The design task of this International Consultation will include 3 parts,Overall planning,Environmental planning and spatial design,Scientific device concepts and experience design.

突破虎丘濕地公園及周邊片區(qū)既有規(guī)劃條件，對科學(xué)公園進(jìn)行開創(chuàng)性、突破性、全方位的構(gòu)思設(shè)計，以科學(xué)、科普、生態(tài)、生活融合為方向，創(chuàng)造性提出科學(xué)公園的主要內(nèi)容板塊，并解構(gòu)為一系列特色鮮明的空間場景載體，營造具有未來引力效應(yīng)的生態(tài)型科學(xué)體驗?zāi)康牡亍?/span>
1.Overall Planning:
Breaking through the existing planning conditions of the Tiger Hill Wetland Park and its surrounding areas,a pioneering,breakthrough,and all-round conceptual design is carried out for the Science Park.With the integration of science,science popularization,ecology,and life as the direction,the main content sections of the Science Park are creatively proposed and deconstructed into a series of distinctive spatial scene carriers,creating an ecological science experience destination with future gravitational effects.
2.環(huán)境規(guī)劃與空間設(shè)計：
突破虎丘濕地公園現(xiàn)狀限制，強化與未來城市功能的銜接，將整體策劃中布局的主要內(nèi)容解構(gòu)為10個左右特色鮮明的空間載體，提出富有體驗價值和目的地效應(yīng)的景觀空間解決方案，選擇和聚焦不少于3處重要的建筑單體或組團(tuán)，進(jìn)行空間形態(tài)概念方案設(shè)計。
2.Environmental Planning&Spatial Design:
Breaking free from the limitations of the current situation of the Tiger Hill Wetland Park,strengthening the connection with future urban functions,deconstructing the main content of the layout in the overall planning into about 10 distinctive spatial carriers,proposing landscape space solutions with rich experiential value and destination effects,selecting and focusing on no less than 3 important building units or groups,and carrying out spatial form conceptual design.
3.科學(xué)裝置概念與體驗設(shè)計：
結(jié)合整體策劃和環(huán)境規(guī)劃，選擇不少于3處重要節(jié)點，進(jìn)行科學(xué)裝置概念與體驗設(shè)計，具有強烈的主題性、獨特性、可實施性，同時具備一定的城市社群功能設(shè)定、技術(shù)可行性、材料與結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度和可持續(xù)性等。
3.Scientific Device Concepts&Experience Design:
Combining overall planning and environmental planning,select no less than 3 important nodes for scientific installation concept and experience design,with strong theme,uniqueness,and feasibility.At the same time,it has certain urban community function settings,technical feasibility,material and structural reliability,and sustainability.
本項目擬邀請在大型城市主題園區(qū)策劃、景觀環(huán)境規(guī)劃、濱水環(huán)境設(shè)計、藝術(shù)裝置設(shè)計等領(lǐng)域具有國際領(lǐng)先水準(zhǔn)的策劃單位和設(shè)計公司參與競爭。
This project aims to invite planning organizations and design companies with internationally leading standards in the fields of urban themed park planning,large-scale landscape environmental planning,waterfront environment design,and art installation design to participate in the competition.
參賽單位可獨立報名，或不超過三家單位組成聯(lián)合體。參賽單位中需要類似策劃業(yè)績的成員。負(fù)責(zé)策劃設(shè)計方案創(chuàng)作的首席設(shè)計師必須直接主持全過程設(shè)計，并親自參加場地踏勘和相關(guān)評審匯報、深化工作。
Participating organizations may register independently or form a consortium of no more than 3 entities.The participating units require members with similar planning achievements.The chief designer responsible for the planning and design proposal must directly oversee the entire design process and personally participate in site visits,relevant evaluation presentations,and further development work.
不論單獨報名或聯(lián)合體組隊，參賽單位在相關(guān)經(jīng)驗或業(yè)績證明材料須至少滿足下列條件三項：
Regardless of whether registering independently or as part of a consortium,participating organizations must provide evidence of relevant experience or achievements that meet at least three of the following criteria:
（1）主持或合作參與設(shè)計過世界博覽會、國家級園博會、科技主題公園的整體規(guī)劃或片區(qū)更新；
Lead or collaborate on the overall planning or area redevelopment for World Expos,national garden expos,or science theme parks.
（2）具備大型城市景觀濱水環(huán)境的規(guī)劃業(yè)績；
Demonstrated achievements in planning large-scale urban landscape waterfront environments.
（3）在設(shè)計或創(chuàng)意領(lǐng)域贏得過公認(rèn)權(quán)威的國際獎項（不少于3次）；
Recognition with authoritative international awards in design or creative fields(at least three times).
（4）不少于2次在藝術(shù)節(jié)、雙年展或大型城市事件中完成標(biāo)志性臨時建筑或裝置藝術(shù)的業(yè)績；
Achievements in completing iconic temporary buildings or installation art at art festivals,biennials,or large urban events(at least twice).
（5）在可行性研究、調(diào)研、市場數(shù)據(jù)分析等領(lǐng)域具備工作能力的驗證材料。
Validated capabilities in feasibility studies,research,and market data analysis.
1.主辦方對本項目進(jìn)行公開征集。在報名結(jié)束后，通過資格預(yù)審確定不少于6家入圍單位，參賽單位以《入圍確認(rèn)函》作為入圍依據(jù)并開展正式工作。

3.方案將舉行正式的評審會議，由主辦方組織高規(guī)格的評審專家進(jìn)行評選。
3.A formal evaluation meeting will be held for the proposals,organized by the host with a high-caliber jury panel.

1.Overall Planning:
Breaking through the existing planning conditions of the Tiger Hill Wetland Park and its surrounding areas,a pioneering,breakthrough,and all-round conceptual design is carried out for the Science Park.With the integration of science,science popularization,ecology,and life as the direction,the main content sections of the Science Park are creatively proposed and deconstructed into a series of distinctive spatial scene carriers,creating an ecological science experience destination with future gravitational effects.
2.環(huán)境規(guī)劃與空間設(shè)計：
突破虎丘濕地公園現(xiàn)狀限制，強化與未來城市功能的銜接，將整體策劃中布局的主要內(nèi)容解構(gòu)為10個左右特色鮮明的空間載體，提出富有體驗價值和目的地效應(yīng)的景觀空間解決方案，選擇和聚焦不少于3處重要的建筑單體或組團(tuán)，進(jìn)行空間形態(tài)概念方案設(shè)計。
2.Environmental Planning&Spatial Design:
Breaking free from the limitations of the current situation of the Tiger Hill Wetland Park,strengthening the connection with future urban functions,deconstructing the main content of the layout in the overall planning into about 10 distinctive spatial carriers,proposing landscape space solutions with rich experiential value and destination effects,selecting and focusing on no less than 3 important building units or groups,and carrying out spatial form conceptual design.
3.科學(xué)裝置概念與體驗設(shè)計：
結(jié)合整體策劃和環(huán)境規(guī)劃，選擇不少于3處重要節(jié)點，進(jìn)行科學(xué)裝置概念與體驗設(shè)計，具有強烈的主題性、獨特性、可實施性，同時具備一定的城市社群功能設(shè)定、技術(shù)可行性、材料與結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度和可持續(xù)性等。
3.Scientific Device Concepts&Experience Design:
Combining overall planning and environmental planning,select no less than 3 important nodes for scientific installation concept and experience design,with strong theme,uniqueness,and feasibility.At the same time,it has certain urban community function settings,technical feasibility,material and structural reliability,and sustainability.
本項目擬邀請在大型城市主題園區(qū)策劃、景觀環(huán)境規(guī)劃、濱水環(huán)境設(shè)計、藝術(shù)裝置設(shè)計等領(lǐng)域具有國際領(lǐng)先水準(zhǔn)的策劃單位和設(shè)計公司參與競爭。
This project aims to invite planning organizations and design companies with internationally leading standards in the fields of urban themed park planning,large-scale landscape environmental planning,waterfront environment design,and art installation design to participate in the competition.
參賽單位可獨立報名，或不超過三家單位組成聯(lián)合體。參賽單位中需要類似策劃業(yè)績的成員。負(fù)責(zé)策劃設(shè)計方案創(chuàng)作的首席設(shè)計師必須直接主持全過程設(shè)計，并親自參加場地踏勘和相關(guān)評審匯報、深化工作。
Participating organizations may register independently or form a consortium of no more than 3 entities.The participating units require members with similar planning achievements.The chief designer responsible for the planning and design proposal must directly oversee the entire design process and personally participate in site visits,relevant evaluation presentations,and further development work.
不論單獨報名或聯(lián)合體組隊，參賽單位在相關(guān)經(jīng)驗或業(yè)績證明材料須至少滿足下列條件三項：
Regardless of whether registering independently or as part of a consortium,participating organizations must provide evidence of relevant experience or achievements that meet at least three of the following criteria:
（1）主持或合作參與設(shè)計過世界博覽會、國家級園博會、科技主題公園的整體規(guī)劃或片區(qū)更新；
Lead or collaborate on the overall planning or area redevelopment for World Expos,national garden expos,or science theme parks.
（2）具備大型城市景觀濱水環(huán)境的規(guī)劃業(yè)績；
Demonstrated achievements in planning large-scale urban landscape waterfront environments.
（3）在設(shè)計或創(chuàng)意領(lǐng)域贏得過公認(rèn)權(quán)威的國際獎項（不少于3次）；
Recognition with authoritative international awards in design or creative fields(at least three times).
（4）不少于2次在藝術(shù)節(jié)、雙年展或大型城市事件中完成標(biāo)志性臨時建筑或裝置藝術(shù)的業(yè)績；
Achievements in completing iconic temporary buildings or installation art at art festivals,biennials,or large urban events(at least twice).
（5）在可行性研究、調(diào)研、市場數(shù)據(jù)分析等領(lǐng)域具備工作能力的驗證材料。
Validated capabilities in feasibility studies,research,and market data analysis.
1.主辦方對本項目進(jìn)行公開征集。在報名結(jié)束后，通過資格預(yù)審確定不少于6家入圍單位，參賽單位以《入圍確認(rèn)函》作為入圍依據(jù)并開展正式工作。
1.The organizer will conduct an open call for this project.After the registration period ends,a qualification review will determine no less than 6 shortlisted organizations,which will use the"Qualification Confirmation Letter"as the basis for their selection and commence formal work.
2.提交有效成果文件的入圍單位均將獲得設(shè)計成本費。通過專家評審及業(yè)主認(rèn)定，選定綜合方案水準(zhǔn)最優(yōu)的入圍單位獲得獎項和優(yōu)先深化工作機(jī)會。
2.All shortlisted organizations that submit valid deliverables will receive design cost compensation.Based on expert reviews and owner evaluations,the organization with the best comprehensive proposal will be awarded and offered opportunities for further development.
3.方案將舉行正式的評審會議，由主辦方組織高規(guī)格的評審專家進(jìn)行評選。
3.A formal evaluation meeting will be held for the proposals,organized by the host with a high-caliber jury panel.
4.主辦方具備本次活動的最終解釋權(quán)。本文件中英文理解偏差或不一致處，以中文為準(zhǔn)。
4.The organizing party reserves the final interpretation rights for this event.In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of this document,the Chinese version shall prevail.
入圍佳作獎：6名，獎金80萬/名
Nominee Award(6 Winners):800,000 RMB/Each
所有入圍單位在完成提報并經(jīng)專家評委認(rèn)為符合競賽要求的成果深度之后，均可獲得80萬元入圍佳作獎金。
All shortlisted units that submit their proposals and meet the competition requirements as deemed by the expert judges will each receive a runner-up prize of 800,000 RMB.
最終評審之后的優(yōu)勝單位，將獲得不同程度的獎金，包括：

一等獎：1名，獎金400萬（包含入圍獎金）
First Prize(1 Winner):
4 million RMB/Each(Including Nominee Award)
二等獎：1-2名，獎金200萬/名（包含入圍獎金）

單項獎：根據(jù)實際評審情況設(shè)定，不超過4個，獎金30萬/名
Individual Award(≤4 Winners):
Set according to the actual evaluation situation,300,000 RMB/Each

原則上，獲得“一等獎”的競賽團(tuán)隊，可優(yōu)先參與科學(xué)公園的深化工作，并在深化工作中有權(quán)參考不同入圍單位所提報成果之中有價值的圖文信息。
The team receiving the First Prize will,in principle,be responsible for further coordinating the detailed development of the science park and will have the right to reference valuable visual and textual information from the proposals submitted by other shortlisted units.

本次征集活動所有設(shè)計成果的著作署名權(quán)由設(shè)計單位所有，并許可主辦方使用設(shè)計成果于此項目的出版和展示。所有成果文件在評審后不退還設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)。主辦方有權(quán)在方案深化中合理使用任一投標(biāo)方案中的創(chuàng)意和積極要素。
The right of authorship of all design proposals shall be owned only by the design firms,and licensed to the Organizer for publication and display purposes only.The design results will not be returned to the design firms after appraisal.The Organizer shall be entitled to reasonably utilize the creative and positive elements of any bid in the deepening of the proposal.
