2、The organizer has the intellectual property rights and copyright of all the winning works,and the organizer has the rights to redesign,produce,display and publish the corresponding design.If the copyright of the work is in dispute in the commercial use,the exhibitor who provides the work shall bear the legal liability.
主辦方對(duì)本次活動(dòng)中評(píng)選的所有獲獎(jiǎng)作品擁有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)及版權(quán),主辦方享有對(duì)相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、展示、出版等權(quán)益。若作品在商業(yè)使用中其著作權(quán)存在爭(zhēng)議,由提供作品的參展者承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。
3、The organizers have the right to display,report and publicize all the participating works.
主辦方擁有對(duì)所有參與作品進(jìn)行公益展示、報(bào)道、宣傳的權(quán)利。
4、During the activity,the creator shall not transfer or license the works to any third party,and shall not use the works to participate in other activities similar to this event.
