為實(shí)現(xiàn)茅洲河中央水岸片區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略?xún)r(jià)值，落實(shí)高質(zhì)量高顏值城市建設(shè)要求，2024年1月11日，由深圳市光明區(qū)人民政府、深圳市規(guī)劃和自然資源局聯(lián)合主辦，深圳市規(guī)劃和自然資源局光明管理局承辦的深圳市光明茅洲河中央水岸城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際咨詢(xún)方案評(píng)審會(huì)在深圳市光明科學(xué)城展示中心召開(kāi)。
On January 11,2024,the design evaluation meeting of the International Consultation on Urban Design for Central Waterfront Area of Maozhou River,Guangming District,Shenzhen was convened at the Exhibition Center of Guangming Science City.The International Consultation is jointly hosted by Guangming District People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipality and the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality,and organized by Guangming Administration of Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality as a measure to fully realize the strategic value of the Central Waterfront Area and meet the requirements for high-quality urban development and image.

本次國(guó)際咨詢(xún)方案評(píng)審委員會(huì)由唐凱、何昉、陳一新、單樑、朱濤、張之楊、施特凡·瑞沃勒七位業(yè)界專(zhuān)家組成，委員會(huì)聽(tīng)取8家入圍設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)匯報(bào)，并對(duì)所有的方案設(shè)計(jì)成果進(jìn)行審閱和討論，最終確定3個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案（按匯報(bào)順序，排名不分先后），現(xiàn)予以公示。
The Evaluation Committee formed by seven experts,namely,Tang Kai、He Fang、Chen Yixin、Shan Liang、Zhu Tao、Zhang Zhiyang、Stephan Rewolle,debriefed the presentations made by the eight shortlisted design teams.After reviewing and discussing all the design submissions,the Evaluation Committee finalized three winning proposals(in presentation order)and are now publicized as follows.
