Project profile

根據(jù)《佛山市中心城區(qū)城市形態(tài)提升專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)方案（2018～2020年）》，佛山將按照“兩大濱水核心、一條城市中軸、八大功能節(jié)點(diǎn)、多條門(mén)戶走廊”的空間結(jié)構(gòu)有序推進(jìn)城市形態(tài)提升。

資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)條件

Conditions of prequalification application

（一）本項(xiàng)目接受中國(guó)境內(nèi)（指中華人民共和國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)[不包含港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)]，下同）及中國(guó)境外（指中華人民共和國(guó)大陸境外[包含港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)]，下同）的單位前來(lái)參與競(jìng)賽），其中：

(I) The project accepts units in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below) and outside China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below) to participate in the competition, wherein:

1、中國(guó)境內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)單位須滿足以下資格要求：

1. The design unit in China shall meet the following qualifications:

（1）須具有獨(dú)立法人資格并依法取得有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（或事業(yè)單位法人證書(shū)），如委托分公司參與競(jìng)賽的，須提供總公司授權(quán)文件。法定代表人為同一個(gè)人的兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上法人，母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司，不得同時(shí)報(bào)名參賽；

(1) It shall have independent legal personality and obtain a valid business license (or institution legal person certificate) in accordance with law, and, if a branch is entrusted to participate in the competition, it shall provide the authorization document of the head office. Two or more legal persons whose legal representatives are the same person, the parent company, the wholly-owned subsidiary company and its holding company shall not sign up for the competition simultaneously;

（2）設(shè)計(jì)單位具有工程設(shè)計(jì)綜合甲級(jí)資質(zhì)或工程設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)專項(xiàng)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)；

(2) The design unit shall has the comprehensive Grade A qualification of engineering design or the special Grade A qualification of engineering design and landscape architecture design;

2、中國(guó)境外設(shè)計(jì)單位須滿足以下資格要求：

（1）須具有公司注冊(cè)證書(shū)或公司商業(yè)登記證或開(kāi)業(yè)證明等合法經(jīng)營(yíng)的證明文件；

（2）中國(guó)境外設(shè)計(jì)單位使用中國(guó)境內(nèi)企業(yè)法人的身份提交參賽申請(qǐng)時(shí)，需同時(shí)提交公司總部（或所屬集團(tuán)總部）的企業(yè)工商注冊(cè)文件(非中文需附中文翻譯件)。

（二）本項(xiàng)目接受聯(lián)合體參賽，聯(lián)合體各成員需滿足上述對(duì)應(yīng)的資格要求。（如：若同為中國(guó)境內(nèi)參賽人聯(lián)合報(bào)名的，牽頭單位必須滿足中國(guó)境內(nèi)參賽人資格要求；若為中國(guó)境內(nèi)、境外參賽人聯(lián)合報(bào)名的，須各自滿足上述中國(guó)境內(nèi)、境外參賽人資格要求；不接受中國(guó)境外設(shè)計(jì)單位聯(lián)合體參賽。）聯(lián)合體報(bào)名時(shí)須提交聯(lián)合體協(xié)議，并在協(xié)議中明確聯(lián)合體的牽頭單位。聯(lián)合體的成員只能和一家牽頭單位建立聯(lián)合關(guān)系。聯(lián)合體各成員簽訂《聯(lián)合體協(xié)議書(shū)》后，不得再以自己名義單獨(dú)報(bào)名，也不得組成新的聯(lián)合體或參與其他聯(lián)合體的報(bào)名，否則報(bào)名無(wú)效。聯(lián)合體成員個(gè)數(shù)不得超過(guò)2家。

（三）參賽設(shè)計(jì)單位設(shè)計(jì)方案的主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師指定為1名。

（四）自2015年1月1日至今，申請(qǐng)人參與同類項(xiàng)目業(yè)績(jī)（城市公共藝術(shù)與景觀設(shè)計(jì)）不少于1項(xiàng)。

(IV) Since January 1,2015, the applicant has participated in not less than 1 of the similar projects (urban public art and landscape design).

（1）業(yè)績(jī)應(yīng)由主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師簽章的設(shè)計(jì)文件、委托方證明文件或公司證明文件等組成，其中提供委托方證明文件或公司證明文件的需附該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)委托函（或中標(biāo)通知書(shū)，或評(píng)審結(jié)果通知書(shū)，或設(shè)計(jì)合同等復(fù)印件，設(shè)計(jì)合同至少需提供合同封面、項(xiàng)目概況、工作內(nèi)容及蓋章頁(yè)），非中文須翻譯成中文；
