從“首提地”到“示范區(qū)”，成都以建設(shè)踐行新發(fā)展理念的公園城市示范區(qū)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、高品質(zhì)生活、高效能治理，在踐行綠水青山就是金山銀山理念、城市人民宜居宜業(yè)、城市治理現(xiàn)代化上率先突破，建設(shè)創(chuàng)新、開放、綠色、宜居、共享、智慧、善治、安全城市。2024年成都世界園藝博覽會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱2024成都世園會(huì)）以“公園城市美好人居”為主題，著力搭建中外園林園藝文化交流互鑒平臺(tái)，大力推動(dòng)園林園藝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，努力塑造成都“雪山下的公園城市”品牌。2024年成都公園城市花園季暨第七屆北林國際花園建造周（全國大學(xué)生花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽）作為2024成都世園會(huì)國際競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目之一（以下簡(jiǎn)稱花園季競(jìng)賽），緊緊圍繞世園會(huì)辦會(huì)理念，以特有的“竹構(gòu)建造”，助力世園會(huì)，詮釋公園城市。
From the'first site'to the'demonstration zone',Chengdu has been committed to building a park city demonstration zone of new development concept,by promoting high-quality development,high-quality living environment,and efficient governance.Following the concept that'lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets',Chengdu has taken the lead in creating good conditions for citizen's life and work with modernized urban governance,and has become a city of innovation,openness,green,livability,sharing,wisdom,good governance and security.The 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Exposition takes'Park City,Beautiful Habitat'as its theme,focusing on building a platform for cultural exchange and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign landscape art.It vigorously promotes the development of the gardening and horticulture industry and strives to shape the brand of Chengdu as a'park city under the snow-capped mountains.'The 2024 Chengdu Park City Garden Season and the 7th BFU International Garden-Making Week(National Student Garden Design and Construction Competition)as one of the international competition projects of the 2024 Chengdu Expo closely revolve around the concept of hosting the Expo,using the unique'bamboo construction'to assist the Expo and interpret the Park City.
竹以其挺拔不折的姿態(tài)與高節(jié)堅(jiān)韌的品格成為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要意象與符號(hào)，古有“幽幽水竹居”的詩意棲居理想，亦有“竹居可使食無肉”的高尚品格追求，竹所營造的詩情畫意的人居環(huán)境、傳承的堅(jiān)韌不拔的氣韻精神，至今引人追尋。本次花園季競(jìng)賽積極響應(yīng)國家發(fā)展改革委等部門于2023年11月印發(fā)的《加快“以竹代塑”發(fā)展三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》倡議行動(dòng)，將繼續(xù)以竹材作為主要構(gòu)筑材料，積極探索綠色低碳建造方式，通過多元主題的竹構(gòu)花園匠心營造，讓市民廣泛地參與到公園城市場(chǎng)景中，提升公園城市景觀品質(zhì)，彰顯公園城市特色魅力。
Bamboo has always been an important image and symbol of Chinese traditional culture with its upright and unyielding posture,also its high-level and tough character.In ancient times,there was the poetic ideal of'a quite and secluded bamboo cottage'and the noble character pursuit of'living with bamboo rather than meat'.The poetic and picturesque living environment created by bamboo and the tough spirit inherited by bamboo have been pursued by people for decades.The Garden Season actively responds to the initiative action of the'Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of'Replacing Plastic with Bamboo''issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments in November 2023.It will continue to use bamboo as the main construction material and actively explore green and low-carbon construction technique.Through the creation of diverse themed bamboo gardens,it will encourage citizens to participate widely in the scenes of the park city,enhance the landscape quality of the park city,and highlight the charm and characteristics of the park city.
為提升園林學(xué)子與行業(yè)從業(yè)人員的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作能力與實(shí)踐建造能力，弘揚(yáng)工匠精神，茲定于即日起啟動(dòng)全國大學(xué)生花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽征集，并于2024年5月舉辦2024年成都公園城市花園季暨第七屆北林國際花園建造周系列活動(dòng)。
With the Launch of National Students Garden Design and Construction Competition,2024 Chengdu Park City International Garden Season and the 7th BFU International Garden-Making Week will be held in May 2024.The event aims to promote a craftsmanship spirit and cultivate professionals'and students'creativity through drawings,models and practices,the event will provide an opportunity to integrate material construction and artistic expression.
2023年，全國大學(xué)生花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽經(jīng)評(píng)估審批成功入選《全國普通高校大學(xué)生競(jìng)賽分析報(bào)告》（原全國普通高校大學(xué)生競(jìng)賽排行榜）競(jìng)賽目錄，成為中國高等教育學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)可的唯一一個(gè)以花園設(shè)計(jì)為主題的全國性高校專業(yè)賽事。2024年再度啟航，我們誠摯邀請(qǐng)國內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林及相關(guān)專業(yè)的高校師生共同參與到本次花園季競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)與建造活動(dòng)中來！
In 2023，the National Student Garden Design and Construction Competition has been successfully selected and approved in the"Analysis Report of National General College Student Competitions"(formerly the National General College Student Competition Ranking)competition catalog,becoming one of the only national professional events recognized by the China Higher Education Association with garden design as the theme.It will set sail again in 2024.We sincerely invite students and professionals in the field of landscape architecture and other related disciplines home and abroad to participate in the design and construction activities of the event this year.

花園季競(jìng)賽主題——公園城市美好花園
ABOUT THE THEME：PARK CITY·BEAUTIFUL GARDEN
成都市于2020年9月經(jīng)國際園藝生產(chǎn)者協(xié)會(huì)（AIPH）批準(zhǔn)，成功獲得2024年世界園藝博覽會(huì)（B類）的舉辦權(quán)，成為川渝地區(qū)首個(gè)、中國西部地區(qū)第三個(gè)舉辦城市。2024成都世園會(huì)以“公園城市美好人居”為主題，充分踐行“綠色低碳、節(jié)約持續(xù)、共享包容”三大原則，致力打造一屆具有“時(shí)代特征、國際水平、中國元素、成都特色”的園藝博覽盛會(huì)。
Chengdu City successfully applied for the 2024 International Horticultural Exposition(Category B)for the first time in September 2020 with the approval of the International Association of Horticultural Producers(AIPH),and it has become the first city in Sichuan and Chongqing region and the third city in western China to host the event.With the theme of'Park City,Beautiful Habitat',the 2024 Chengdu Expo is committed to creating a horticultural event with'characteristics of the times,international standards,Chinese elements,and Chengdu features'under the principles of green,low-carbon,sustainable,and inclusive development.

The theme of this year’s garden season is'Park City,Beautiful Garden',to create a beautiful life of poetic dwelling with a good ecological foundation and diverse floral horticulture,together with universities from home and abroad.Gardens can accommodate various spaces,allowing everyone to find their preferred way of leisure.In the garden,you can chat with friends,reunite with family,enjoy tranquility,and experience the charm of nature.It also allows for a better understanding of the intimate connection between humans and all creatures.Gardens are not just beautiful scenery,but also places where people live and place their spirits.Gardens are not accessories to cities or buildings,but a part of everyone's life,blending cities with nature.'Beautiful Garden'is the expression of the landscape imagery of the'Beautiful Habitat'in theme of the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Exposition.We hope that every designer can express the concept of beautiful habitat in the form of building bamboo garden spaces,to express their vision for a beautiful life,and to showcase the beauty of ecology.
本次花園季競(jìng)賽鼓勵(lì)設(shè)計(jì)者在有限的地塊內(nèi)，以竹材和花卉為主要材料，可自行選擇配合一定量的輔材（輔材須為綠色環(huán)保材料），設(shè)計(jì)并建造一座展示植物與自然魅力的花園。設(shè)計(jì)者需充分尊重竹材的自然特性和施工技藝特點(diǎn)，使用定量的原竹、竹篾、竹片等材料，利用其空間延展性、材料不同排列方式和密度形成的強(qiáng)烈韻律感等特征，探索竹作為主要結(jié)構(gòu)材料、圍合材料和裝飾材料的多種可能性，尋找最適宜的呈現(xiàn)方式；同時(shí)，可以選擇適宜的輔材配合竹材進(jìn)行建構(gòu)，結(jié)合植物材料的運(yùn)用，表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)“公園城市美好花園”這一主題的理解。
Participants are invited to design and build a small garden showcasing the charm of plants and nature in limited space by mainly using bamboo,herbs and other materials(The auxiliary material should be green and environmentally friendly material)in limited amount.Designers are encouraged to explore the various possibilities of bamboo as structural materials,enclosure materials and decorative materials on the basis of the natural characteristics of bamboo and the characteristics of its construction techniques,and to find the most suitable representation showcasing the theme.Bamboo materials,such as raw bamboo,bamboo splits,bamboo strips,etc.,should be the main material.The strength ductility of bamboo and the consequent elasticity of the spatial structure,the ingenious joints caused by the limitation of natural materials,the various appearances and strong rhythm formed by the different arrangement and density of the materials…can be the basis for the design.At the same time,suitable auxiliary materials can be selected in concert with bamboo,to better demonstrate the theme of'Park City,Beautiful Garden'.

第一階段：方案設(shè)計(jì)征集、評(píng)選，確定入選作品；
第二階段：入選作品施工圖繪制；
第三階段：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)及展覽。
The event will include 3 phases:

花園季競(jìng)賽建造方案征集
CALL FOR ENTRIES
本次花園季競(jìng)賽主題為“公園城市美好花園”，以竹材和植物作為主要材料，同時(shí)可自選輔材進(jìn)行搭配，設(shè)計(jì)并建造一座小花園。本屆花園建造場(chǎng)地位于2024成都世園會(huì)童夢(mèng)世園區(qū)中的東側(cè)草坪區(qū)域。
The theme of the competition is'Park City,Beautiful Garden',inviting all participants to design and build a garden with bamboo,herbs and other additional materials.The site is located at the east lawn in the Tong Meng Expo area of the 2024 Chengdu Expo Park.
基地中每塊花園建造區(qū)域面積限于20m2，組委會(huì)將提前對(duì)建造場(chǎng)地做出統(tǒng)一界定，植物材料均為盆栽，不提供露地栽培植物。場(chǎng)地基礎(chǔ)資料和植物清單請(qǐng)至文末下載。
建造內(nèi)容包括一個(gè)以竹材為主要材料的景觀構(gòu)筑物以及與之配套的花園空間。其中，構(gòu)筑物占地不超過限定范圍，余地留作花園，構(gòu)筑物與花園必須有機(jī)融合，交相輝映，構(gòu)建展示植物與自然魅力的花園空間。
Each garden covers an area within 20m2,the organizing committee will locate these sites ahead of time and provide potted plants,but no open-field plants.Please download the site information and plant list at the end of the post.
It is required to design a bamboo pavilion and its garden space.The coverage of the structure should not exceed the site area.The pavilion should be well coordinated with the garden,forming an integrated whole of garden space showcasing the charm of plants and nature.
1）構(gòu)筑物要求：
本次競(jìng)賽要求使用竹材、或竹材及自選輔材搭建一個(gè)可進(jìn)入或可參與的構(gòu)筑小品，限高5m，占地面積不超過20㎡（指投影占地面積，場(chǎng)地形狀不限，請(qǐng)合理高效使用場(chǎng)地空間）；建議能夠承載一定的功能，形式隨宜；搭建方式應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)便易行，但須做到安全牢固。
2）竹材要求：
可選竹材包括原竹、竹片、竹篾，不鼓勵(lì)使用大量彎竹。每個(gè)方案要求從以下竹材中任選原竹30根以內(nèi)（含30根）、竹片100根以內(nèi)（含100根）、竹篾300根以內(nèi)（含300根）完成設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽(不鼓勵(lì)使用大量原竹搭建復(fù)雜的主體結(jié)構(gòu)，鼓勵(lì)更具靈活性和隨機(jī)性的作品)，具體材料規(guī)格如下：
1)About the pavilion:Use bamboo,or bamboo and optional auxiliary materials to build a structure,it should enable visitors to walk in or to participate.The structure should be no larger than the limited site area of 20㎡(refers to the area of the projection,the shape of the site is not limited,please use the site space reasonably and efficiently)and the total height of the structure should not exceed 5m.Specific function and the corresponding form are suggested.The construction method should be simple and feasible,yet it should be safe and firm.
2)About the bamboo material:Optional bamboo materials include raw bamboo,bamboo splits,bamboo strips.The use of a large number of curved bamboos is not encouraged.Each scheme requires to complete the structure with the following bamboo material:no more than 30 raw bamboos(including 30),no more than 100 bamboo splits(including 100),and no more than 300 bamboo strips(including 300).The specific material specifications are as follows:
3）輔材要求：
除竹材外團(tuán)隊(duì)可自選一種或多種其他材料作為輔材（輔材須為綠色環(huán)保材料，也可不使用輔材），在建造階段輔材將由團(tuán)隊(duì)自行購置，輔材使用比例需控制在全部材料的30%以內(nèi)（以體積計(jì)）。
4）花材要求：
花園要求能夠充分體現(xiàn)花園中植物的魅力與重要作用。僅限花卉和地被植物，提倡選擇體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛱厣泥l(xiāng)土植物，須在組委會(huì)提供的材料表中選擇。不宜使用其他植物材料和設(shè)置水面。
5）請(qǐng)按照以上規(guī)則進(jìn)行花園設(shè)計(jì)，否則將被取消參賽資格。
3)About other materials:In addition to bamboo,the team may use one or more other materials as supplementary materials(The auxiliary material should be green and environmentally friendly material).During the construction phase,supplementary materials will be purchased by the team,and the proportion of supplementary materials used should be limited within 30%of the total material(by volume).
4)About the plants:It is required to fully reflect the charm and important role of plants in the garden.Please only use herbs and ground covers on the material list provided by the organizing committee;no other plant species and water features.
5)Participants will be disqualified against the rules.

花園季競(jìng)賽參賽人員
PARTICIPANTS ELIGIBILITY
本次學(xué)生競(jìng)賽面向國內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵(lì)跨校、跨專業(yè)、跨國合作參賽（組委會(huì)將對(duì)海外及跨國合作團(tuán)隊(duì)給予一定的加分和交通補(bǔ)貼）。
所有組別均須以小組形式報(bào)名參加方案征集，小組人數(shù)限于4-6人（含4人與6人），每個(gè)小組須確定1名指導(dǎo)教師。同一參賽者僅可報(bào)名一組參賽，不可參與多組報(bào)名，且每組團(tuán)隊(duì)只能提交1份作品，否則所在組均將被取消參賽資格。
最終建造參賽名單需與競(jìng)賽報(bào)名名單一致，不得更改，每個(gè)小組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造須不得超過1名指導(dǎo)老師與6名小組建造成員，所有入圍建造階段的作品需由團(tuán)隊(duì)成員親自完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建。
The competition opens to students at home and abroad(who could be undergraduate or graduate students studying landscape architecture and related majors).Cross-school,cross-disciplinary,and cross-national cooperation in the competition are encouraged.(The organizing committee will provide certain bonus points and transportation subsidies to overseas and cross-national cooperation teams.)
Each team should have no more than 6 members(including 6)and no less than 4 members(including 4)and one advisor.One can only join one team and each team should submit only one work,otherwise the group will be disqualified from the competition.
The team member list of final construction stage would be consistent with the entry list of the competition and may not be changed.Each team should have no more than 6 members(including 6)and one advisor.All shortlisted entries must be built on-site by team members in person in the construction phase.

花園季競(jìng)賽參與方式
PARTICIPATION
本次花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽將共有28-30個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，最終將遴選出20個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。
There will be 28-30 teams being shortlisted for the final presentation and review,with 20 of those entering the construction phase.According to the onsite construction result,these works will be awarded with the first prize,the second prize and the third prize.

1)Call for entries with teams;

設(shè)計(jì)方案排布于一張橫向A0圖版上（高841mm，寬1189mm），JPG格式，分辨率300dpi。圖版中應(yīng)包含設(shè)計(jì)圖及設(shè)計(jì)說明，文字須為中英雙語（或英語）。圖版中不得出現(xiàn)任何透露作者、指導(dǎo)教師及所屬學(xué)校與單位的內(nèi)容。文件命名方式為“注冊(cè)號(hào).jpg”，如：045.jpg。
2）方案提交截止時(shí)間：2024年1月25日23：59（北京時(shí)間）

競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)組織專家評(píng)審團(tuán)對(duì)參賽方案的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意及建造可行性進(jìn)行評(píng)審，遴選出入圍作品，并通過終審答辯確定入選花園建造階段的實(shí)施作品。
本次競(jìng)賽將共有28-30個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，最終遴選出20個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案將進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。
The organizing committee will convene a jury to review all competition entries for their design creativity and construction feasibility,giving awards to the open call winning entries from which winning schemes will be selected for construction during the garden season.
There will be 28-30 teams enter the final review,and 20 of those will be selected for the final construction stage.The first prize,second prize and third prize will be awarded according to the on-site evaluation of the construction outcome.

方案細(xì)化、調(diào)整與施工圖繪制

在開始施工圖設(shè)計(jì)前，組委會(huì)將根據(jù)評(píng)委和合作單位的意見，要求入選團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行基于實(shí)際建造可行性的方案深化調(diào)整。由合作單位向入選團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，直至完成施工圖繪制。
入選建造階段的競(jìng)賽類作品均須繪制施工圖，以PDF格式提交組委會(huì)。施工圖文件為A3文本，包含平立剖施工圖，設(shè)計(jì)及施工說明、設(shè)計(jì)尺寸、材料做法、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造、細(xì)部大樣、預(yù)制構(gòu)件、施工進(jìn)度等。

According to the suggestions of the jury and the cooperation companies,the organizing committee will require the finalisted teams to refine their schematic designs based on construction feasibility prior to the construction document preparation.The cooperation companies will provide technical supports to shortlisted teams until the completion of the construction documents.
The winning entries should complete their construction documents and submit to the organizing committee in PDF form.Construction documents should be A3 printed documents,including plans,elevations,sections,design and construction descriptions,design sizes,material specifications,construction details,prefabricated units,and schedules.

1）入選建造團(tuán)隊(duì)于2024年5月參加在成都舉辦的2024年成都公園城市國際花園季暨第七屆北林國際花園建造周開營儀式，并開始花園建造工作。建造周期為3天。
2）建造要求：須滿足相應(yīng)的技術(shù)及安全牢固要求；參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造的團(tuán)隊(duì)需同時(shí)攜帶1:10花園模型到場(chǎng)。

花園季競(jìng)賽參賽規(guī)則
REGULATIONS
1）參賽者同意并遵守本競(jìng)賽通知的內(nèi)容及競(jìng)賽規(guī)則，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格；競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)對(duì)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
2）電子圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)者姓名和設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的文字或圖案，不符合規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
3）競(jìng)賽組織方擁有參賽作品署名權(quán)以外的其它版權(quán)權(quán)利，包括但不限于發(fā)行權(quán)，展覽權(quán)，信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)，出版權(quán)等，設(shè)計(jì)方具有署名權(quán)。
4）所有參賽者需確保自己所提交的作品為原創(chuàng)且未參加過其他競(jìng)賽。
5）參賽者不得接受競(jìng)賽評(píng)委任何建議與指導(dǎo)，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。

Bamboo has always been an important image and symbol of Chinese traditional culture with its upright and unyielding posture,also its high-level and tough character.In ancient times,there was the poetic ideal of'a quite and secluded bamboo cottage'and the noble character pursuit of'living with bamboo rather than meat'.The poetic and picturesque living environment created by bamboo and the tough spirit inherited by bamboo have been pursued by people for decades.The Garden Season actively responds to the initiative action of the'Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of'Replacing Plastic with Bamboo''issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments in November 2023.It will continue to use bamboo as the main construction material and actively explore green and low-carbon construction technique.Through the creation of diverse themed bamboo gardens,it will encourage citizens to participate widely in the scenes of the park city,enhance the landscape quality of the park city,and highlight the charm and characteristics of the park city.

ABOUT THE THEME：PARK CITY·BEAUTIFUL GARDEN
成都市于2020年9月經(jīng)國際園藝生產(chǎn)者協(xié)會(huì)（AIPH）批準(zhǔn)，成功獲得2024年世界園藝博覽會(huì)（B類）的舉辦權(quán)，成為川渝地區(qū)首個(gè)、中國西部地區(qū)第三個(gè)舉辦城市。2024成都世園會(huì)以“公園城市美好人居”為主題，充分踐行“綠色低碳、節(jié)約持續(xù)、共享包容”三大原則，致力打造一屆具有“時(shí)代特征、國際水平、中國元素、成都特色”的園藝博覽盛會(huì)。

The theme of this year’s garden season is'Park City,Beautiful Garden',to create a beautiful life of poetic dwelling with a good ecological foundation and diverse floral horticulture,together with universities from home and abroad.Gardens can accommodate various spaces,allowing everyone to find their preferred way of leisure.In the garden,you can chat with friends,reunite with family,enjoy tranquility,and experience the charm of nature.It also allows for a better understanding of the intimate connection between humans and all creatures.Gardens are not just beautiful scenery,but also places where people live and place their spirits.Gardens are not accessories to cities or buildings,but a part of everyone's life,blending cities with nature.'Beautiful Garden'is the expression of the landscape imagery of the'Beautiful Habitat'in theme of the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Exposition.We hope that every designer can express the concept of beautiful habitat in the form of building bamboo garden spaces,to express their vision for a beautiful life,and to showcase the beauty of ecology.
本次花園季競(jìng)賽鼓勵(lì)設(shè)計(jì)者在有限的地塊內(nèi)，以竹材和花卉為主要材料，可自行選擇配合一定量的輔材（輔材須為綠色環(huán)保材料），設(shè)計(jì)并建造一座展示植物與自然魅力的花園。設(shè)計(jì)者需充分尊重竹材的自然特性和施工技藝特點(diǎn)，使用定量的原竹、竹篾、竹片等材料，利用其空間延展性、材料不同排列方式和密度形成的強(qiáng)烈韻律感等特征，探索竹作為主要結(jié)構(gòu)材料、圍合材料和裝飾材料的多種可能性，尋找最適宜的呈現(xiàn)方式；同時(shí)，可以選擇適宜的輔材配合竹材進(jìn)行建構(gòu)，結(jié)合植物材料的運(yùn)用，表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)“公園城市美好花園”這一主題的理解。
Participants are invited to design and build a small garden showcasing the charm of plants and nature in limited space by mainly using bamboo,herbs and other materials(The auxiliary material should be green and environmentally friendly material)in limited amount.Designers are encouraged to explore the various possibilities of bamboo as structural materials,enclosure materials and decorative materials on the basis of the natural characteristics of bamboo and the characteristics of its construction techniques,and to find the most suitable representation showcasing the theme.Bamboo materials,such as raw bamboo,bamboo splits,bamboo strips,etc.,should be the main material.The strength ductility of bamboo and the consequent elasticity of the spatial structure,the ingenious joints caused by the limitation of natural materials,the various appearances and strong rhythm formed by the different arrangement and density of the materials…can be the basis for the design.At the same time,suitable auxiliary materials can be selected in concert with bamboo,to better demonstrate the theme of'Park City,Beautiful Garden'.

第二階段：入選作品施工圖繪制；

花園季競(jìng)賽建造方案征集
CALL FOR ENTRIES
本次花園季競(jìng)賽主題為“公園城市美好花園”，以竹材和植物作為主要材料，同時(shí)可自選輔材進(jìn)行搭配，設(shè)計(jì)并建造一座小花園。本屆花園建造場(chǎng)地位于2024成都世園會(huì)童夢(mèng)世園區(qū)中的東側(cè)草坪區(qū)域。
The theme of the competition is'Park City,Beautiful Garden',inviting all participants to design and build a garden with bamboo,herbs and other additional materials.The site is located at the east lawn in the Tong Meng Expo area of the 2024 Chengdu Expo Park.
基地中每塊花園建造區(qū)域面積限于20m2，組委會(huì)將提前對(duì)建造場(chǎng)地做出統(tǒng)一界定，植物材料均為盆栽，不提供露地栽培植物。場(chǎng)地基礎(chǔ)資料和植物清單請(qǐng)至文末下載。
建造內(nèi)容包括一個(gè)以竹材為主要材料的景觀構(gòu)筑物以及與之配套的花園空間。其中，構(gòu)筑物占地不超過限定范圍，余地留作花園，構(gòu)筑物與花園必須有機(jī)融合，交相輝映，構(gòu)建展示植物與自然魅力的花園空間。
Each garden covers an area within 20m2,the organizing committee will locate these sites ahead of time and provide potted plants,but no open-field plants.Please download the site information and plant list at the end of the post.
It is required to design a bamboo pavilion and its garden space.The coverage of the structure should not exceed the site area.The pavilion should be well coordinated with the garden,forming an integrated whole of garden space showcasing the charm of plants and nature.
1）構(gòu)筑物要求：
本次競(jìng)賽要求使用竹材、或竹材及自選輔材搭建一個(gè)可進(jìn)入或可參與的構(gòu)筑小品，限高5m，占地面積不超過20㎡（指投影占地面積，場(chǎng)地形狀不限，請(qǐng)合理高效使用場(chǎng)地空間）；建議能夠承載一定的功能，形式隨宜；搭建方式應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)便易行，但須做到安全牢固。
2）竹材要求：
可選竹材包括原竹、竹片、竹篾，不鼓勵(lì)使用大量彎竹。每個(gè)方案要求從以下竹材中任選原竹30根以內(nèi)（含30根）、竹片100根以內(nèi)（含100根）、竹篾300根以內(nèi)（含300根）完成設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽(不鼓勵(lì)使用大量原竹搭建復(fù)雜的主體結(jié)構(gòu)，鼓勵(lì)更具靈活性和隨機(jī)性的作品)，具體材料規(guī)格如下：
1)About the pavilion:Use bamboo,or bamboo and optional auxiliary materials to build a structure,it should enable visitors to walk in or to participate.The structure should be no larger than the limited site area of 20㎡(refers to the area of the projection,the shape of the site is not limited,please use the site space reasonably and efficiently)and the total height of the structure should not exceed 5m.Specific function and the corresponding form are suggested.The construction method should be simple and feasible,yet it should be safe and firm.
2)About the bamboo material:Optional bamboo materials include raw bamboo,bamboo splits,bamboo strips.The use of a large number of curved bamboos is not encouraged.Each scheme requires to complete the structure with the following bamboo material:no more than 30 raw bamboos(including 30),no more than 100 bamboo splits(including 100),and no more than 300 bamboo strips(including 300).The specific material specifications are as follows:
3）輔材要求：
除竹材外團(tuán)隊(duì)可自選一種或多種其他材料作為輔材（輔材須為綠色環(huán)保材料，也可不使用輔材），在建造階段輔材將由團(tuán)隊(duì)自行購置，輔材使用比例需控制在全部材料的30%以內(nèi)（以體積計(jì)）。
4）花材要求：
花園要求能夠充分體現(xiàn)花園中植物的魅力與重要作用。僅限花卉和地被植物，提倡選擇體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛱厣泥l(xiāng)土植物，須在組委會(huì)提供的材料表中選擇。不宜使用其他植物材料和設(shè)置水面。
5）請(qǐng)按照以上規(guī)則進(jìn)行花園設(shè)計(jì)，否則將被取消參賽資格。
3)About other materials:In addition to bamboo,the team may use one or more other materials as supplementary materials(The auxiliary material should be green and environmentally friendly material).During the construction phase,supplementary materials will be purchased by the team,and the proportion of supplementary materials used should be limited within 30%of the total material(by volume).
4)About the plants:It is required to fully reflect the charm and important role of plants in the garden.Please only use herbs and ground covers on the material list provided by the organizing committee;no other plant species and water features.
5)Participants will be disqualified against the rules.

花園季競(jìng)賽參賽人員
PARTICIPANTS ELIGIBILITY
本次學(xué)生競(jìng)賽面向國內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵(lì)跨校、跨專業(yè)、跨國合作參賽（組委會(huì)將對(duì)海外及跨國合作團(tuán)隊(duì)給予一定的加分和交通補(bǔ)貼）。
所有組別均須以小組形式報(bào)名參加方案征集，小組人數(shù)限于4-6人（含4人與6人），每個(gè)小組須確定1名指導(dǎo)教師。同一參賽者僅可報(bào)名一組參賽，不可參與多組報(bào)名，且每組團(tuán)隊(duì)只能提交1份作品，否則所在組均將被取消參賽資格。
最終建造參賽名單需與競(jìng)賽報(bào)名名單一致，不得更改，每個(gè)小組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造須不得超過1名指導(dǎo)老師與6名小組建造成員，所有入圍建造階段的作品需由團(tuán)隊(duì)成員親自完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建。
The competition opens to students at home and abroad(who could be undergraduate or graduate students studying landscape architecture and related majors).Cross-school,cross-disciplinary,and cross-national cooperation in the competition are encouraged.(The organizing committee will provide certain bonus points and transportation subsidies to overseas and cross-national cooperation teams.)
Each team should have no more than 6 members(including 6)and no less than 4 members(including 4)and one advisor.One can only join one team and each team should submit only one work,otherwise the group will be disqualified from the competition.
The team member list of final construction stage would be consistent with the entry list of the competition and may not be changed.Each team should have no more than 6 members(including 6)and one advisor.All shortlisted entries must be built on-site by team members in person in the construction phase.

花園季競(jìng)賽參與方式
PARTICIPATION
本次花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽將共有28-30個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，最終將遴選出20個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。
There will be 28-30 teams being shortlisted for the final presentation and review,with 20 of those entering the construction phase.According to the onsite construction result,these works will be awarded with the first prize,the second prize and the third prize.

1）方案格式要求
設(shè)計(jì)方案排布于一張橫向A0圖版上（高841mm，寬1189mm），JPG格式，分辨率300dpi。圖版中應(yīng)包含設(shè)計(jì)圖及設(shè)計(jì)說明，文字須為中英雙語（或英語）。圖版中不得出現(xiàn)任何透露作者、指導(dǎo)教師及所屬學(xué)校與單位的內(nèi)容。文件命名方式為“注冊(cè)號(hào).jpg”，如：045.jpg。
2）方案提交截止時(shí)間：2024年1月25日23：59（北京時(shí)間）

1)Submission requirements:
The design project should be presented on an A0 printed panel(841 mm high,1189 mm wide)in landscape format,saved as JPG with a 300-dpi resolution.The panel should include the presentation of the scheme,the related images and descriptions.Use both English and Chinese(or only English).No author,advisor and institution information should be mentioned on the panel.The panel must be saved as a JPG and named as'registration number.jpg',such as'045.jpg'.

方案評(píng)選

競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)組織專家評(píng)審團(tuán)對(duì)參賽方案的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意及建造可行性進(jìn)行評(píng)審，遴選出入圍作品，并通過終審答辯確定入選花園建造階段的實(shí)施作品。
本次競(jìng)賽將共有28-30個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，最終遴選出20個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案將進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。
The organizing committee will convene a jury to review all competition entries for their design creativity and construction feasibility,giving awards to the open call winning entries from which winning schemes will be selected for construction during the garden season.
There will be 28-30 teams enter the final review,and 20 of those will be selected for the final construction stage.The first prize,second prize and third prize will be awarded according to the on-site evaluation of the construction outcome.

方案細(xì)化、調(diào)整與施工圖繪制

在開始施工圖設(shè)計(jì)前，組委會(huì)將根據(jù)評(píng)委和合作單位的意見，要求入選團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行基于實(shí)際建造可行性的方案深化調(diào)整。由合作單位向入選團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，直至完成施工圖繪制。
入選建造階段的競(jìng)賽類作品均須繪制施工圖，以PDF格式提交組委會(huì)。施工圖文件為A3文本，包含平立剖施工圖，設(shè)計(jì)及施工說明、設(shè)計(jì)尺寸、材料做法、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造、細(xì)部大樣、預(yù)制構(gòu)件、施工進(jìn)度等。

According to the suggestions of the jury and the cooperation companies,the organizing committee will require the finalisted teams to refine their schematic designs based on construction feasibility prior to the construction document preparation.The cooperation companies will provide technical supports to shortlisted teams until the completion of the construction documents.
The winning entries should complete their construction documents and submit to the organizing committee in PDF form.Construction documents should be A3 printed documents,including plans,elevations,sections,design and construction descriptions,design sizes,material specifications,construction details,prefabricated units,and schedules.
2024年5月21日-5月23日：
完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造
May 21st to 23rd,2024:On-site construction
1）入選建造團(tuán)隊(duì)于2024年5月參加在成都舉辦的2024年成都公園城市國際花園季暨第七屆北林國際花園建造周開營儀式，并開始花園建造工作。建造周期為3天。
2）建造要求：須滿足相應(yīng)的技術(shù)及安全牢固要求；參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造的團(tuán)隊(duì)需同時(shí)攜帶1:10花園模型到場(chǎng)。
1)Construction teams will attend the opening ceremony of the Garden Season in May，2024 and then begin the construction work.The construction will take three days.
2)Construction requirements:All relevant technology and safety requirements should be met.Teams involved in onsite construction are required to bring a 1:10 garden model with them.
2024年5月24日：
評(píng)獎(jiǎng)、頒獎(jiǎng)儀式及展覽

花園季組委會(huì)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造結(jié)束后組織國內(nèi)外知名專家進(jìn)行評(píng)獎(jiǎng)。頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上將由特邀嘉賓為獲獎(jiǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)頒發(fā)證書。
The committee will organize well-known experts as jury to review and review the construction result.Special guests will present certificates to the winning teams at the award ceremony.

花園季競(jìng)賽參賽規(guī)則
REGULATIONS
1）參賽者同意并遵守本競(jìng)賽通知的內(nèi)容及競(jìng)賽規(guī)則，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格；競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)對(duì)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
2）電子圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)者姓名和設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的文字或圖案，不符合規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
3）競(jìng)賽組織方擁有參賽作品署名權(quán)以外的其它版權(quán)權(quán)利，包括但不限于發(fā)行權(quán)，展覽權(quán)，信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)，出版權(quán)等，設(shè)計(jì)方具有署名權(quán)。
4）所有參賽者需確保自己所提交的作品為原創(chuàng)且未參加過其他競(jìng)賽。
5）參賽者不得接受競(jìng)賽評(píng)委任何建議與指導(dǎo)，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
6）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造及頒獎(jiǎng)儀式等環(huán)節(jié)的具體日期可能受到不可抗力因素影響進(jìn)行調(diào)整，請(qǐng)知悉。
1)Participants agree on and adhere to the content of this notice as well as the competition rules,otherwise he or she will be disqualified.The competition organizing committee reserves the right of final explanation.
2)Digital drawings should not contain any author and institution names or logos,entries which are not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified。
3)The competition organizing committee reserves all the rights other than authorship,including but not limiting to distribution,exhibition,information network dissemination,publication,etc.The designers reserve the right of authorship.
4)All participants should ensure their submissions are original and have not been submitted to other competitions.
5)Participants cannot receive guidance from the competition jury,otherwise he or she will be disqualified.
