Community Garden&Edible Garden
縱觀外國(guó)社區(qū)農(nóng)園的源起與發(fā)展，與工業(yè)化、城市化、社會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等息息相關(guān)，均可一窺不同階段社會(huì)變革的影子?？墒尘坝^與社區(qū)農(nóng)園相伴而生，從早期的保障食品供應(yīng)的基本訴求，到后來隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展折射出的人們對(duì)食品問題焦慮、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、公共空間的憂思等，兩者都互相不可或缺。兩者的融合發(fā)展也體現(xiàn)出社區(qū)農(nóng)園的社會(huì)、文化、生態(tài)環(huán)境的多元屬性，也為社區(qū)農(nóng)園的發(fā)展提供了多方向的可能。
When we take a general look at the origin and development of community farms in foreign countries,which are closely related with industrialization,urbanization and social and industrial restructuring,we can see traces of social changes at different stages.Edible landscape and community farms are born together,and are indispensable to each other from the basic demand of ensuring food supply in the early stage to the anxiety about food problem,sustainable development and public space which are reflected by the social development later.The integration of the two also reflects the multi-attribute of community farms in terms of society,culture and ecological environment,and also provides multi-direction possibilities for the development of community farms.

參賽對(duì)象Participant Qualification
全球年齡不超過40周歲的設(shè)計(jì)師以及海內(nèi)外在校學(xué)生均可參賽，可以個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)參賽，團(tuán)隊(duì)人數(shù)不超過3人，其中學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)可有1~2名指導(dǎo)教師。參賽者可以個(gè)人或者小組的名義報(bào)名參賽，但每位參賽者或每組團(tuán)隊(duì)只能提交一份作品，同一參賽姓名在報(bào)名名單上只能出現(xiàn)一次，違者將取消參賽資格。
Any designers or students under the age of 40,from anywhere in the world are allowed to participate in this BSD Design Competition.Both individual and team entries are allowed,however team entries are restricted to no more than three contributing team members.If you are a student group,your team could have one or two instructors.Every entrant(whether individual or group)will only make one submission.One registration number refers to one submission.
場(chǎng)所條件The Site Context
安徽省來安縣屬北亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候區(qū)，溫暖濕潤(rùn)，光照充足，雨熱同季、四季分明。安徽省來安百思德現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園地處安徽省滁州市來安縣舜山鎮(zhèn)（安徽苗木種植第一鎮(zhèn)）內(nèi)，來安縣城南端2.5 km，離南京80km。產(chǎn)業(yè)園內(nèi)地勢(shì)平坦、水系星羅密布、生態(tài)資源較為豐富，現(xiàn)狀主要以水田和苗木種植為主，東面緊鄰省道239（來復(fù)路）。
基地位于安徽百思德現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園六大園區(qū)之一的華東（國(guó)際）風(fēng)景園林產(chǎn)業(yè)城中間，園區(qū)規(guī)劃以苗木交易大棚、園林資材為主，配以生活酒店和苗木花卉商業(yè)街?；丨h(huán)湖布置，西面為大學(xué)科研基地和青少年科普基地、東面為苗木交易展示館和商業(yè)，南面和北面為苗木交易棚戶及苗木VIP種植區(qū)。本次競(jìng)賽的基地位置由參賽者在指定地塊內(nèi)任選，位于湖面的東面，占地約350㎡。
Lai'an(來安)in Anhui belongs to the north subtropical monsoon climate region.It enjoys a warm and humid climate with adequate sunlight and different seasonal characteristics all the year along.Anhui Lai’an Baiside Modern Agriculture Park is in Shunshan Town(the top tree planting area in Anhui),Lai’an District,Chuzhou City,Anhui Province.The site in Lai’an(來安)is adjacent to the Provincial Highway 239(Laifu Road)and the Industrial Park is 2.5 kilometers to the south of Lai’an and 80 kilometers from the City of Nanjing.The Industry Park has smooth terrain and is rich in water,ecological resources and currently is focused in paddy planting and nursery.
Our site is in the center of the Huadong International Landscape Architecture Industrial Park,which is one of the six parks in Anhui Baiside Modern Agriculture Park.The planned vision for the Huadong International Landscape Architecture Industrial Park is to build nursery greenhouses,hotels,and host a flower fair.The site is surrounded by several lakes,with the University and Science Research Base and Science Education Base for Teenagers in the west,the nursery fair and exhibition(as well as commercial streets)to the east,and finally the Nursery Shed and Nursery VIP Plantation Area to the south and north respectively.The site should be limited in an area of 350 square meters and can be select within the designated area,located in the east of the lake.
設(shè)計(jì)要求Design Requirements
將“社區(qū)農(nóng)園&可食用花園”作為主題，在符合場(chǎng)地條件的有限地塊面積內(nèi)表達(dá)對(duì)社區(qū)公共空間可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思考，以原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，在小尺度場(chǎng)所內(nèi)展現(xiàn)社區(qū)農(nóng)園與可食用花園。要求體現(xiàn)出設(shè)計(jì)的邏輯性、巧妙的藝術(shù)與科學(xué)性，強(qiáng)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)造價(jià)的合理性及建設(shè)成本控制，并考慮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)落地施工的操作性及后期維護(hù)管理的便利性。在提交設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的同時(shí)提交造價(jià)估算表。
All the design works should be based on the topic"Community Garden&Edible Garden",express thinking on the sustainable development of community public space,and demonstrate community farm and edible garden in a small-scale site by adopting the original design.Besides,the logic,skillful art and scientificity of the design should be reflected.The cost-effectiveness and the convenience of project-management would also be taken into consideration.Please submit the cost estimate form while submitting the design drawing.

申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)Registration
參賽者須于2019年4月15日24:00（北京時(shí)間）前填寫并提交參賽報(bào)名表。報(bào)名請(qǐng)掃文末二維碼或進(jìn)入網(wǎng)址https://jinshuju.net/f/scuBkS填寫。組委會(huì)將對(duì)參賽資格進(jìn)行審核。通過審核者將得到一個(gè)注冊(cè)號(hào)，由組委會(huì)于2018年4月18日24:00（北京時(shí)間）前通過電子郵件告知參賽者。
Fill out and submit the registration form(Word format)on or before 24:00,April 15th,2019(Beijing time).Please scan the QR code at the end of the article or access to the website https://jinshuju.net/f/scuBkS.Entrants successfully submitted will receive a registration number acknowledging his/her qualification for the competition.The registration number will be sent back to the participants through email on or before 24:00,April 18th,2019(Beijing time).
作品遞交Submission
請(qǐng)獲得注冊(cè)號(hào)的參賽者于2018年6月15日24:00前（北京時(shí)間含當(dāng)天）將參賽壓縮包提交至競(jìng)賽指定電子郵箱，逾期無效。郵件標(biāo)題為“2019BSD+注冊(cè)號(hào)+作品名稱”。壓縮包內(nèi)包含參賽作品（1；2.jpg）以及造價(jià)估算表（.exe），壓縮包以注冊(cè)號(hào)命名，以附件形式發(fā)送。
1）競(jìng)賽指定電子郵箱：contest lalavision.com。請(qǐng)?zhí)嵩邕f交參賽壓縮包，避免因截止日投信高峰導(dǎo)致投遞失敗。
2）競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)不對(duì)所提交文件的完整性負(fù)任何責(zé)任。
3）本次競(jìng)賽將于2019年7月底結(jié)束評(píng)審，8月公布競(jìng)賽結(jié)果。
All the design work should be put in package(A rar file would be good)and submitted to the appointed email address:contest lalavision.com,before June 15th,2019(Beijing Time).Please set a reminder in your calendar!
Notice:Your email subject line should be accordingly named:"2019BSD+Registration Number+The Title of the Work".The package should be named with registration number and sent as attachment.Your design folder(named after Registration Number)ought to contain no more than 2 pages(1;2.jpg)and the cost estimate form(.exe).The committee is not responsible for the integrality of the submitted documents.The selection process will close at the end of July,2019,and then soon after the final results will be published.
作品格式要求Requirements
1）每個(gè)參賽作品不超過2張獨(dú)立圖紙、豎向排版編輯，按順序編號(hào)1-2號(hào)，每張圖紙需含必要的設(shè)計(jì)圖和說明文字。圖像文件采用JPG格式，100%打印時(shí)每個(gè)版面為120cm（高）×90cm（寬）。草圖掃描與圖文排版時(shí)按300pixels/inch（獲獎(jiǎng)作品可能要求提供原始高精度圖片，以備出版之用），但最后提交時(shí)可以適當(dāng)壓縮，總大小不能超過30M（否則無效）。圖像文件中不得出現(xiàn)任何反映作者、指導(dǎo)教師以及單位、學(xué)校等相關(guān)信息，違者將取消參賽資格。
2）設(shè)計(jì)作品中的設(shè)計(jì)說明以中文為主，標(biāo)題、重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)詞匯需中英文對(duì)照。
The Submission would include the design work with no exceed of 30MB size in total.
The design work should be no more than 2 portrait layout jpegs(120cm Length×90cm Width，300pixels/inch).The layout jpegs include design drawings and project illustrations.To play fair,any personal information should not be revealed in the design folder,for example,author name,work place or university,and any contacts etc.

參賽注意事項(xiàng)Reminder
1）參賽方案所有內(nèi)容均須原創(chuàng)，不得包含任何侵犯第三方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的行為。如發(fā)生侵權(quán)行為，組織單位不承擔(dān)由此引發(fā)的任何連帶責(zé)任。
2）所有提交文件在評(píng)審后不退回給參賽者，安徽省百思德農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司、《風(fēng)景園林》雜志社有權(quán)無償使用所有參賽成果，包括任何形式的出版、展示和評(píng)價(jià)，并委托《風(fēng)景園林》雜志社擇優(yōu)刊登獲獎(jiǎng)作品。
3）組委會(huì)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況可能會(huì)選定金獎(jiǎng)作品作為落地施工方案，獲獎(jiǎng)作品作者有義務(wù)承擔(dān)后續(xù)施工指導(dǎo)。
4）安徽省百思德農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)方案的實(shí)施細(xì)則具有解釋的權(quán)利。本次設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽的其他參與機(jī)構(gòu)均不承擔(dān)獲獎(jiǎng)方案實(shí)施過程的任何責(zé)任。
1）All the design work should be original and creative works.The entrant should bear responsibility for any violation of the copyright.
2）All the submission will not be returned to the entrant.Anhui Baiside Agriculture Development Company Limited and Landscape Architecture Journal own the right to publish and display the submission without any compensation.Landscape Architecture Journal is committed as the only publication organization for the award-winning submissions.
3)The gold-winner project may built and the gold-winner has the obligation to provide consultant for the construction documents production and site construction.
4)Anhui Baiside Agriculture Development Company Limited has the sole power to interpret the implementation details for the construction of the gold-winning submission.
