■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）旨在表彰在全球范圍內(nèi)獲得良好口碑的人居設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目。通過嚴(yán)格和高質(zhì)量的評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，發(fā)掘杰出的地產(chǎn)人居設(shè)計(jì)，推動(dòng)世界美好人居環(huán)境的進(jìn)步。

The Global Habitat Design Awards (GHDA) aims to recognize habitat design projects that have gained a good reputation worldwide. Through strict andhigh-quality selection criteria, GHDA hopes to discover outstanding real estate habitat design and advance the progress of a better living environment in the world.

■獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目需具備以下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn):

01.具有 前沿的地產(chǎn)人居設(shè)計(jì)理念， 引領(lǐng)地產(chǎn)人居設(shè)計(jì)思想。

02.建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)等人居空間的設(shè)計(jì)具有 獨(dú)創(chuàng)性，兼具 藝術(shù)美感與 人性化需求。

03.智能化、新技術(shù)、新材料等方面的 創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用，以人為本，以創(chuàng)造性的應(yīng)用，提升使用者的居住體驗(yàn)。

Awinning project should have the following characteristics:

01.It should have the cutting-edge real estate habitat design concept and leads the real estate habitat design ideas.

02.The design of such habitat space as architecture, landscape, and the interior mustbe original with artistic beauty based on humanized demands.

03.The project should adopt the innovative applications of intelligence, new technologies,new materials, etc. to improve the living experience of users with the people-oriented concept.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）由新微設(shè)計(jì)媒體矩陣聯(lián)袂WHA世界人居設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合會(huì)共同發(fā)起設(shè)立，自2020年起面向全球征集優(yōu)秀地產(chǎn)人居設(shè)計(jì)作品，每年舉辦一屆，歡迎各設(shè)計(jì)單位和地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位參與申報(bào)。

GHDA is jointly established by XW Design Media Matrix and World Habitat Association (WHA). It is held annually to solicit excellent habitat design works from around the world from 2020. All design studios/institutions and real estate developers are welcome to submit design works to compete for the award.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）共設(shè)置四個(gè)申報(bào)方向： 建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、文旅設(shè)計(jì)。每個(gè)申報(bào)方向包含三個(gè)申報(bào)小類，具體如下：

GHDA has four application directions: architectural design, landscape design, interior design, and cultural tourism design. Each application direction includes the three following sub-categories:

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)共分為建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、文旅設(shè)計(jì)四大方向，包含12個(gè)類別，每個(gè)類別均設(shè)置 金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)三個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)數(shù)量根據(jù)申報(bào)總數(shù)按比例設(shè)置。

GHDA awards are classified into four directions, i.e. architectural design,landscape design, interior design, cultural tourism design, including 12 categories. Each category has three awards: Gold Awards, Silver Awards, and Excellence Awards,

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）終審評(píng)委由國(guó)內(nèi)外各大知名地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位的設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人擔(dān)任，評(píng)選流程分為初評(píng)和終評(píng)兩步。

The final review committee of the GHDA are of the major domestic and foreign real estate developmentcompanies or regional design directors. The selection process is divided into two steps, that is, preliminary evaluation and final evaluation.

■初評(píng)由GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)組委會(huì)資深設(shè)計(jì)師評(píng)選入圍。 終評(píng)由國(guó)內(nèi)外各大知名地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位的設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人組成評(píng)委團(tuán)，對(duì)入圍作品進(jìn)行評(píng)選，最終角逐出各個(gè)類別的金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)。

The preliminary evaluation will be conducted by the senior designer jury panel of the GHDA committee. The final evaluation will be carried out by the jury panel including themajor domestic and foreign real estate development companies or regional design directors who will select the shortlisted projects. Finally, the projects willcompete for the Gold Awards and Silver Awards of different categories.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)以新微設(shè)計(jì)媒體矩陣作為平臺(tái)依托，借力其強(qiáng)大的平臺(tái)流量，賦于GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)時(shí)代的新勢(shì)能，并最大限度的為參與申報(bào)的項(xiàng)目和獲獎(jiǎng)作品提供曝光度。

GHDA relies on the media matrix of the XW design as a platform, and by leveraging its strong platform traffic, it gives GHDA new potential energy in the era of mobile internet and provides maximum exposure for participating projects and winning works.

■新微設(shè)計(jì)媒體矩陣是目前國(guó)內(nèi)最大的設(shè)計(jì)類新媒體平臺(tái)，全平臺(tái)粉絲超過200萬，日均點(diǎn)擊量超過10萬次。新微設(shè)計(jì)媒體矩陣著力微信公眾平臺(tái)，扎根設(shè)計(jì)圈，深耕七載有余，業(yè)已形成以新微設(shè)計(jì)（原微設(shè)計(jì)）為核心的7大設(shè)計(jì)類公眾號(hào)： 新微設(shè)計(jì)、景觀派、建筑周、居住空間、民宿邦、地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)周、庭園設(shè)計(jì)。新微設(shè)計(jì)媒體矩陣始終以“創(chuàng)造美好的人居環(huán)境”為宗旨，平臺(tái)內(nèi)容涉及建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)、地產(chǎn)、文旅、庭院等各個(gè)板塊，在設(shè)計(jì)圈頗具影響力，享有良好的口碑與聲譽(yù)。

The media matrix of XW design is currently the largest new design media platform in China, with over 2 million follows and over 100,000 hits per day. The media matrix of the XW design focuses on the WeChat public platform, takes root in the design industry, and has been deeply cultivated for over seven years. It has formed seven design public accounts led by XW design.The media matrix of the XW design always takes "creating a better environment" as its core, covering architecture, landscape, interior design, real estate, cultural tourism, courtyard, and other sectors, which is quite influential in the design circle and enjoys good praise and reputation.
