這里是深邃的源泉，演繹成百年石家莊這條奔騰澎湃的河。

這里是生命的原點(diǎn)，孕育成百年石家莊這一方美不勝收的風(fēng)景。

這里是人文的基因，涵泳出百年石家莊與眾不同的典雅氣質(zhì)。

這里，就是百年正太飯店。

正太飯店始建于1907年，是石家莊市現(xiàn)存最早也是唯一的法式建筑，在石家莊的歷史上具有非常重要的地位。百年前，石家莊還是一個(gè)小村莊。當(dāng)時(shí)，為修一條從太原到這里的鐵路，與業(yè)已建成的京漢鐵路交匯。在交匯處所建的火車站，即選址于此。當(dāng)時(shí)，石家莊隸屬正定府，所以這條鐵路就稱為正太鐵路，石家莊從此成為鐵路交通樞紐。為與交通樞紐的服務(wù)配套，緊鄰車站售票大廳修建了一座豪華型飯店----正太飯店。隨著車站交通樞紐的發(fā)展，石家莊的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化也逐漸興旺起來(lái)，到1927年正式建立石門市，之后改名為石家莊市，成為河北省省會(huì)。所以是“先有正太飯店，后有石家莊”。據(jù)史料記載，正太飯店建成后，曾接待過(guò)孫中山、蔣介石、宋教仁、張學(xué)良、馮玉祥、閻錫山等著名歷史人物。目前，正太飯店已被列入省級(jí)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)建筑。

百年正太飯店，是石家莊城市生長(zhǎng)的原點(diǎn)。百年成長(zhǎng)后的今天，石家莊的城市建設(shè)發(fā)展又迎來(lái)了百年不遇的新時(shí)代，在“一軸雙心四片區(qū)”城市區(qū)域規(guī)劃中，正太飯店正當(dāng)中央商務(wù)區(qū)的中心點(diǎn)。歷史的原點(diǎn)和新時(shí)代城市建設(shè)的中心點(diǎn)，雙點(diǎn)同心，演繹出具有雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)城市DNA，將以強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力，把石家莊市中央商務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)成為文脈延續(xù)的傳承之所、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的商務(wù)高地、生態(tài)綠色的美麗花園、智能高端的立體城市、石門特色的區(qū)域地標(biāo)。

為了保護(hù)石家莊的百年城市記憶，為了復(fù)活正太飯店百年前的樣貌風(fēng)采、再生其現(xiàn)代化的綜合功能，為了使百年正太飯店成為石家莊不可替代、魅力長(zhǎng)久的城市名片，為了石家莊世世代代文脈的賡續(xù)，特別舉辦以“石門.原點(diǎn)”為主題的石家莊歷史文化建筑正太飯店修復(fù)與功能再生國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)大賽，向全世界征集優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)方案。

It’s the center of annual ring, making Shijiazhuang a leafy tree. It’s the profound spring, becoming a surging river of Shijiazhuang.

It’s the origin of life, generating the beautiful landscapes of Shijiazhuang. It’s the gene of culture, forming the unique elegance of Shijiazhuang.

It’s the century-old building Zhengtai Hotel in the century-old Shijiazhuang.

Founded in 1907, Zhengtai Hotel is the earliest and only present French building in Shijiazhuang, and has a very important position in the history of the city. A hundred years ago, when Shijiazhuang was still a small village belonging to Zhengding, a railway from Taiyuan to Shijiazhuang named Zhengding-Taiyuan railway, Zhengtai Railway in short, was to be constructed to join the Beijing-Hankou railway. Here was where the station of the joint located. Since then, Shijiazhuang became a railway transportation hub. In order to support the station, a luxurious hotel, Zhengtai Hotel, was built next to the Ticket Hall. With the development of the transportation hub, Shijiazhuang’s economy, society and culture have gradually prospered. By 1927, Shimen City was officially established, and later renamed Shijiazhuang City, becoming the capital of Hebei Province. Therefore, it is said that “Zhengtai Hotel came first and then Shijiazhuang City”. According to historical records, Zhengtai Hotel has received many famous historical figures such as Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek, Song Jiaoren, Zhang Xueliang, Feng Yuxiang and Yan Xishan since it was finished. At present, Zhengtai Hotel has been listed as the provincial key cultural relic protection building.

The century-old Zhengtai Hotel is the origin of Shijiazhuang. One hundred years later, Shijiazhuang has stepped into a new era of development. According to the city district plan of “one axis, two centers and four districts”, Zhengtai Hotel is located at the center of the Central Business District. As both an origin and a center, the hotel is like the double helix of the city’s DNA, which has the strong inner power to make the CBD a place to inherit the culture, a commercial center to innovate, an ecological garden, an epitome of multi-dimensional city, and a landmark with Shimen characteristics.

Hereby, the Historical and Cultural Construction Zhengtai Hotel Restoration and Function Regeneration International Conceptual Design Competition with the theme of “Shimen ? Origin” sends its invitation to excellent designers all over the world, with the purpose of protecting the cultural relic, restoring the hotel with its original elegance, and regenerating the comprehensive modernized functions of the hotel. Through this effort, Zhengtai Hotel will become the city’s irreplaceable and most glamorous representative, and make its contribution in the inheritance of the culture of Shijiazhuang.

三、設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容/III. Content of Design

1、包括正太飯店、鐵路售票大廳、正太飯店?yáng)|西廣場(chǎng)空間在內(nèi)的總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
2、正太飯店、鐵路售票大廳兩座老建筑的外立面及屋頂?shù)男迯?fù)設(shè)計(jì)。
3、正太飯店?yáng)|西廣場(chǎng)配套建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
4、正太飯店、鐵路售票大廳、新建配套建筑室內(nèi)空間及功能設(shè)計(jì)。

1. General design of Zhengtai Hotel, Ticket Hall, and the eastern and western squares of the hotel.
2. Restoration design of the external facade and roofs of Zhengtai Hotel and Ticket Hall.
3. Design of supporting buildings in the eastern and western squares of the hotel.
4. Design of indoor spaces and their functions of Zhengtai Hotel, Ticket Hall and the newly constructed supporting buildings.

四、設(shè)計(jì)要求/IV. Requirements of Design

1、在石家莊城市總體建設(shè)規(guī)劃中，本設(shè)計(jì)地塊屬于以鐵路文化為特色的歷史文化街區(qū)的一部分，設(shè)計(jì)概念中充分考慮對(duì)城市肌理的織入性。
2、正太飯店是一個(gè)集高品級(jí)文化沙龍、藝術(shù)博覽、精品設(shè)計(jì)、特色餐飲和部分高端客房于一身的功能型飯店。規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中，注重歷史文化價(jià)值、公共文化服務(wù)價(jià)值、具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿ι虡I(yè)價(jià)值之間的兼容和協(xié)同成長(zhǎng)。
3、老建筑修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì)遵循“修舊如舊”原則，不同歷史時(shí)期的記憶均需得到尊重和保護(hù)，使修復(fù)后的正太飯店成為百年石家莊發(fā)展變遷的一部鮮活的史書。
4、配套服務(wù)的新建筑充分表現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代性，與原有老建筑之間形成親和且富有魅力的對(duì)話關(guān)系，使本地塊成為所屬街區(qū)的歷史文化和綜合價(jià)值生長(zhǎng)的地標(biāo)。
5、參賽作品須參賽者本人原創(chuàng)、設(shè)計(jì)、制作，不得一稿多投和抄襲其他作品。參賽作品為共同設(shè)計(jì)的，設(shè)計(jì)者不超過(guò)兩名，且必須明確主、副設(shè)計(jì)師。

1. According to the general construction plan of Shijiazhuang, the site is part of the historical cultural block with railway characteristics. The buildings shall match the surroundings.
2. Zhengtai Hotel was an integrated hotel with multiple functions including advanced cultural salon, artistic exhibition, quality goods design, characterized catering, and high-end housekeeping services. The compatibility and coordination of the historical and cultural value, public cultural servicing value and sustainable business potential shall be seriously taken.
3. Restore the old building as what it originally was, respect and protect the relics of different periods, and make the new Zhengtai Hotel a living historical book of the hundred-year development of Shijiazhuang.
4. The supporting buildings shall be sufficiently modernized, and form a harmonious and interesting relation with the original buildings, so that the site could become a landmark of history, culture and comprehensive value development of the block.
5. The design shall be original creation and production of the designer, be contributed only once, and shall not be the plagiarism. For one design, there should be no more than two co-designers, who shall be clearly stated to be major and assistant.

1、場(chǎng)地總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案。精度要求： 包括數(shù)字化模型及規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)總平面、立面、剖面圖。
2、老建筑外觀修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì)方案。圖紙精度要求：包括效果圖、平立面圖、關(guān)鍵性節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣、材料選擇、施工工藝。
3、新建配套建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案。精度要求：包括效果圖、平立面圖、關(guān)鍵性節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣。
4、老、新建筑室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)及功能規(guī)劃方案。精度要求：包括效果圖、平立面圖、關(guān)鍵性節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣、動(dòng)態(tài)效果展示。

1. General design of the site, including the digital mode, general planar graph, elevation, and cross section graph.
2. Appearance restoration plan of the old buildings, including the design sketch, planar and elevation graphs, detailed drawings of key places, material selection and construction techniques.
3. Design of new supporting buildings, including the design sketch, planar and elevation graphs and detailed drawings of key places.
4. Indoor design and function plan of the original and supporting buildings, including the design sketch, planar and elevation graphs, detailed drawings of key places and dynamic effect demonstration.

六、評(píng)委組成/VI. Jury Composition

由國(guó)內(nèi)外著名城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、古建修復(fù)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、文物保護(hù)、品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)等領(lǐng)域的專家、教授、學(xué)者和政府職能部門專家組成評(píng)委會(huì)。

The Jury is composed by Chinese and foreign well-known experts, professors and scholars in city planning and design, architectural heritage restoration, construction design, cultural relic preservation and brand operation, as well as the experts in governmental functional sections.

七、評(píng)比辦法/VII. Evaluation Methods

1、賽事遵循公正、公開、公平原則，評(píng)選出30套方案進(jìn)入總決賽。
2、總決賽將評(píng)選出金獎(jiǎng)1個(gè)，銀獎(jiǎng)2個(gè)，銅獎(jiǎng)3個(gè)，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（若干）。

1. 30 designs will be selected for the final by principles of fairness, publicity and equity.
2. In the final, one golden prize, two silver prizes, three bronze prizes and several excellent prizes will be selected.

八、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)設(shè)置/VIII. Awards

對(duì)總決賽中的勝出方案，除向獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書、獎(jiǎng)杯外，發(fā)給相應(yīng)額度的獎(jiǎng)金。獎(jiǎng)金個(gè)稅自理，國(guó)外獲獎(jiǎng)方案以兌換日國(guó)家外匯牌價(jià)為準(zhǔn)。獎(jiǎng)金額度如下：
金獎(jiǎng)：300000元人民幣
銀獎(jiǎng)：150000元人民幣
銅獎(jiǎng)：100000元人民幣
優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（若干）：50000元人民幣

Apart from a certificate and a trophy, prize bonus will also be provided for the awarded designs. The winners shall bear the individual income tax. For the foreign works, the amount shall subject to the national foreign exchange quotation at the day it is exchanged. The bonuses are as follows:
Golden prize: RMB 300,000 yuan
Silver prize: RMB 150,000 yuan
Bronze prize: RMB 100,000 yuan
Excellent prize: RMB 50,000 yuan
