  International Architectural Design Competition for the Head Office Project of Wumart South Technology
  物美科技南方總部項(xiàng)目位于深圳市福田中心區(qū)，福中路與金田路交匯處東北角。目前周邊已建成集文化、商務(wù)、居住為一體的綜合中心區(qū)。

  Design Content
  本次設(shè)計(jì)競賽內(nèi)容為物美科技南方總部建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作，優(yōu)勝設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)將負(fù)責(zé)紅線范圍內(nèi)：建筑專業(yè)方案設(shè)計(jì)及協(xié)助主辦單位完成方案報(bào)建工作直至通過審批、景觀方案設(shè)計(jì)、公共區(qū)域的室內(nèi)方案設(shè)計(jì)、泛光照明方案設(shè)計(jì)、建筑立面方案及擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)、對其他各專業(yè)顧問團(tuán)隊(duì)工作中涉及方案效果的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行審核、對施工現(xiàn)場涉及方案效果的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行把控等。
  The content of this design competition refers to the architectural design work for the Head Office of Wumart South Technology.The winning design team shall be responsible for the following work contents within the site property lines:architectural SD and assistance to the host in completing construction application until approval,landscape schematic design,interior schematic design of the public areas,floodlighting schematic design,building facade SD and DD,review of project effect-related elements of by other specialty consultants,quality control of the project-effect-related work at construction site.

  競賽方式
  Rules of Competition
  本次項(xiàng)目采取全球范圍內(nèi)公開競賽方式，參賽機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)競賽規(guī)則及任務(wù)書要求，提交相應(yīng)的報(bào)名材料，由主辦單位組建資格預(yù)審委員會，通過票決遴選6家優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)以及2家備選設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。
  The project is open to global competitors.Participating organizations will submit corresponding registration materials according to the competition rules and the Design Brief,and a Prequalification Committee will be formed by the Host to shortlist six finalists and two substitutes through voting.

  設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)報(bào)名要求提交營業(yè)執(zhí)照或有效機(jī)構(gòu)注冊文件、機(jī)構(gòu)簡介、主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師、設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成、類型項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)等相關(guān)報(bào)名材料。
  Design teams should submit business license or valid business registration documents,company profile,information of chief designer,team composition,genre project experience and other relevant registration materials according to the application requirements.

  公開征集不設(shè)資質(zhì)要求，國內(nèi)外具有相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)均可報(bào)名參加。不接受聯(lián)合體，不接受個人及個人組合的報(bào)名。
  如不具備國內(nèi)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，可在競賽優(yōu)勝后推薦一家具有建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級及以上資質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，經(jīng)主辦單位同意后負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目施工圖設(shè)計(jì)工作，且配合報(bào)批報(bào)建等相關(guān)工作。
  There are no qualification requirements for the open call,and all Chinese and foreign design teams with relevant design experience are eligible to apply.Consortium is NOT accepted.Registration by individuals or teams of individuals are NOT be accepted.
  If the first prize winner does not obtain relevant qualifications,it can recommend a design company with Class A or above qualification in construction industry(building engineering)to be responsible for the construction drawing design of the project after approval by the Host.The company should also assist the host in filing the construction application and other works.

  Requirements for Project Team
  團(tuán)隊(duì)成員具有豐富設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)且團(tuán)隊(duì)穩(wěn)定；
  為了保證項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人員對中國地區(qū)背景和相關(guān)要求的準(zhǔn)確理解，項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人員中應(yīng)至少有1名通曉漢語的人士。
  The team is stable and team members have extensive design experience;
  The project design team should include at least one member who is proficient in Chinese language to ensure the accurate understanding of the project background in China and relevant requirements of the Competition.

  競賽獎勵
  Honoraria
  設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)提交有效設(shè)計(jì)文件，且滿足本競賽文件要求，由評審委員會按程序?qū)?家機(jī)構(gòu)提交的方案設(shè)計(jì)成果進(jìn)行評審，并確定排名，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)將獲得如下競賽獎金（含稅）：
  第一名（1名）：獲得設(shè)計(jì)合同；
  第二名（1名）：人民幣捌拾萬元整（小寫￥800,000.00元）；
  第三至六名（4名）：人民幣伍拾萬元整（小寫￥500,000.00元）；
  經(jīng)主辦單位確定為優(yōu)勝方案的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得建筑方案及立面擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)合同，如第一名不具備國內(nèi)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，可推薦一家具有建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級及以上資質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，并經(jīng)主辦單位同意后負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目施工圖設(shè)計(jì)工作，且注冊地在深圳或者在深圳有分支機(jī)構(gòu),負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)師需全程參與項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施落地，保證設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。
  Design teams will provide valid submissions within given time frame in accordance with the requirements specified in the design submissions.The Evaluation Committee will review and rank the design proposals submitted by the six selected design teams which will be awarded the following honoraria(tax-included):
  The first prize(1 winner):Design Contract;
  The second prize(1 winner):Eight Hundred Thousand Yuan(￥800,000.00);
  The third to six prizes(4 winners):Five Hundred Thousand Yuan(￥500,000.00);
  The winning proposal approved by the host will obtain the design contract of architectural SD and building facade DD.If the first-prize winner does not obtain relevant qualifications,it can recommend a design company with Class A or above qualification in construction industry(building engineering)to be responsible for the construction drawing design of the project after approval by the host.The design company must also be registered in Shenzhen or has branches in Shenzhen,and the chief designer should participate in the implementation of the project to ensure the design quality.

  設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)
  Design Fee
  優(yōu)勝設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)依據(jù)建筑方案及立面擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)合同內(nèi)容進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)，設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)上限為含稅人民幣1600萬元，主辦單位將根據(jù)國家有關(guān)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與優(yōu)勝設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判，最終以實(shí)際談判價(jià)格簽訂合同。
  The winning design team will make a fee proposal based on the contents of the architectural SD and the building facade DD design contract within the given ceiling of RMB 16 million yuan.The host will negotiate with the winner as per the relevant fee charging standards of China and enter into a contract with the latter based on the actual price mutually agreed then.
