尊敬的專家、學(xué)者、建筑師、設(shè)計師及媒體朋友：
目前，中國城市的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展作為“中國模式”的主要動力，已經(jīng)由國際上的后發(fā)追隨者變成了引領(lǐng)國際城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展新潮流的重要力量。同時，中國的城市更新、老城中的存量盤活作為推動城市化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化特別是創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)以及對外開放、國際化的主陣地，作為中國城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容和推動中國經(jīng)濟全球化的重要平臺，正面臨在新時代如何轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的考驗。
在此背景下，城市“硅巷”的概念孕育而生?！肮柘铩币辉~來源于紐約曼哈頓，它與硅谷的區(qū)別在于，硅谷是在城市邊緣區(qū)建設(shè)的具有完整高端服務(wù)配套的科技創(chuàng)新園區(qū)，而硅巷是以存量空間更新為主的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)。城市“硅巷”代表了城市從更新走向創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展格局與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。這一過程伴隨兩股重要的勢能。第一是設(shè)計驅(qū)動，第二是科技賦能。其中，設(shè)計（產(chǎn)業(yè)）代表了面向未來、引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)新的重要發(fā)展動能。無論從城市規(guī)劃、還是建筑以及室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計，都在城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級以及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展下迎來新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，與以往不同，且更加是一個系統(tǒng)化的過程，伴隨著應(yīng)對策略的連續(xù)性比較研究，以全球化的視角開展在地化的探索等等。相應(yīng)的，在信息技術(shù)革命的全球背景下，數(shù)字化、智能化的互聯(lián)互通正極大改變?nèi)祟惣韧慕涣鳌⑸詈凸ぷ鞣绞?。伴隨5G等信息技術(shù)的日益成熟，自動駕駛、遠程醫(yī)療、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信、人工智能等一系列前沿技術(shù)將逐漸投入日常應(yīng)用，從而對城鄉(xiāng)物質(zhì)空間產(chǎn)生持續(xù)而深遠的影響。面對這樣的趨勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，城市的決策者、規(guī)劃者以及設(shè)計者們需要深入思考和探索——如何讓城市空間更加適應(yīng)變化中的生活與生產(chǎn)方式？更加富有創(chuàng)造性、前瞻性地面對新的技術(shù)和變革所帶來的機會和挑戰(zhàn)？
以此為背景，“城市·硅巷——面向未來設(shè)計“之「南京老煙廠更新」國際設(shè)計競賽，在南京市發(fā)展城市”硅巷“，建設(shè)創(chuàng)新名城的目標(biāo)下被正式推出。它以南京玄武區(qū)老煙廠更新為載體，立足設(shè)計產(chǎn)業(yè)，探索城市硅巷和面向未來設(shè)計之間的關(guān)系，城市、設(shè)計與個體使用者之間的關(guān)系，以及設(shè)計和未來之間的關(guān)系；面向國內(nèi)外建筑師和設(shè)計師群體，征集富有創(chuàng)新性和創(chuàng)造力的改造設(shè)計方案，立足將南京老煙廠轉(zhuǎn)型為設(shè)計創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，銜接周邊社區(qū)（街區(qū)）以及環(huán)東南大學(xué)設(shè)計產(chǎn)業(yè)帶，以跨學(xué)科視角、多角度切入，提出區(qū)域功能明顯、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市空間發(fā)展格局，回應(yīng)多層次的城市問題，為園區(qū)和城市提供更豐富的融合性和多樣性，成為城市硅巷和環(huán)東大設(shè)計產(chǎn)業(yè)帶的示范性項目。
伴隨競賽的推出，圍繞同一主題下激發(fā)思考與分享的設(shè)計師系列沙龍活動也在進行中。首場北京，將由南京老煙廠的主體建設(shè)與運營單位南京鐘山集團、競賽主辦方之一——雅倫格文化藝術(shù)基金會（作為連接國內(nèi)外建筑設(shè)計學(xué)術(shù)與實踐交流，以展覽等多元形式推動中國設(shè)計亮相國際舞臺，并建立國內(nèi)外交流與合作的重要平臺），聯(lián)同合作伙伴一起，于2019年11月8日14:00—16:30在天寧寺第二熱電廠園區(qū)一期天寧1號水晶盒子舉行，在理念與實踐分享中傳遞經(jīng)驗，打開思路，拓展靈感，建立共識，且藉由場地本身（即天寧寺第二熱電廠園區(qū)一期）形成城市“硅巷”發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗借鑒與城際間的鏡像和連接，同時為設(shè)計師在南京城市硅巷建設(shè)中發(fā)揮作用開辟道路。

北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司副總建筑師，方案創(chuàng)作工作室（UFo）副主任及主持建筑師，中國建筑學(xué)會建筑師分會理事和中國建筑學(xué)會建筑師分會數(shù)字專業(yè)委員會委員，北京市規(guī)劃學(xué)會專家文員會委員；一級注冊建筑師和北京建筑大學(xué)碩士導(dǎo)師。
曾多次參與國際及中國著名建筑項目，主要代表作有：中國駐澳大利亞大使館，北京鳳凰國際傳媒中心，北京奧林匹克中心區(qū)下沉花園等。
獲得多項國際大獎包括2013亞洲建筑師協(xié)會優(yōu)秀建筑設(shè)計獎及2016 Autodesk頒發(fā)國際建筑BIM獎唯一金獎等。

Liu Yuguang has participated in many famous international and Chinese construction projects,including the Chinese Embassy in Australia,Beijing Phoenix International Media Center,Beijing Olympic Center sunken garden,etc.
He has won many international awards,including the 2013 excellent architectural design award of Asian Architects Association and the only gold award of international BIM award awarded by Autodesk in 2016.

本科畢業(yè)于北京建筑工程學(xué)院，于紐約普瑞特藝術(shù)學(xué)院（Pratt Institute）獲得建筑學(xué)碩士。在美國完成學(xué)習(xí)及工作五年后，于2003年任職于北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院（BIAD）,運營了10年的BIAD國際工作室，2005年作為合伙人建立Crossboundaries。
Crossboundaries代表項目包括北大附中本校及朝陽未來學(xué)校，愛慕時尚工廠，北京正通寶馬博物館，索易兒童成長中心,江蘇北沙/碩集幼兒園，北京、上海及2019年德國設(shè)計大獎、2018年Architizer A+大獎、2018年Architecture MasterPrize大獎，2019年度Architectural MasterPrize獎-教育類-特別提名，并于2015、2017及2019年連續(xù)獲評《安邸AD》“AD100年度設(shè)計師”等。工作室亦參與理論研究，曾參展第十五屆威尼斯雙年展“穿越中國——中國理想家”及2018年BEIJING HOUSE VISION大展。董灝不僅擔(dān)任世界級建筑設(shè)計獎項Architizer A+獎以及AMP ARCHITECTURE MASTERPRIZE的評委工作，還為《金融時報》中文網(wǎng)撰寫教育專欄文章，且執(zhí)教于清華大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)和中央美術(shù)學(xué)院，并在北大附中、世界聯(lián)合學(xué)院（UWC）中國分校、探月學(xué)院、啟行營地教育(IDEAS)等機構(gòu)為中小學(xué)生教授創(chuàng)意課程。
Dong Hao

He graduated from Beijing Institute of architecture and had a master's degree in architecture from Pratt Institute.After five years of study and work in the United States,he worked in Beijing Institute of architectural design(BIAD)in 2003,and operated BIAD International Studio for 10 years.In 2005,he established Crossboundaries as a partner.
Crossboundaries'representative projects include the Future High School of Peking University and Chaoyang future school,Aimu factory,Beijing Zhengtong BMW Museum,Suoyi children's growth center,Beisha/Shuoji kindergarten in Jiangsu Province,German design awards in Beijing,Shanghai and 2019,A+architect award in 2018,architecture MasterPrize in 2018,Specially nominated of architecture MasterPrize in 2019–Education section.And in 2015,2017 and 2019,he was awarded"ad100 designer of the year"of"ad style".
The studio also participated in theoretical research and participated in the 15th Venice Biennale"crossing China-China's ideal home"and the 2018 Beijing house Vision Exhibition.Dong Hao not only served as the judge of the world-class architectural design awards architizer a+award and amp architecture mastersize,but also wrote education columns for the Chinese website of the“financial times”.He also taught at Tsinghua University,Peking University and the Central Academy of fine arts.He also worked in the Affiliated Middle School of Peking University,the World Union College(UWC)China branch,the lunar exploration college,the idea camp education and other institutions Teaching creative courses to primary and secondary school students.

林海畢業(yè)于世界排名前三的TU Delft（代爾夫特理工大學(xué)建筑系），曾從業(yè)于包括SOM建筑事務(wù)所（世界綜合排名第一）等多家國際著名建筑事務(wù)所，擁有豐富的國內(nèi)外酒店，商業(yè)綜合體,住宅設(shè)計和城市規(guī)劃的項目經(jīng)驗。在荷蘭與美國工作后，于2008年在芝加哥創(chuàng)建了DAMU Design建筑設(shè)計事務(wù)所，并在2013年與合伙人開拓中國市場，一起創(chuàng)建了DAMU中國設(shè)計團隊。林海重視建筑設(shè)計藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造力與技術(shù)的結(jié)合,強調(diào)建筑細節(jié)與品質(zhì)，同時關(guān)注中國傳統(tǒng)文化與國際多元文化的融合，新時代新科技與設(shè)計創(chuàng)作之間的傳承與發(fā)展。

Lin Hai graduated from TU Delft(Department of architecture,Delft University of Technology),the top three in the world.He has worked in many famous international architectural firms,including SOM architectural firm(No.1 in the world ranking),and has rich experience in hotel,commercial complex,residential design and urban planning projects at home and abroad.After working in the Netherlands and the United States,DAMU design architectural design firm was founded in Chicago in 2008,and DAMU China design team was founded together with partners to explore the Chinese market in 2013.Lin Hai attaches great importance to the combination of artistic creativity and technology of architectural design,architectural details and quality,the integration of Chinese traditional culture and international multi-cultural,and the inheritance and development of new technology and design creation in the new era.
羅勁|Luo Jin
國家一級注冊建筑師
北京艾迪爾建筑裝飾工程股份有限公司創(chuàng)始人、董事長兼設(shè)計總監(jiān)
2015中國年度設(shè)計人物，2018創(chuàng)新中國十大設(shè)計工匠，2018-2019年度中國設(shè)計品牌名人榜十大領(lǐng)軍人物。
羅勁，1987年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)建筑系，于中元國際工程設(shè)計研究院（原機械部設(shè)計院）工作三年，赴日本福井工業(yè)大學(xué)研修深造，之后又于京都大學(xué)攻讀研究生。羅勁在日求學(xué)及工作期間，潛移默化的受日本追求極致細節(jié)，秉持匠人之心做事風(fēng)格的影響，這段求學(xué)經(jīng)歷在其隨后近三十年的企業(yè)管理經(jīng)營及公空營造過程中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
羅勁帶領(lǐng)的艾迪爾擅長商務(wù)辦公和商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項目的設(shè)計和營建，以及存量建筑改造再利用。自1995年艾迪爾成立以來，他見證國內(nèi)商務(wù)辦公空間的發(fā)展，辦公行為的演變，尤其是以騰訊為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)型企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中，對辦公業(yè)態(tài)，辦公空間承載內(nèi)容及表現(xiàn)形式，辦公空間與員工行為方式、工作效率的探索和思考。
他主張微觀世界決定宏觀世界，辦公空間中人與空間的關(guān)系，類比到更大范文內(nèi)的城市，人的行為與所在城市空間的伸張關(guān)系是高度復(fù)合的，并提出辦公空間的“超級互聯(lián)”概念，嘗試更多智能科技，設(shè)計，自然元素等要素在未來空間設(shè)計中互聯(lián)的可能性。
Luo Jin，national first-class registered architect.Founder,chairman and design director of Beijing Ideal Architectural Decoration Engineering Co.,Ltd.,2015 China's annual design figure,2018 innovation China's top 10 design craftsmen,2018-2019 China's top 10 design brand celebrities.
Luo Jin,graduated from the Department of architecture of Tsinghua University in 1987,worked in Zhongyuan International Engineering Design Institute(the former Design Institute of the Ministry of machinery)for three years,went to Fukui University of technology in Japan for further study,and then studied for postgraduate in Kyoto University.During his study and work in Japan,Luo Jin was influenced by Japan's pursuit of extreme details and craftsmanship.This study experience played an important role in his business management and public space construction in the next 30 years.
Ideal,led by Luo Jin,specializes in the design and construction of commercial office and commercial real estate projects,as well as the reconstruction and reuse of existing buildings.Since its establishment in 1995,Ideal has witnessed the development of domestic business office space and the evolution of office behavior,especially in the development process of the Internet-based enterprises represented by Tencent,the exploration and thinking of office format,office space bearing content and form of expression,office space and employee behavior,and work efficiency.
He advocated that the micro world determines the macro world,and the relationship between people and space in office space.Compared with the larger cities in the model,the relationship between people's behavior and the expansion of the urban space is highly complex.He proposed the concept of"super interconnection"of office space,and tried to explore the possibility of interconnection of more intelligent technology,design,natural elements and other elements in future space design
涂山|Tu Shan
清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院環(huán)藝系副教授
北京清尚建筑設(shè)計研究院水岸空間設(shè)計研究所所長
裝置藝術(shù)家
作為一名建筑師和室內(nèi)設(shè)計師，他獲得了全國杰出中青年室內(nèi)建筑師稱號。多年的設(shè)計實踐,他和他的團隊完成了大量的建筑及室內(nèi)設(shè)計作品，作品入選中國年室內(nèi)設(shè)計年鑒，他重點研究技術(shù)走向和設(shè)計的關(guān)聯(lián)性，并關(guān)注技術(shù)和設(shè)計的整合，以及在不同的文化及環(huán)境背景下的應(yīng)用，如建筑改造和保護性發(fā)展及水上環(huán)境等方向的應(yīng)用。就此方向，他組織了系列的國際校際工作室（workshop），以及“清華大學(xué)水上環(huán)境論壇”，成果參加各類的設(shè)計展覽。
Tu Shan，Associate Professor of Department of environmental art,School of fine arts,Tsinghua University，Director of Beijing Tsingshang architectural design and Research Institute,Installation Artist.
As an architect and interior designer,he has won the title of national outstanding young and middle-aged interior architect.Over the years of design practice,he and his team have completed a large number of architectural and interior design works.His works were selected into the China Interior Design Yearbook.He focuses on the relevance of technology trend and design,and pays attention to the integration of technology and design,as well as the application under different cultural and environmental backgrounds,such as architectural transformation and protective development and the application of water environment.In this direction,he organized a series of international workshop and"Tsinghua University water environment forum".Achievements participated in various design exhibitions
周婷|Zhou Ting
北京首鋼建設(shè)投資有限公司高級工程師、清華大學(xué)建筑系博士
多年從事建筑地區(qū)性與適應(yīng)性理論研究與實踐，著有《湘西土家族建筑演變的適應(yīng)性機制》等學(xué)術(shù)專著和論文多篇。自2014年起參與首鋼老工業(yè)區(qū)改造更新，負責(zé)首鋼園多版規(guī)劃編制和課題研究，作為業(yè)主團隊代表組織推動了北京西十冬奧廣場、國家冬季運動訓(xùn)練中心、首鋼三高爐改造、2022北京冬奧會首鋼滑雪大跳臺、電廠改造香格里拉酒店、新首鋼國際人才社區(qū)等城市更新項目。
Zhou Ting，Senior engineer of Beijing Shougang Construction Investment Co.,Ltd.,Ph.D.of Department of architecture,Tsinghua University.
She has been engaged in the theoretical research and practice of architectural regionality and adaptability for many years,and has written many academic monographs and papers such as the adaptive mechanism of Tujia architectural evolution in Western Hunan.Since 2014,she has participated in the transformation and renovation of Shougang old industrial zone,and was responsible for the multi version planning and research of Shougang park.As a representative of the owner team,she has organized and promoted the urban renewal projects such as Beijing West ten Winter Olympic Plaza,national winter sports training center,Shougang three blast furnace reconstruction,Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games Shougang snow diving platform,power plant reconstruction Shangri La Hotel,new Shougang International Talent community,etc.
