的入圍作品公示，并在西南林業(yè)大學(xué)網(wǎng)站、大觀公園網(wǎng)站、西南林業(yè)大學(xué)微信公眾號(hào)、大觀公園微信公眾號(hào)平臺(tái)上公布入圍名單。2019年12月27日-29日在西南林業(yè)大學(xué)進(jìn)行頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。
  Release of Results
  From December 24th,2019,a three-day public notification of finalists will be announced and posted on the website of Southwest Forestry University,Daguan Garden website,WeChat official account of Southwest Forestry University and WeChat official account of Daguan Garden.The award ceremony will be held at Southwest Forestry University from December 27th to 29th,2019.
