The Yellow River,the cradle of Chinese civilization,and the Luo River,with its own rich history,meet at a point that can be regarded as the central coordinate of Chinese civilization.
Archaeological evidence shows that the Heluo region was the core stage of early Chinese civilization.The Nine Stars astronomical remains at the"Ancient Heluo State"site of Shuanghuashu testify to the ancestors'concept of the"center of the universe."The"earliest Forbidden City"unearthed at the Erlitou site is only 60 kilometers away from the confluence.
When the legend of"the Yellow River giving birth to a map and the Luo River giving birth to the book"meets the archaeological strata,the confluence of the Yellow and Luo rivers is not only the meeting of waterways but also the umbilical cord of civilization.
站在河洛匯流觀景臺，
看濁流與清波相擁成太極之形，
腳下每一粒砂石都可能刻著仰韶的陶紋，
藏著夏商的卜骨。
兩條河流的交纏處，
仿佛埋藏著華夏文明最原始的基因密碼。
這是文化地理意義上的中心坐標(biāo)，

Standing on the confluence observation platform,watching the muddy and clear waters embrace to form the shape of Tai Chi,every grain of sand under your feet may bear the patterns of Yangshao pottery and hide the oracle bones of the Xia and Shang dynasties.
At the point where the two rivers entwine,it seems to hide the most primitive genetic code of Chinese civilization.It is a central coordinate in terms of cultural geography and also the spiritual homeland in the blood of every Chinese person.
洛水入黃河處，
位于今天的河南省鞏義市。
在這一段34公里的洛河沿岸，
亦是五千年文明的中心舞臺。
The place where the Luo River flows into the Yellow River is now Gongyi City,Henan Province.Along this 34-kilometer stretch of the Luo River,it is also the central stage of five thousand years of civilization,where time presents a wonderful folded state.

While Du Fu's birth-cave bricks seep with verses of High Tang splendor.Northern Song spirit-guards gaze through centuries At Kang Baiwan's brick-carved prosperity mirrored in Luo's waves.
As beacon-smoke of Heishiguan Pass dissolves into ripples of the deity's silk robe.

每處遺址都是文明的切片，

Gongyi is like an open stereoscopic history book,with historical coordinates shining like stars.Every site is a slice of civilization,and every ancient building is a station of time and space.Those who pass through here are all swimming in the 5,000-year-old galaxy.

In 2025,we sincerely invite young designers to come to Gongyi,bring their unique perspectives and creativity,and leave their own works at the confluence of the Yellow and Luo rivers,allowing the ancient rivers to regain their vitality!
本次競賽將針對洛河沿岸16公里，著重打造6大濱水節(jié)點(diǎn)。
競賽分為2個(gè)賽段：
賽段一：4個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，總建筑面積2900㎡
賽段二：2個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，總建筑面積3500㎡
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括建筑、景觀、藝術(shù)裝置等。
This competition will focus on a 16-kilometer stretch along the Luo River,with an emphasis on creating 6 waterfront nodes.
The competition is divided into two sections:
Section 1:Includes four nodes,with a total building area of 2,900 square meters.
Section 2:Includes two nodes,with a total building area of 3,500 square meters.
The design scope includes architecture,landscape,art installations,and more.

At the riverside birthplace of Du Fu,where the poet’s childhood innocence met his later humanitarian vision,we seek to co-create dockside cultural landscapes that honor both his boyhood refrain"At fifteen,my heart still danced with childlike wonder"and his timeless plea"If but a million sturdy houses could shelter all scholars under heaven!"Here,Tang Dynasty poetics merge with modern idealism,reinvigorating cultural heritage through youth-driven dialogues.

Beneath Mang Mountain’s shadow along the Luo River lies the Northern Wei Dynasty’s rock-hewn sanctuary,home to the globally revered Imperial Procession reliefs.We aim to transform these riverside grottoes into a therapeutic artscape where 1,500-year-old Buddhist aesthetics meet contemporary installations.By reinterpreting chiseled narratives through immersive experiences,we awaken dormant cultural DNA,letting heritage stones birth new creative tributaries for urban souls.

隋開皇、大業(yè)年間，興洛倉儲漕米二千四百萬石，是當(dāng)時(shí)全國最大的糧倉。倉西村背依龍尾山，伊洛河繞村而過，興洛倉龐大的糧倉群落曾佇立于此，如今隱沒于土地中，等待著被重新看見。我們期待與設(shè)計(jì)師攜手，在興洛倉遺址所在地蒼西村，打造一個(gè)以河洛美食為主題的目的地，讓人們不僅能在此品味“舌尖上的河洛”，還能汲取豐富的精神食糧，獲得昂揚(yáng)向上的精神滋養(yǎng)。

·Gastronomic Homeland of Heluo Flavors
·A Sanctuary Where Abundance Nourishes Body and Soul
During the Sui Dynasty's Kaihuang and Daye years,the Xingluo Granary stored twenty-four million piculs of cargos of grain,making it the largest granary in the country at that time.Cangxi Village,nestled against Longwei Mountain with the Yi-Luo River meandering around it,was once the site of the vast granary complex of Xingluo Granary,which now lies hidden beneath the land,waiting to be rediscovered.We look forward to joining hands with designers to create a He-Luo food-themed destination in Cangxi Village,the site of the Xingluo Granary.Here,people will not only be able to savor the flavors of the He-Luo region but also gain rich spiritual nourishment and an uplifting spirit.

洛神廣場是鞏義市民休閑活動(dòng)的重要場所，也是一處以曹植《洛神賦》為文化背景的特色景點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目將整合洛神廣場與周邊區(qū)域，以翩若驚鴻的洛神美學(xué)為魂，通過置入濱水休閑商業(yè)、水上運(yùn)動(dòng)、文化藝術(shù)等業(yè)態(tài)，將這一段洛河及兩岸空間整體煥新成為晝夜躍動(dòng)的鞏義城市文化會客廳，展現(xiàn)“人與水共生”的當(dāng)代河洛生活方式提案。

Where Cao Zhi’s Ode to the Goddess Luo once mythologized flowing sleeves and rippling currents,we reawaken Gongyi’s waterfront as a kinetic stage.Kayaks slice through golden-hour reflections past floating tea pavilions,while riverside plazas oscillate between locals’morning tai chi and visitors’twilight photography.Integrated with water sports hubs and ethereal Luo Shen light installations,this reinvented urban shoreline proposes a contemporary model of riverine symbiosis.

|家風(fēng)傳承，豫商精神新篇揚(yáng)
康百萬莊園始建于明末清初，康氏家族前后十二代人在這個(gè)莊園生活，跨越明、清和民國三個(gè)時(shí)期，共計(jì)400余年。歷史上，康家船隊(duì)在黃河、洛河、大運(yùn)河等水道上往來穿梭，運(yùn)輸鹽、布、木材、糧食等大宗商品，形成了“船行六河”的商業(yè)格局。未來，康百萬莊園濱水空間將圍繞豫商精神、漕運(yùn)文化、康百萬文化，以“財(cái)富之道”為線索，打造多元的文化與商業(yè)內(nèi)容，重現(xiàn)水運(yùn)商貿(mào)繁華。我們期待與設(shè)計(jì)師攜手，讓流淌四百年的商業(yè)基因，以新的方式賦能城市。

·Where Luo’s Currents Chart Courses of Prosperity
·Reimagining Mercantile Legacies through Family Virtues
The Kang Millionaire Manor was originally built at the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty.Twelve generations of the Kang family lived in this manor,spanning the Ming,Qing,and Republic of China periods,for a total of over 400 years.Historically,the Kang family's fleet shuttled along the waterways of the Yellow River,Luo River,and the Grand Canal,transporting bulk commodities such as salt,cloth,wood,and grain,forming a commercial pattern of"ships traveling along six rivers."In the future,the waterside space of the Kang Millionaire Manor will focus on the spirit of Henan merchants,canal transportation culture,and Kang Millionaire culture,using"the path of wealth"as a clue to create diverse cultural and commercial content,and recreate the prosperity of water transportation commerce.We look forward to joining hands with designers to empower the city in new ways with the commercial genes that have flowed for four hundred years.

允許參與本次競賽的參賽單位，包括國內(nèi)外注冊的獨(dú)立法人企業(yè)或機(jī)構(gòu)、聯(lián)合體、個(gè)人或個(gè)人組合。
-聯(lián)合體成員數(shù)量不超過3家
-個(gè)人組合人數(shù)不得超過6人
Entrants allowed to participate in this competition include domestic and foreign registered independent legal entities or institutions,consortia,individuals or combinations of individuals.
-Consortia shall be accepted for the participation with members no exceed 3.
-The number of individual combinations shall not exceed 6.

The total prize pool is 1.8 million RMB,with the prizes as follows:

參賽單位需選擇一個(gè)報(bào)名賽段。不可同時(shí)報(bào)名兩個(gè)賽段。
報(bào)名參加本競賽的參賽單位，需在公開報(bào)名階段提交：
1.資格預(yù)審申請文件（報(bào)名文件）
2.所報(bào)名賽段指定點(diǎn)位的設(shè)計(jì)思路提案:

·賽段二參賽單位，提交“惠鄰碼頭”提案。

Participating units are required to choose one section to register for.It is not allowed to register for two sections simultaneously.
