  In order to develop the Soft City—an urban goal of“Environment priority,Eco development,Culture everywhere”that helps improve the quality of tourism,create a good atmosphere that advances tourism with art,and promotes Shenzhen and China’s public art development—the city of Shenzhen is calling on local,national,and international artists for 2019 3rd Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Public Art Exhibition.Entries are open now till late November 2019.

  本次活動(dòng)采用面向社會(huì)公開征集入選30件公共藝術(shù)作品。凡認(rèn)同本次主題和宗旨，具有公共藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作能力的國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家、設(shè)計(jì)師個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)均可報(bào)名參加，不限國別、民族、年齡、性別。
  The event is open to professional artists,designers,groups or individuals.The 30 art works will be selected.There is no limitation on country,nationality,agesand gender.All the submissions should support the event theme.
  作品要求
  Entry requirements
  1．主題闡釋:作品主題以藝術(shù)介入全域旅游為基本理念，展開對全域旅游涉及的公共藝術(shù)作品的組織創(chuàng)作和選拔，作品類別包括：
  （1）公共藝術(shù)·交互藝術(shù)
  （交互投影、數(shù)字沙盤、增強(qiáng)/虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、動(dòng)態(tài)影像、動(dòng)力裝置及沉浸式空間藝術(shù)等）
  （2）公共藝術(shù)·公共雕塑
  （城市雕塑、景觀雕塑和園林小品等）
  （3）公共藝術(shù)·建筑景觀
  （藝術(shù)構(gòu)筑物、園藝、水景和地景藝術(shù)等）
  （4）公共藝術(shù)·公共設(shè)施
  （藝術(shù)家具、花器、燈飾照明、導(dǎo)向設(shè)施、游樂設(shè)施、健身設(shè)施、環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施等）
  2．參賽作品要求作者擁有作品全部的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，作品需具備原創(chuàng)性、藝術(shù)性、公共性、國際性、創(chuàng)新性和可實(shí)施性。
  3．作品征稿一律采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的方式，參賽作者應(yīng)在(北京時(shí)間11月25日24時(shí)前)將填寫完整的《2019第三屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術(shù)優(yōu)秀作品展報(bào)名登記表》以及報(bào)名作品的相關(guān)資料發(fā)至組委會(huì)指定郵箱diaosunet 163.com（文件命名：姓名、“琵鷺杯”活動(dòng)報(bào)名）
  4．參賽資料要求：
  （1）每位作者提交至少2～3件作品的圖片，作品的圖片要與作品說明對應(yīng)，明確清晰；
  （2）每件作品提供三個(gè)拍攝角度（新媒體藝術(shù)作品需提供能清晰表達(dá)作品的視頻或其它文件）的資料供評委會(huì)評選；
  （3）組裝作品要有清楚明了的安裝圖；
  （4）發(fā)送郵箱的所有電子版相關(guān)圖片解析度應(yīng)在300DPI以上。作品圖片為JPG格式，不應(yīng)標(biāo)注任何文字信息，圖片電子文件應(yīng)按作者姓名、作品名稱、規(guī)格、材料格式命名；
  （5）新媒體藝術(shù)作品演示電子文件要求：視頻格式AVI、MOV、WMV，精度640DPI以上，演示文件為PPT、PDF格式，不應(yīng)標(biāo)注個(gè)人信息；
  （6）報(bào)送材料逾期將不被受理。
  5．參賽作品由評審委員會(huì)評選后，其結(jié)果由組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)通知入選作者，并在主辦方網(wǎng)站（雕塑在線www.diaosunet.com和深圳市新空間公共藝術(shù)研究院http://nspai.cn/）公布。
  6．本次大展將評出“優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”30名。獲得“優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”的作品須在12月17日前將立體實(shí)物作品運(yùn)至指定地點(diǎn)，準(zhǔn)備參展，逾期視為自動(dòng)放棄。
  7．獲獎(jiǎng)作品的實(shí)物或模型尺寸為40～80cm，（如有特殊尺寸可與主辦方聯(lián)系），硬質(zhì)材料（易碎品將不予接收），國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱包裝。
  1.Subject should consider the concept of“Art for all-area-advancing tourism”,your submissions should:
  (1)Sculpture for publicspace;
  (2)Architecture landscape,such as artistic architecture installation,gardening,waterscape,or landscape,etc;
  (3)Public facilities,such as artistic furniture,flowerpot,lights,signboards,playgrounds,etc;
  (4)Media Interaction art,such as interactive narrative,multimedia sand table,AR&VR,moving images,immersive experiences,etc.
  2.All participants must own the all copy right of their submission works,conveying the sense of creation,art,public,innovation,complement.
  3.All applications must be submitted online by 23:59,15th,November,2019(Beijing time)to our official email Newspace1207 163.com.with a completed Application form and relevant documents.The proposal file name must be formatted as the example below:Susan Smith_Application for the Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup
  4.Proposal file should:
  (1)be more than 2-3 pieces images and clearwork concept eachwork,which matching the images;
  (2)be 3 different views per work,the new media works be submitted in video clips or other documents which can demonstrate your qualifications;
  (3)complete the application form and other attachments;
  (4)be manuals to explain how to install the pieces if necessary;
  (5)include digital images,which the quality to be 300DPI or above in JPG format,without
  text about personal information.All image file names should be formatted like the example
  below:name_work title_specifications_materials.jpg.
  (6)All the new media works shall be submitted in PPT format.Videos should be in AVI,MOV,or WMV format for video(more than 640DPI each piece),PDF for images.No personal information inthe video.
  (7)anyLate submissions will not be accepted.
  5.After the selection process,the Committee will contact selected artists and make public announcement on websites:Sculpture Online at www.diaosunet.com and Shenzhen New Space Public Art Institute http://nspai.cn/.
  6.30 pieces of works will be selected as“Excellence Award”and have to be delivered the models to a designated address for exhibition by17th December.Any late comers will be treated as withdrawal.
  7.All winning designs model must meet 40-80cm in size,be made in hard materials and packaged by international standard.Anything made with fragile material will not be accepted and for any inquiries regarding to the size,please contact us.

  About the winning works
  針對第一階段方案征募的作品方案評選出“琵鷺杯·優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”30名，獎(jiǎng)金8000元/件（含稅），其作者將被邀請參加頒獎(jiǎng)典禮暨學(xué)術(shù)論壇，受頒獎(jiǎng)杯及榮譽(yù)證書；獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在深圳市新空間公共藝術(shù)研究院展示至次年12月31日，以作商業(yè)項(xiàng)目落地義務(wù)推介，推介成功作品版權(quán)費(fèi)用根據(jù)具體項(xiàng)目主辦方與作者另行洽談，如無意參加落地推介的，展覽結(jié)束后即退還作品。
  For 30 winning works,which named as“Excellence Award”,will be a awarded with 8000 RMB(with tax),an award cup,and a certificate per piece.Winners will be invited to attend the Annual Award Ceremony and Public Art Forum in Shenzhen.The winning artworks will also be displayed at the Shenzhen New Space Public Art Institute till the 31st December 31,2020 for potential business.If the piece is sold in real business,the main organizer(s)will make a decision with artist(s)on copy rights fees case by case.We will return your models after the Award Ceremony if no willing to be a real business.

  About the intellectual property
  1.應(yīng)征作品的著作權(quán)受中國法律保護(hù)，最終獲得優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)并建設(shè)實(shí)施的藝術(shù)作品，除署名權(quán)以外的一切知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)歸組織方與作者共同擁有。
  2．主辦方對包括本規(guī)則在內(nèi)的本次征集活動(dòng)的所有文件保留最終解釋權(quán)。任何與本次征集活動(dòng)有關(guān)的未盡事宜，均由主辦方進(jìn)一步制定相應(yīng)規(guī)定或進(jìn)行解釋。
  3．參展作品不得侵犯第三方的專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)或其他任何合法權(quán)益，若出現(xiàn)糾紛責(zé)任自負(fù)。
  4．活動(dòng)主辦單位有權(quán)對本次活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的作品匯編出版、發(fā)行以及進(jìn)行公益宣傳的無償使用。
  1.Under the protection of Chinese law,the intellectual property of all‘“Excellence Award”’and real sculptures are co-owned by the organizers and the owner,except for the right of signature.
  2.The organizers reserve the right of final interpretation for all documents related to the Call for Submissions and they are responsible for any guiding principles and interpretations of any unfinished tasks related to the event.
  3.Participating artists must not breach the patent right,copyright,trademark right,reputation right,and and other legal rights of the Third Party.Otherwise,participants will be legally responsible for any consequences.
  4.The organizers have the right to compile,publish,and publicize the works at their own discretion for free.

  4．本次活動(dòng)新聞發(fā)布權(quán)和對相關(guān)問題的解釋權(quán)歸主辦方。
  1.All transportation fees for the exhibition are paid by the organizers(Customs duties paid by artists if necessary).
  2.All accommodation and meals during 2019 the 3rd Shenzhen"Spoonbill Cup”Public Art Awards Opening Ceremony and Forum will be paid by the organizer for all participating winners.If the winner is a team,the lead artist will be invited.
  3.All winning artists will be prioritized in the introduction to the Shenzhen Longgang Talent Policy.
  4.All right for interpretation for all PR activities will be reserved for the organizers.
