  In order to further stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of Chinese and African youths,broaden the space for innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation,and build a platform for China-Africa youth exchange and cooperation to facilitate China-Africa economic development and exchange,the Department of International Cooperation of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology,the China Science and Technology Exchange Center,and the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province jointly launch the"the 3rd China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition".
  一、活動(dòng)主題

  本次大賽以“科創(chuàng)中非，美好未來(lái)”為主題,聚焦數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、大健康與新材料、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域
  With the theme of“China-Africa Science and Technology Innovation for a Bright Future”,the event focuses on digital economy,circular economy,healthcare and new materials,and modern agriculture.

  三、參賽項(xiàng)目要求
  Project requirements
  1.參賽項(xiàng)目包括兩大類：（1）計(jì)劃或已在非洲地區(qū)國(guó)家落地轉(zhuǎn)化的項(xiàng)目；（2）計(jì)劃或已在中國(guó)境內(nèi)落地轉(zhuǎn)化的項(xiàng)目。其中計(jì)劃或已在中國(guó)境內(nèi)落地轉(zhuǎn)化的項(xiàng)目，參賽者應(yīng)為非洲地區(qū)國(guó)家公民，或者包含非洲地區(qū)國(guó)家公民的團(tuán)隊(duì)。
  The projects are divided into two categories:(1)those intended to be or already put into practical application in African countries and(2)those intended to be or already put into practical application in China.With regard to the projects intended to be or already put into practical application in China,their teams should include citizens of African countries.
  2.參賽項(xiàng)目原則上應(yīng)為具備成立公司運(yùn)營(yíng)條件的初創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目，或者是2019年1月1日之后在中國(guó)或非洲境內(nèi)注冊(cè)成立的科技型中小微企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的初創(chuàng)企業(yè)。項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容可以是發(fā)明創(chuàng)造或?qū)＠夹g(shù)，也可以是通過(guò)相關(guān)研發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)的概念產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)。
  In principle,the participants should be the start-up projects with conditions for establishing a company to operate,or science and technology start-up companies registered in China or Africa after January 1,2019.The content of the project can be an invention or patented technology,or a concept product or service realized through related research and development.
  3.參賽項(xiàng)目應(yīng)具有一定的科技創(chuàng)新性、良好的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景和可預(yù)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。參賽項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)及相關(guān)專利歸屬參賽者個(gè)人或參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)，與其它任何單位或個(gè)人無(wú)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛。
  Project should have certain scientific and technological innovation,good market development prospects and predictable economic benefits.The products,technologies and related patents of the projects belong to the individual participants or the participating teams,and there are no intellectual property disputes with any other units or individuals.
  4.前兩屆創(chuàng)賽獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目不參加本屆大賽。
  The winning projects of the first two competitions will not participate in this competition.
  四、參賽對(duì)象要求
  Participant requirements
  1.參賽者年齡應(yīng)為40歲以下（1984年1月1日以后出生）中國(guó)和非洲地區(qū)國(guó)家公民，遵守中國(guó)和國(guó)籍國(guó)的法律法規(guī)。大賽活動(dòng)交流語(yǔ)言為中文或英文。
  Participants should be citizens of China or African countries under 40 years old(born after January 1,1984),and abide by the laws and regulations of China and their country of nationality.The communication language of the competition is Chinese or English.
  2.參賽者可以為個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)形式。但每個(gè)個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)均只能報(bào)名參加一個(gè)參賽項(xiàng)目。以團(tuán)隊(duì)形式參賽的，每個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員人數(shù)不少于3人，不多于6人，允許跨單位（學(xué)校、企業(yè)等）和允許跨單位（學(xué)校、企業(yè)等）和不同國(guó)籍人員組隊(duì)組隊(duì)。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的，應(yīng)確定團(tuán)隊(duì)代表其中某一個(gè)國(guó)家參賽。
  Participants can be individuals or teams.However,each individual and team can only register for one project.For those participating in the form of a team,the number of each team member shall not be less than 3 and not more than 6 people,cross-unit(school,enterprise,etc.)and personnel of different nationalities are allowed to form teams.If the team members are from different countries,the team should be determined to represent one of the countries.
  五、賽事安排
  Schedule of the event
  （一）參賽報(bào)名(Sign-up)
  自預(yù)通知發(fā)布之日起，即可報(bào)名參賽，參賽人員請(qǐng)?jiān)?024年9月30日前將參賽報(bào)名表發(fā)送至指定郵箱。
  Since the release of the preliminary notice,participating projects are collected.Participants are requested to send the registration form to the specific email address before September 30,2024.
  報(bào)名材料包括項(xiàng)目路演PPT、大賽報(bào)名表、路演視頻（8-10分鐘）、商業(yè)計(jì)劃書等。
  Application materials include roadshow PPT,registration form,roadshow video(8-10 minutes),business plan,etc.
  （二）初賽(Preliminary round)
  現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域初賽擬于2024年10月在成都舉辦,專家團(tuán)隊(duì)將根據(jù)項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新性、可行性、可推廣性、社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選出四個(gè)優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入決賽。
  The preliminary round of the competition(area of modern agriculture)will be organized in Chengdu in October,2024.Experts will select out four excellent projects based on criteria of innovation,feasibility,application promotion,social and economic benefits,and the selected projects will enter the final round.

  （三）決賽(Final round)
  決賽擬于2024年11月6日在武漢舉辦，決賽不分領(lǐng)域，以線上線下相結(jié)合的形式進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目路演和答辯。
  In November 6,2024,the final round will be held in Wuhan,participants will conduct project presentations and Q&A online or offline.
  六、決賽獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
  Awards for the final round
  大賽設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)金：人民幣2萬(wàn)元；
  二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)金人民幣各1萬(wàn)元；
  三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)金人民幣各5千元；
  “最佳創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)”5項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)金人民幣各3千元；
  優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干，不設(shè)獎(jiǎng)金。
  The competition has 1 first prize，bonus:RMB 20,000;
  2 second prizes,bonus:RMB 10,000 per each;
  3 third prizes,bonus:RMB 5,000 per each;
  5"Best Creativity Awards",bonus:RMB 3,000 per each;
